GENERAL TERMS

• Our tour will take place in accordance with the seat capacity and precautions determined by the Presidential, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Interior, and other state institutions.

• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding trips are part of a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, surrounding trips, etc. cannot be refunded.

• The child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodations.

• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally accommodates on an extra bed.

• The hotels mentioned in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of the Tour Route. Changes may be made regarding the region and hotels, provided that the hotel standards remain the same, depending on the occupancy. Requests for hotel names will be answered 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.

• The rooms in the hotels will be determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms.

• Our break stops may change in location and service standards due to force majeure reasons such as density or renovation, remaining at the same standards.

• In the timing of the program (the order of the points to be visited during the day or between days), in cases such as weather conditions, road conditions, or density at the visiting sites, the guide may make changes if deemed necessary.

• Our tour is not responsible for places that are not visited as stated in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visiting sites, etc.) or in case guests do not comply with the timing given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim.

• A tiered pricing system is applied for all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. Tour Route reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price fixation cannot be made without advance payment.

• Definitive seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during reservation. Notes entered in the reservation are not guaranteed. No special seat selection, such as front or back seats, is allowed.

• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by the Tour Route Operation based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are standard.

• In tours with 4 nights or more accommodations, the seating arrangement will be made in such a way that every day there will be an alternate rotation. This rotation does not apply to our short tours.

• Seats number 3 and 4 in vehicles belong to the guide and assistant.

• Extra tours, such as nighttime tours included in the tour program, will take place depending on the number of participants and the available staff. Extra tours on the road will be held even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the break points.

• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Tour Route is not responsible for this.

• The prices of extra tours may vary according to periods. In such a case, the price valid for the extra tour will be that of the period in which the tour is taken, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.

• Tour Route is not responsible for any material damage caused by the guest in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by the guest.

• In cases where children under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have a notarized consent form with them during travel.

• Our guests participating in the tour are required to carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and medications they are using constantly.

• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the determined departure times.

• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Tour Route is not responsible for delays that may occur due to force majeure.

• Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stopping points we have picked them up from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on dropping off at a different location to the vehicle staff.

• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, Tour Route is not responsible.

• The responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle rests with the guest in places like breaks.

• As the first day’s tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to have with you separately.

• Due to the program's intensity during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATM, currency exchange, etc. places, so it is beneficial to be prepared.

• Long distances may be covered during the realization of the programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.

• Lunches consist of economical menus unique to the region. For lunch and dinner, tables separated by groups will be used, depending on the density of the region.

• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the density of the region. The confirmed starting and ending route can be learned by our guests if they contact us 2 days in advance.

• If the agency does not reach sufficient numbers, it may send the guest to a different agency with the same or similar tour program in order not to cancel the tour, thus avoiding disruption of the guest's vacation plans.

• In cases where the agency does not reach sufficient numbers, the agency will inform the guest, and depending on the guest's request, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, a ticket can be booked to the nearest departure point to enable the guest to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest one (1) business day in advance via phone, SMS, or email. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim.

• Refunds for cancellations made by the guest up to 30 days before the service start date will be made without any reason given. For cancellations made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date, 50% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour, a 100% deduction will apply.

• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased tour without stating any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover plane tickets.

• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museum sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE

The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel or make changes to the purchased package tour without stating any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the full amount of the package tour paid will be refunded without any deductions, according to the method of payment. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover plane transportation in flight-inclusive tours. The cost of this assurance package is 50 TL for our tour.

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH NUMBER 1618

The scope of the 1618 mandatory travel insurance covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for not providing the package tour service. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. Private health insurance costs are the guest's responsibility.

In our tours, transportation classifications are made according to the number of people as follows. The following vehicle types are provided based on the number of people on each tour. Our vehicles do not have headphones. We recommend that you carry an external charger as charging your phone in vehicles with TV units can shorten your phone's battery life.

OUR TOUR PROGRAMS ARE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSUMER LAW NUMBER 6502. THE LAST PUBLISHED CIRCULAR INVALIDATES THE PREVIOUS CIRCULAR.
