• To benefit from discounted travel package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. If the participation is below 15 people, the tour prices may vary or it may be conducted via the metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In cases where only the category information is provided without naming hotels and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• Our programs will have a guide meet you at the area where you will be landed; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and return transfers to the airport. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• During times of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be used at distances beyond the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure date.

• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction to cities and consist of maximum 2-3 hour tours that do not include museum and historical site entries with guided narrations from inside the vehicle.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted under circumstances where local authorities close places to visit, due to any event causing roads on the route to be closed, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for any inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within the means possible where access to certain places by vehicle is restricted.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and conditions available below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or may not be able to fly according to the airline company in Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS is not responsible in any way.
• To avoid issues at the customs with the passport police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn-out, wet, or similarly damaged passports; said passports should be renewed, and if the destination country applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In cases of non-compliance, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Passenger passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. In case of any hindrance, this responsibility belongs to the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visa issuance when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS merely acts as an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS bears no sanctions or responsibilities. Consumers register for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS makes a visa application as an intermediary, it is required that the passenger checks the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misrepresentation on the visa that may hinder the flight.
• Passengers applying for their own visa must consider that obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) generally takes 1 business day. Our guests need to schedule their appointment dates and times accordingly by considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any inconveniences.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the respective tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest has obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, in case BTB TOURS cancels the respective tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund excluding the visa fees and similar amounts paid to consulates if they provide evidence that they did not use their visa within 1 week of its expiration date after presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the respective tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be provided to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane lands. Changes in the type and timing of the aircraft may be possible, and depending on high season or special periods, the hotels may show variations in availability and similar hotels may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are allocated according to hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and if there is a suitable room at hotels, blocking is done by the hotel based on availability.
• Child discounts only apply to children staying with 2 adults.
• Hotels provide continental breakfast; it is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties resulting from incorrect information leading to ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the passenger.
• Our guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face penalties from the local police. The responsibility belongs to the guests if they face penalties due to not having their insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to cross the border; this situation, not being under the control of BTB TOURS, is accepted by the parties.
• To provide economic and time advantages for the group visit, guests who do not want to participate in tours conducted along the route must accept to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is finished. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra trips may be held on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the best alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• The airplane seats in our programs are for groups, and the return ticket is arranged as a single ticket. Missing or not using the outbound flight will automatically cancel the return flight as well. The regulations of the airline company will apply in this situation.
• Any last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to this situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item) at their own expense. However, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program for missing the group's departure, and in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfers from the airport to the city or hotel are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, subject to availability on the relevant airline's respective flight. The flight places in our programs are of group class, and if the desired ticket is available, it may require payment of the price difference stated by the airline to upgrade from group class to economy class. The passenger is responsible for any price differences that arise. Group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the tour starts.
• Before leaving Turkey, please check with your GSM operator if your line is open for international calls/receiving calls to be able to use your mobile phone abroad.
• During your travels, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown to, without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Guests under 18 years old must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, or from both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for failure to be able to fly due to a lack of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
