Important Notes

• In Abu Dhabi Tours, Important Matters to Consider During Mosque Visits: Men should not wear shorts, and women must not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is obligatory to have a long-sleeve cardigan and a headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.

• Important Points to Consider During Our Desert Safari Tour: Comfortable and casual clothing is recommended, and a cardigan should be taken. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Those with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests are required to inform their guides about their conditions.

• About Extra Tours: To benefit from advantageous travel package prices, payment needs to be made to the local agency representative during the tour. Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices, or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same. Price changes in extra tours may occur due to regional density or periods. The prices at the time of purchasing from the guide will be valid for extra tours.

• Hotel Information: Due to the processing of VB in the tour program, or if only category information is given without mentioning the name and/or there are options for the same destination, hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the travel movement. In our programs, the guide will be present for reception at the destination to be visited. The guidance service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. During return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.

• Extra Tour Cancellation and Change Conditions: Guests are required to inform their guide of cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

• Distance to Hotel During Busy Periods: During periods such as exhibitions, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by the agency 2 days before the travel date.

• About Panoramic City Tours: The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to provide a general introduction to the cities, conducted with a guide's narration from within the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums and sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program cannot be held if, due to local authority closures of places to be visited, any events result in road closures on the route, or weather conditions make the tour impossible; in such cases, the AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is not permitted.

• Hotel Availability Conditions: The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as "VB," and availability at the hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and hotel name guarantees are not made.

• Currency Use: Guests are advised not to exchange a large amount of currency in order to avoid being affected by the exchange rate difference. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old-style currencies that banks will not accept.

• Currency for Extra Tours Payment: Since payments for extra tour purchases in the relevant destinations are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same.

• Foreign Language Responsibility: As our package tours are aimed at international destinations, the responsibility for guests’ foreign language proficiency lies with them.

GENERAL TERMS

● It is mandatory to communicate the general terms and obligations listed below along with the indicated tour program at the time of reservation. The AGENCY is not liable for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.

● Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passport if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country they are going to, and/or the airline may not perform their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot be held liable in any way.

 ● To avoid issues with customs police at the border checkpoint of the country to be visited due to tattered, damaged, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; these passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the corresponding visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

● The validity of guests' passports must be at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any issues that arise are the responsibility of the guests.

 ● The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability of a passenger to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the AGENCY has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.

● When the AGENCY submits a visa application as an intermediary, guests must verify the correctness of the information on the resulting visa. The AGENCY is not responsible for any typographical errors on the visa that may hinder the flight.

● For guests submitting their own visa applications, the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must consider this time frame when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any possible disruptions.

● In the event of a guest cancelling their reservation and/or not being able to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charges will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, if the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding the fees paid to consulates for visa processing, provided they present proof of not using the visa with their passport within one week of its expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the assistance of a different visa facilitation firm and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour for lack of participation or for any reason, no refund will be granted to the guest.

● There may be changes in the routes based on the city where the plane will land. Changes in flight type and timing are possible; due to availability in hotels during high season or special periods, other similar hotels may be available. These situations have been communicated at the time of contracting, and the passenger has accepted the risks of timing changes and hotel changes when purchasing the tour.

● Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Extra bed applications are available in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; if a suitable room exists, the hotel will block the room based on availability.

● Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.

● The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast and not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

● At the time of reservation/check-in, it is necessary to provide the names-surnames, date of birth, and passport numbers as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or alterations resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guests.

● Guests must have international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may face fines from local authorities. The responsibility lies with guests in the event of facing penalties for not having insurance.

● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered and exited some countries may prevent obtaining visas or entering the border from one or multiple countries. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for such situations, as they are outside its control.

● To provide economic benefits and efficiency for the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route accept to wait at a nearby establishment until the extra tour is complete. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and the journey will continue.

● Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may vary in date, provided that their content remains unchanged, or they may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, the AGENCY is obliged to provide the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not met, extra tours may be canceled, or changes in prices may occur.

● Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be held. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.

● The flight seats in our programs are group seats and the round-trip is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline are in effect.

● Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on the information boards/screen at airports. Guests should follow this information. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, it is the guest’s responsibility to procure a new ticket (if necessary, as round trip). Furthermore, missing the group’s departure may result in partial or complete miss of the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Also, in case of traveling to the destination city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel is the guest's responsibility.

● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after the tickets are issued if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline. As the flight seats in our programs are from group class, in case of wanting to upgrade to the desired ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline to change it to an upgradeable economy class from the group class. In this case, any price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Our program's group tickets are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.

● To use your cell phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.

● While temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles used during your journey and the hotels you are staying at, please make sure to take all your belongings.

● The AGENCY reserves the right to change the sequence of cities in the program and/or the airline being used, provided that the content of the program is not altered, due to compelling reasons or when deemed necessary.

● The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.

● The AGENCY is not responsible for any items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

● Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third person, they must obtain consent from both parents. In cases where consent is not obtained and the flight does not take place, the AGENCY cannot be held responsible.

● The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
