• City Accommodation Tax (As of March 31, 2014, the UAE has implemented a nightly city accommodation tax. This tax, determined according to the hotel category, shall be paid directly by the guests to the hotel reception. 10 AED per night for 3-star hotels – 15 AED per night for 4-star hotels – 20 AED per night for 5-star hotels)

Important Notes

• Points to Consider During the Visit to the Mosque in Abu Dhabi Tours: Men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is mandatory to have a long-sleeved jacket and headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.

• Points to Consider During Our Desert Safari Tour: Comfortable and casual clothing should be preferred, and a jacket should be taken. Heavy meals should not be consumed before the tour, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their situations.

• About Extra Tours: To benefit from advantageous travel package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation drops below 20, tour prices may change or may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours with the condition that the content remains the same. Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or the season. The prices valid at the time of sales from the guide will apply to extra tours.

• Hotel Information: If the tour program is processed as VB or if only category information is provided without mentioning the name, and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour activity. In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination to greet. The guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time provided by the guide.

• Cancellation and Change Conditions for Extra Tours: Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes for extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation or refund condition for the requested canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

• Hotel Distance During Peak Periods: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such cases, the agency will inform 2 days before the tour date.

• About Panoramic City Tours: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a guide's narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may not be carried out due to closures of visited sites by local authorities, road closures due to any events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. In such cases, the agency is not responsible for these tours not being conducted. Some tours may also be conducted by public transport or on foot where vehicle access is prohibited.

• Hotel Availability: The hotels listed in the program are sold as "VB" and may change availability during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be offered, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.

• Currency Usage: To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, it is recommended that guests do not exchange a large amount of foreign currency. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be made with old types of currency that banks do not accept.

• Payment Currency for Extra Tours: Since payments for extra tour purchases are made in USD at the relevant destinations, the USD-EUR parity will be applied the same way.

• Foreign Language Responsibility: Due to our package tours being aimed at overseas travel, guests' proficiency in foreign languages is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

● The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated along with the general terms and obligations below to the guests. The agency is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.

● Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency cannot assume any responsibility.

 ● To avoid issues with customs at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if the country applying visa to T.C. citizens is involved, the relevant visa must also be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

● The expiry of the guest's passport must be at least 6 months valid from the return flight date. Otherwise, any problems that arise are the responsibility of the guests.

 ● The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to grant a visa if deemed necessary. The agency has no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency only takes on the role of an intermediary. The agency has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

● When the agency applies for a visa on behalf of a passenger, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. The agency is not responsible for any typographical errors in the visa that could obstruct the flight.

● For passengers who will make their own visa applications, the provision of documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, the agency is not responsible for any potential inconveniences.

● If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, no refund will be made for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest received their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is mentioned as an additional service in the travel contract, if the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may submit proof of not using their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date with their passport and receive a refund for the remaining amount, excluding fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm, and the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made.

● Depending on the city where the airplane lands, there may be changes in the routes. Changes in aircraft type and time are possible, and hotels may alternate due to high season or special periods, hence another similar hotel may be used. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract and the passenger accepted the risk of flying change and hotel change when purchasing the tour.

● Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. An extra bed is implemented in triple rooms, which is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; if suitable rooms are available in hotels, they are blocked according to availability. ● Child discounts apply only for children staying with 2 adults.

● Breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast; it is not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

● At the time of reservation/registering, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, passport number of the traveling passport. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty costs for cancellations or changes in airline tickets resulting from incorrect information fall on the guest's responsibility.

● Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance, starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may incur fines from the relevant country's police. The guests are responsible for any fines they may incur for not carrying their insurance.

● Due to international diplomatic relations, having entered and exited certain countries may lead to the inability to obtain visas or to enter border crossings for another/multiple countries. Since this situation is beyond the agency's control, the agency is not responsible in such cases.

● To ensure the economic and time benefits of the visit group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted on the route are required to agree to wait at a nearby venue until the extra tour is completed. The bus will pick up these guests at the end of the tour, and the journey will continue.

● Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra trips may be conducted on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is obliged to offer the best alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or there may be changes in price.

● No tours that are prohibited by local authorities from being visited or attended can be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.

● Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and return tickets are arranged as a single ticket. In the event of missing the outbound flight and/or not using it, the return flight will be automatically voided. The rules of the airline will apply in such cases.

● Last-minute delays and gate changes that occur in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must cover the cost of acquiring a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket based on the previous item). Additionally, if the group is missed, the guest may miss part or all of the initial program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, should they travel to the city/country with a flight different from that of the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or airport to hotel is the guest's responsibility.

● Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the airplane seats in our programs are group class, if the desired ticket can be upgraded based on availability, it must be transferred from group class to upgradeable economy class by paying the necessary difference as determined by the airline. The resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour starts.

● To be able to use your mobile phone abroad, ensure before leaving Turkey that your line is open for international calls/cards by checking with your GSM operator.

● During your trip, when getting off short term or completely from the transportation vehicles used or the hotels you are staying at, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

● The agency reserves the right to change the order of the itinerary and/or the airline without altering the content of the program, when force majeure circumstances arise or if deemed necessary.

● The agency reserves the right to change the hotel names, provided the category remains the same.

● The agency is not responsible for items left, lost, or stolen during the tour.

● Children under 18 years of age must obtain consent from their mother if traveling with their father, from their father if traveling with their mother, and from both parents if traveling with a third party. The agency cannot be held liable if a flight does not occur due to lack of consent.

● General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
