After checking in for tickets, luggage, and passport, we depart for Sarajevo on AJET Airlines flight VF97 at 13:00. Arrival in Sarajevo at 14:00. After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, we leave the airport for the Sarajevo city tour. We stroll in the most distinguished bazaar of Europe, Baščaršija. We visit the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque. Then we visit the Clock Tower, Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox Churches, and Jewish Synagogue in Sarajevo. After visiting the Latin Bridge, where World War I started, we pass through the gate where Fatih Sultan Mehmet entered the city and drink water from the Ottoman Fountain. Lastly, we visit the Fatih Mosque, attributed to Fatih Sultan Mehmet, before transferring to our hotel and settling into our rooms. Those who wish can join the extra organized Vrelo Bosne tour (20 EUR). We visit Vrelo Bosne, the largest national park of Sarajevo, ordered to be organized by Tito, famous for its perfect walking trails, carriage rides, and authentic cafes. After free time, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. 2nd Day Sarajevo (Konjic-Mostar-Blagaj-Kravice Waterfall) After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Those who wish can join the extra organized Konjic-Mostar-Blagaj-Kravice Waterfall Tour (95 EUR). We depart from our hotel by private bus to Mostar. Our journey to Mostar will take about 2.5 hours with some stops along the way. Our first stop is in the town of Konjic, where we will see the famous Konjic Bridge, restored by Turkey, and take a coffee break by the Neretva River. After that, we arrive in Mostar and start our city tour on foot, where we first see the Mostar Bridge (built in 1557 by Architect Hayreddin, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture). The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery in the war in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We see the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Then we visit the Blagaj settlement, 12 km away from Mostar, where the Blagaj Tekke and the Buna River spring are located. We then visit the Kravice Waterfall, the most magnificent waterfall in the Balkans, and have free time. After our tour, we return to Sarajevo. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. 3rd Day Sarajevo - Belgrade (Srebrenica) After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Belgrade. Those who wish can join the extra organized Srebrenica tour along the way (30 EUR). In this tour, we visit Srebrenica, the site of the massacre that took place on July 11, 1995, to honor it. We visit the camp where innocent Bosniak people were held and the memorial. After arriving in Belgrade, we start our panoramic city tour. During our panoramic Belgrade city tour, we will see Student Square, Knez Mihajlova Street, the French Monument, Kalemegdan Fortress, Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, Clock Tower, Damat Ali Pasha Tomb, Dungeon Gate, Defterdar Gate, Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Fountain, Stefan Lazarevic Monument, Nebojsa Tower, Republic Square, and Terazije Square, among others. After the tour, we have free time and then transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. 4th Day Belgrade - Istanbul (Zemun - Danube) After breakfast at our hotel, free time until flight time. Zemun, sometimes under Ottoman and sometimes Habsburg rule, is one of the 17 districts located south of Belgrade. After our panoramic tour here, we will spend pleasant hours in this beautiful town, resembling a fishing village, and relax in the cafes by the Danube River. Then we will take our boat tour on the Danube. After the tour, we transfer to Belgrade airport. - It is sufficient to have Euro on hand in order to shop and spend money in all the countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is beneficial to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a daily rotation (seat change) is applied in the seating plan, and a fixed seat or guarantee for front seats is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.

- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a requirement for a minimum of 3 days accommodation to bring goods (such as alcohol and cigarettes).

- The guides on the tour can make changes in the program flow as long as they show all places specified in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. In case of less than 30 days remaining until the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in case of 20 days or less remaining, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports, workplace permits, etc. obtained from institutions in Turkey are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received abroad.

Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.

-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- 3-person rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since the additional beds are composed of foldable and coach beds, the tour participants are deemed to have accepted the potential tightness and bed types in the rooms for reservations of the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are applicable for a single child who meets the age group staying with two adults.

-Included services in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the visited country and generally consist of a limited menu, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
-The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted from inside the vehicle with a guide's narration for a maximum of 2-3 hours, excluding entry to museums and archaeological sites. Viyatravel is not responsible for circumstances where panoramic tours cannot be realized due to local authorities not allowing visits, closed roads for any reasons, or where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, in places where closed roads or vehicle restrictions are in effect.

Waiting times at customs points during road crossings may exceed standard limits, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes arising from these waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 persons. If the number of participants is insufficient, trips cannot be made, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for extra trips may vary based on the number of participants. Moreover, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide due to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites as well as weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory for participants. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same spot after the tour concludes.
- For participants in air tours, check-in and boarding procedures must be completed personally by the guests at the airport at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline’s website prior to the flight.

- Those who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the plane despite timely check-in and boarding, are not held responsible by Viyatravel for failing to complete the flight. All expenses incurred for buying new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination due to those who miss the flight are their own responsibility.

Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or departure times may change before the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
-The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows. The type of vehicle is determined according to the number of participants in each of our tours.
