Day 1: Ankara – Skopje - Matka Canyon - Tetovo – Ohrid
Meeting point in front of the Ajet Counter at Ankara Airport International Departures Terminal. Departure with Ajet Airlines flight VF625 at 08:45 from Ankara to Skopje. Arrival at Skopje Airport at 09:35 local time. After passport procedures, we meet with the vehicle and guide at the airport, then head to the magnificent Matka Canyon, where we take a nature walk. After that, guests can take their time to explore the famous boats of the Canyon. Then, we visit the Alaca Mosque in Tetovo, a city with rare architecture in the Balkans, before arriving in Ohrid, a Mediterranean town in the Balkans, crossing the Mavrovo Mountains. We start our tour of Ohrid in Liman Square, explaining the statues we see and during our walk in the neighborhood of the historical Ohrid houses, where the series Elveda Rumeli was filmed, we conclude our tour with a presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearl, which is the biggest symbol of Ohrid city. Day 2 Ohrid – Sveti Naum – Tirana – Shkodër
After breakfast at the hotel, we make a magnificent journey for about 1 hour with wonderful views to St. Naum. We visit the source where Ohrid Lake originates. The breathtaking view here will leave you speechless. After the tour, we leave Ohrid and pass the border into Albania, arriving in Tirana via Elbasan. We will have a panoramic city tour in this beautiful city, which is a mountainous country in the Balkans that lived through wars throughout the 20th century and experienced the dictatorship of Enver Hoxha for 40 years, which was established by Suleyman Pasha in 1614 and became the capital of Albania in 1920. Some of the places we will see include Ethem Bey Mosque, the historic Clock Tower, National Museum, Opera and Ballet House, Parliament and Prime Ministry Buildings, Presidential Palace, Mother Teresa Statue, and Skanderbeg Square. After breakfast at our hotel, we move to historical Mostar. We arrive in Mostar, and during our walking city tour, we first see the Mostar Bridge (a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture built in 1557 by Architect Hayreddin). The bridge was destroyed in the 1992 war by Croatian artillery, but it was reopened in 2004 thanks to the extensive contributions of the Republic of Turkey. We explore the old city bazaar. After free time, we move to Blagaj and then head to the capital Sarajevo. During our break, we will stop at the famous Konjic bridge, restored by Turkey, on the banks of the Neretva River for a coffee break.

We begin our tour with the Sebil Fountain, the symbol of this cultural city, and then we look at Morica Han, one of the city's most authentic points. Next, we visit Hüsrev Bey Mosque, which belongs to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman’s relative. During our tour, we will also see the Clock Tower, a famous fountain that has become a ritual, and the meeting point of cultures, which is also home to the Eternal Flame monument. After we pass through the historic Skopje Stone Bridge over the Vardar River, we will have a moment to witness how instantly cultures can change by visiting the Üsküp Turkish Bazaar, one of the most qualified bazaars of the Ottoman Empire. We enter the bazaar, present the statues at the entrance, and start our bazaar tour at the historical Davut Paşa Hammam, then continue to see the Kapan Han, one of the most important structures of the Ottoman bazaar organization, and the Murat Pasha Mosque, which has survived despite earthquakes. After the visits, we will have an hour of free time for shopping in the Turkish Bazaar. You can find items like Šuška pepper, Ustrumca peanuts, and shoes among things to buy. After shopping, we head to Kosovo, which has a majority Muslim Albanian population, known as one of the youngest countries in the world. We will have an emotional day in the ancient Ottoman lands where a humanitarian drama occurred not long ago. First, we will visit the Tomb of Murad Hüdavendigar. After this visit, we will travel to Prizren, one of the cutest cities in the Balkans, where we will see the Turkish Bath from the 17th century, Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and Prizren Castle during our panoramic tour. After the tour ends and some free time, we return to Skopje. Overnight at our hotel in Skopje.

- It is sufficient to carry Euros to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) is applied in the seating plan daily, and fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- To bring items (alcohol - cigarettes etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum of 3 days of accommodation is required.

- The guides on the tour program may change the program flow based on weather and road conditions, provided that they show all places stated in the program.
- Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. In case of cancellation with less than 30 days to the tour date, a penalty of 30% applies, and in case of cancellation in 20 days or less, a penalty of 100% is applied. Documents such as hospital reports, work permit documents, etc., issued by authorities in Turkey, will unfortunately not be accepted for the cancellation of services and hotels they will stay outside of Turkey.
-The tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or when options for the same destination are available, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour movement.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour date.
- Triple rooms are subject to the availability of the hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable and referred to as coach beds, tour participants confirm that they accept the potential crowding and bed type that may occur in the rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child of the age group staying with 2 accompanying adults.
-The services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally presented as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

Panoramic tours are subject to the local authorities' permission to visit and enter indicated places on the program, including other tours, and if they cannot be realized due to closed roads for any reason or if it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours can be done by using public transport or on foot where there are closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed.
- The waiting times at the customs gates while traveling by road may exceed standard limits, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative situations arising from these waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, excursions cannot be made or the extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the participant number. Moreover, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the status of whether the museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited are open or closed and the weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- For participants in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures must be completed personally by the guests at the airport before the flight at the relevant airline's counters or online through the airline's websites.
- Those who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, are not held responsible for the failure to conduct their flight by Viyatravel. All expenses related to the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region for those who miss the flight will be their own responsibility.
- Viyatravel is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or changes in existing travel and flight times may occur. Viyatravel is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of time changes by purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service charges.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The types of vehicles below are determined based on the number of people participating in each of our tours.

-All guests are deemed to have accepted the aforementioned items by completing the sale of the tour.
- It is sufficient to carry Euros to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) is applied in the seating plan daily, and fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- To bring items (alcohol - cigarettes etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum of 3 days of accommodation is required.
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad:Cigarettes: 3 cartons , Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne are excluded) , Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol including wine and champagne) , Perfume: 600 ml , Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items , Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg ,Coffee: 1 kg ,Tea: 1 kg
- The guides on the tour program may change the program flow based on weather and road conditions, provided that they show all places stated in the program.
- Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. In case of cancellation with less than 30 days to the tour date, a penalty of 30% applies, and in case of cancellation in 20 days or less, a penalty of 100% is applied. Documents such as hospital reports, work permit documents, etc., issued by authorities in Turkey, will unfortunately not be accepted for the cancellation of services and hotels they will stay outside of Turkey.
-The tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or when options for the same destination are available, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour movement.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour date.
- Triple rooms are subject to the availability of the hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable and referred to as coach beds, tour participants confirm that they accept the potential crowding and bed type that may occur in the rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child of the age group staying with 2 accompanying adults.
-The services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally presented as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
-The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are made with guided narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entries, and are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
