- During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros with us to shop and spend in all the countries included in the program. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before the tour. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in case of cancellation 20 days or less before the tour, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from authorities in Turkey, work permit documents, etc., will unfortunately not be accepted in the cancellation of their accommodation and services abroad. - Our tour program is organized under the condition of sufficient participation. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last notification of cancellation will be made 15 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel. - Triple rooms can be granted based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are made of folding and coach bed types, the tour participant accepts that they are aware of potential crowding and bed types in reservations for 3rd persons and/or children. Child discounts apply for -age group compliant- single children staying with 2 adults. - Viyatravel is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before existing trips. Viyatravel is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and fees. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days to bring goods (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - The free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or skincare products: 5 items; Chocolate and candies: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg. - Guides on the tour may change the itinerary during the program flow, provided that they show all places specified in the program, depending on weather and road conditions. - In cases where only category information is provided without a name mentioned in the tour program, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip movement. - Meals included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at hotels, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and are generally presented as continental breakfast, consisting of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours without admission to museums and archaeological sites, typically lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours will not be conducted if local authorities do not allow access on the days and times specified in the program or if any event prevents access due to closed roads or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, and Viyatravel shall not be held responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or access by vehicle is not permitted, as feasible. - During road travel, waiting times at customs crossing points may exceed standards, and Viyatravel shall not be held responsible for any negative experiences arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by Viyatravel, which we service, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not be conducted or extra tour prices, content, and transportation used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations to be visited and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are assumed to accept waiting at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be completed by participants in flights are personal responsibilities, and they must be carried out at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airline companies' websites before flying. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the times communicated by Viyatravel, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane.
