- During the tour, having Euro is sufficient to make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program. The guide will assist in currency exchange in areas where local currency is used. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to have a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - In our tours, a rotation (seat change) is applied to the seating plan daily, and fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - There is a requirement for at least 3 days of accommodation to bring goods (alcohol - tobacco, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad. - The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is as follows: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic drinks with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic drinks with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg - The guides may change the program flow as long as they show all the places mentioned in the program, depending on weather and road conditions. - Tour participants have the right to a free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will apply, and in case of cancellation 20 days or less before the tour date, a 100% penalty will apply. The documents such as hospital reports, work permits, etc., provided with the cancellation request will unfortunately not be accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey. - Our tour programs are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - If hotel(s) are provided without specifying a name in the tour program, and/or options are provided for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip. - During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified distances. - Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds are considered as 'pull-out' or 'coach beds', so tour participants accept that they may experience crowding in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child complying with age groups staying with 2 adults. - The breakfasts served at the hotel included in the tour are generally provided as limited menus suitable for the breakfast culture of the country you are in and typically consist of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are held for the general introduction of the cities and are made with a guided narration from within the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, do not fall under the responsibility of Viyatravel in case they are unable to be carried out due to local authorities not allowing entry, closed roads for any events, or due to weather conditions that make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, provided the roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed. - During travel, waiting times at customs at road crossings may exceed standards, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences resulting from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the excursions may not be carried out or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites to be visited and depending on weather conditions, as determined by the guide. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in organized extra tours during the tour accept to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the drop-off point after the tour is completed. - For those participating in flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online via the airline company's website before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who do not appear at the designated airport at the times notified by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures but do not board the aircraft. All expenses for new round-trip flights and transfers in the destination area due to missing the flight will be the responsibility of the passengers. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and chartered flights, or flight times may change before the current trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows. The type of vehicles provided is determined based on the number of participants in each tour.
