Important Information:
- The Door Visa Program is a fast and facilitated visa procedure provided by the Greek authorities for short-term tourist visits by Turkish Republic citizens to certain Greek islands.
The visa granted under this program does not carry the status of a Schengen visa. It is valid only for the Greek island being visited and is arranged for a maximum of 6 nights and 7 days with a single entry-exit. During the validity of the visa, you can only stay on the island you entered; inter-island transfers are not allowed. You must exit from the same island at the end of the visit.
- The Door Visa, unlike the Schengen visa, does not produce results in advance.
After the application file is prepared, the passenger can exit from Turkish ports without a visa.
The final decision will be made at the customs point of the relevant Greek island on the day of travel. - Generally, no information is given before travel.
However, in some negative situations, you may receive information about your application being rejected 2-3 days before the trip. - No reason is given for rejected applications.
Additionally, the visa fee is non-refundable.
Things to Pay Attention To:
- The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry and must contain at least 2 blank pages.
- The following passengers will not receive a visa at the door:
- Those who have previously received a rejection from Greece,
- Those with a TRNC entry in their passport,
- Those who obtained their passport from the Turkish Consulate in the TRNC.
- The door visa is only valid for the island applied for.
Travel between other islands is not allowed.
**** Visa procedures will be carried out by kapidakolayvize.com.

- Before leaving Turkey, you need to check with your GSM operator whether your mobile phone is enabled for international calls/receiving calls.
- During the reservation/registration process, it is necessary to correctly report the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written on the travel passport.
- During your travel, whether you are using transportation vehicles or temporarily leaving the hotels you are staying at, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings. The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation requires the agency to inform guests of the general terms and obligations involved. The agency is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all the items in advance.
- In cases where only category information is provided for the tour program without naming the hotels, or if there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be communicated by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure. The agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- Due to high availability or exceptional periods at hotels, alternative hotels may be offered. These situations have been communicated at the time of contracting, and the guest has purchased the tour by accepting the HOTEL CHANGE.
- The hotels include a continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- The guide will greet the group at the destination. The package includes guide services only for the panoramic city tour and round trip airport transfers. If additional tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during additional tours. In return transfers, guests must be ready at their hotel reception before the time specified by the guide.
- The panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted in an hour or two with a guide's narration without entrance to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may be impossible to conduct due to road closures, events obstructing the route, or weather conditions. Our agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct those tours due to mentioned reasons. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or changes regarding extra tours. The cancellation and refund terms for canceled extra tours depend on the final decision of the local provider.
- Extra tours are organized based on a minimum participation of 10 people. If there are insufficient participants, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure. If not, any impediment is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passport was issued more than 10 years ago should renew their passports, and they should ensure that their passports are not torn, worn, wet, or damaged to prevent issues with the customs police at the border of the country being visited. Otherwise, they may not be allowed entry into the country. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and our agency cannot bear any responsibility.
- Due to international diplomatic relations, having entry-exits to some countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa for another country or entry through the border crossing point. Since this situation is beyond the agency's control, the agency accepts no responsibility for such cases.
- The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary, and the agency assumes no responsibility for the failure to obtain the visa. The agency merely fulfills the role of an intermediary organization. The agency has no liability for personal visa applications. Consumers accept these conditions by registering for the tour.
- Guests must have, regardless of whether the agency provides it or not, an international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends the day after the tour date, and keep the insurance policy with them. - If the guest cancels their reservation and/or is unable to participate in the tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded.
- The specified items are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
