1. Day: Istanbul – Dubai At Sabiha Gökçen Airport, we check in at the Flydubai Airlines counter by 11:00. After passport and customs procedures, we depart to Dubai at 14:20 on Flydubai flight FZ752. We arrive in Dubai at 19:45, and then we move to the hotels with our vehicle waiting at the airport. We complete our check-in at the hotels and then have free time. Overnight at our hotel. 2. Day: Dubai After breakfast, we depart from our hotel for a panoramic city tour. We first progress along Sheikh Zayed Road, the busiest and most impressive street in Dubai, where we will see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will take a photo break and see the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Next, we proceed to Dubai Marina with our vehicle. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has approximately a 7 km long promenade surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we return to the hotels and then have free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional **“Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour”** in the evening. After our boat tour, we head to the Souk Al Bahar market, located next to the Dubai Mall, which lies under the shadow of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. Here, we enjoy a pleasant stroll through this authentic market that combines the historical texture and luxury. Guests can evaluate free time after the tour at the Dubai Mall for shopping or enjoy their time in cafes and restaurants. We transfer back to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel. 3. Day: Dubai After breakfast, we have free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour” or **“Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour.”** Overnight at our hotel. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures are transformed entirely into colorful flower displays. Walk on the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Immerse yourself in a space filled with over 150 million blooming flowers, featuring many attractions and a variety of interesting arrangements. During the same tour, you will stroll through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets of Al Bastakiya, enjoying the historical atmosphere and architectural beauty. You will also have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored, offering visitors a chance to experience traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya is also home to various venues such as art galleries, cafes, and craft shops. After an entertaining and thrilling ride over the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the heart of the desert. Here, we will have dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dancing. There is also the option to ride a camel. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are offered as free services included in the tour. After dinner and the shows, the tour ends, and we return to our hotel with our private 4x4 vehicles. 4. Day: Dubai After breakfast, we have free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional **“Lunch Abu Dhabi Tour.”** Overnight at our hotel. Optional Tour: Lunch Abu Dhabi Tour – Per Person: 85 Euro Leaving from Dubai, we pass through the world's largest man-made port, Jebel Ali. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world, which can accommodate up to 41,000 worshippers at the same time. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it offers plenty of beautiful photo opportunities. While touring the capital of the seven emirates, Abu Dhabi, you will witness how this once tiny fishing village has transformed into a modern city. You will see wide boulevards and skyscrapers of this ultra-modern Arab city, along with the Al Bateen area and the Corniche. After a photo break at Emirates Palace, we will visit the Heritage Village, an authentic replica of the city's past, where you can see how Arabs lived, their traditions, and mud-brick houses. Lunch will be served as a buffet during your tour. After lunch, we continue our tour by seeing the Louvre Museum, located on Saadiyat Island, and moving on to Yas Island, known for hosting Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. You will also have a chance to take photos at the world's first Ferrari-themed amusement park located in the same area and shop at the souvenir store. After the tour, we return to the hotel. Optional Tour: Legoland® Dubai Theme Park Tour – Per Person: 100 Euro (This optional tour is valid for tours scheduled between January 16, 2026 – January 31, 2026.) Guests who wish can participate in the optional Legoland® Dubai Theme Park Tour for a fun-filled day. Opened in 2016 and located within the Dubai Parks & Resorts complex, Legoland® attracts visitors of all ages with its colorful world. You can stroll among the miniatures of famous structures built with millions of LEGO pieces and experience different activities in areas like Factory, Lego City, Imagination, and Miniland. After a joyful day filled with colorful shows, interactive play areas, and creative activities, we return to our hotel. 5. Day: Dubai – Istanbul After breakfast, we have free time and check out from our rooms. We begin our journey to the airport at a time determined by your tour leader. After ticketing and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Fly Dubai flight FZ753, departing at 11:55. Our arrival will be at 16:00.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation falls below 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide can change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.

  • Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or time. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.

  • In cases where only category information is given in the itinerary without names specified, and/or alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.

  • Our guides will be present at the destination to welcome you, and the included guiding service in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during the extra tours.

  • Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions for the extra tours depend on the final decision of the local supplier.

  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used from distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, the agency will inform you 2 days prior to the departure date of the tour.

  • The panoramic city tours included in the package are organized to provide a general introduction to the cities and last a maximum of 2-3 hours, without including museum or archaeological site entry fees.

  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if the local authorities close the places to be visited on the date and time of the tour, if the routes are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. Some tours may be done using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

  • Our tour programs have a guide meeting at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, they must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time indicated by the guide.

  • The hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale, subject to availability that may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be offered.

  • To prevent guests from being affected by currency fluctuation, we advise not to exchange large amounts of cash. Old/used currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old currency that banks do not accept.

  • Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if their issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Agency cannot be held responsible in any way.

  • To avoid problems with the customs police at the border checkpoint of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that these passports be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. In such cases, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.

  • The Agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visa applications when deemed necessary; the Agency is not responsible for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Agency only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. The Agency has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

  • For passengers applying for their visas themselves, the preparation of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Therefore, guests should schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Agency is not responsible for any possible delays.

  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Agency's Visa department, and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, if the Agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount excluding consular fees and similar expenses, after demonstrating that they did not use their visa within 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm and if the Agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

  • Changes in routes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. Changes in airplane types and times are possible, and this situation has been announced upon signing the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.

  • Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. An extra bed is provided in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. Guarantees for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided, as booking is done by the hotel based on availability if there is a suitable room.

  • Child discounts only apply to children staying with two adults.

  • The breakfast provided at hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.

  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

  • At the time of reservation/registering, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number in the traveling passport must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

  • Guests are required to have a foreign travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of a fine for not having the insurance with them, the responsibility lies with the guests.

  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having crossed in and out of certain countries may prevent obtaining a visa for another/multiple countries or may lead to being unable to enter through the border checkpoint; this situation is beyond the Agency's control, and the parties accept that the Agency bears no responsibility in such cases.

  • In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, our guests who do not wish to participate in the tours on the travel route must accept to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will collect these guests and our tour will continue.

  • Panoramic city tours are organized to promote the cities. City tours and extra trips may be held on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, while the agency is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place, or price changes may occur.

  • Tours or trips that local authorities do not allow for any reason cannot be executed. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such tours.

  • The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip ticket is arranged as a single ticket. In the event of a missed outbound flight and/or failure to use it, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.

  • Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. Passengers must monitor this information. In the event of missing a flight due to such conditions or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, missing the group's departure may lead to partially or completely missing the first day's program, and the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, should they travel to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer between airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

  • Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, the desired ticket can only be upgraded to the available economy class after the fare stated by the airline has been paid. The price difference that may arise in this case is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.

  • To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.

  • During your trip, when using transportation vehicles and while leaving the hotels you are staying in, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you.

  • The agency reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown if necessary or if unforeseen circumstances arise, without altering the content of the program.

  • The agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.

  • The agency is not responsible for items left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.

  • If children under the age of 18 are traveling with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third party, they must obtain consent from both parents. The agency cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot be carried out due to the absence of consent.

  • General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
