Greek authorities do not allow passengers with a TRNC entry in their passport to enter the country. Please pay attention to this matter.
 

Required Documents for Border Visa Applications:

1. Application Form
   • Guests fill out the form electronically, and the form will be checked by us.
   • It must be filled out in English.
   • It must be signed and sent to us by cargo. (For Kos island, the form must be sent unsigned, it will be signed at the visa control gate)
2. Passport Copy (Colored)

   • Visas obtained within the last 3 years are valid.
5. 3 Biometric Photos
   • Dimensions: 3.5 x 4.5 cm
6. Travel Health Insurance
   • Should be arranged to start 1 day prior to the travel date,
   • Covering the duration of travel,
   • With a coverage limit of 30,000 Euros,
   • The policy must be prepared in English.
7. Bank Account Statement
   • Must cover the last 3 months, should be an active or active account,
   • Balance on the date of application: minimum 500 Euros (1500 Euros for Rhodes island) or the equivalent in TL (excluding overdraft),
   • Must be wet stamped and signed.
8. Consent Form (for children under 18)
   • For children traveling with only one parent,
   • A notarized letter of consent from the parent who will not participate in the trip,
   • Must be submitted with an English sworn translation.

Important Information:

• The Border Visa Program is a quick and facilitated visa application provided by the Greek authorities for Turkish citizens planning short-term tourist visits to certain Greek islands.

The visa issued under this program does not have the characteristics of a Schengen visa. It is only valid for the Greek island to be visited and is issued for a maximum of 6 nights and 7 days with a single entry-exit. During the visa period, you can only stay on the island you entered; inter-island transit is not allowed. At the end of the visit, you must exit from the same island.

• The Border Visa does not have a pre-determined outcome like a Schengen visa.
  After preparing the application file, the passenger departs without a visa from Turkish ports.
  The final decision is given at the customs point of the relevant Greek island on the day of travel.
• Generally, no information is given before the trip.
  However, in some adverse circumstances, information may come indicating that the application has been rejected 2-3 days before the trip.
• Rejected applications are not provided with any justification.
  Moreover, the visa fee is non-refundable.

Things to Pay Attention To:

• The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry and must contain at least 2 blank pages.
• The following passengers will not be granted a visa at the border:
  • Those who have previously received a rejection from Greece,
  • Those with a TRNC entry in their passport,
  • Those who have obtained their passport from the Turkish Consulate in TRNC.
• The border visa is only valid for the applied island.
  Transit to other islands is not allowed.

General Information:

• Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, it is the responsibility of the guests to have knowledge of foreign languages.
• Before leaving Turkey, you need to check with your GSM operator if your phone line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
   
• During the reservation/registration, it is necessary to accurately report the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport.
   
• Please make sure to take all your belongings with you when you briefly or completely leave the transportation means and hotels during your trip. The agency is not responsible for any forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
   
• The tour program stated at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations available in the program. Our agency is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is assumed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• In cases where only the category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or where there are options for the same destination, the names of the hotels will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours before the tour starts. The agency reserves the right to change the hotel names provided that they remain in the same category.
   
• As hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the guest has accepted the HOTEL CHANGE when purchasing the tour.
   
• The breakfast served in the hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
   
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
   
• Our programs will have a guide who will welcome you at the destination; the package includes only guiding services for panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Panoramic city tours included in the package are brief tours designed for the general introduction of the cities and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites, and take a maximum of 1-2 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted due to reasons such as closures of places to be visited by local authorities or blocked roads during tour dates or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, collective transport or walking may be provided where transport is not allowed.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes in extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour depends on the local provider's final decision and may vary.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation condition of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place, or prices may change.
• Guests must have their passports valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Otherwise, any hindrance is the responsibility of the guests.
            
• For guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago; it is necessary to renew their passport, and it is advisable that guests carry out worn, torn, soaked, or otherwise damaged passports to avoid problems with border police at the border of the country being visited. Otherwise, they may be refused entry to the country. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and our agency cannot bear any responsibility.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and exiting certain countries may lead to issues in obtaining visas or inability to enter through border crossings for other countries, and this situation, as it is beyond the agency's control, is accepted by the parties that the agency is not responsible for such situations.
   
• The agency is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa whenever it deems necessary; the agency has no liability regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the agency has no sanctions and responsibilities. Consumers have accepted these terms by registering for the tour.
• Guests have a mandatory requirement to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day prior to the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether the agency provides it or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance may face fines from the police of the country in question. In the event of fines due to not carrying insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. The agency cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of the tour due to the absence of consent form.
   
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded.
• The specified items are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
