IMPORTANT NOTES
● To benefit from advantageous tour package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation falls below 15, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
● Prices for extra tours may vary due to regional congestion or season. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
● In cases where categories are given without mentioning names in the tour program and/or the same destination has options, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
● Our programs include a guide at the destination, and the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and return transfers. If extra tours are taken, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
● Guests must inform the guide about the cancellation or changes in extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status for the extra tour to be canceled will vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the stated kilometers away. In such cases, your agency will inform you two days before the tour departure.
● The panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a panoramic vehicle narration, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, and does not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
● Panoramic tours and other specified tours are not conducted if local authorities close the visited places or if roads on the itinerary are closed due to any activity or weather conditions making the tour impossible to conduct. In such cases, the agency is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
● Our programs are met by the guide at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the reception of the hotel they stayed in before the time given by the guide.
● Hotels listed in the program can vary in availability during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be offered.
● Guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be accepted with old-type currency that banks do not accept.
● Our package tours are aimed at international travel; therefore, guests are responsible for their foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
● Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issuance date is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or may not be able to board their flights by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency assumes no responsibility.
● To prevent any issues at the border with customs police regarding torn, worn, soaked, or similarly damaged passports; these passports must be renewed, and if T.C. citizens are traveling to a country that requires a visa, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Failure to comply will be the responsibility of the passengers.
● The Agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny a visa when deemed necessary, and the Agency accepts no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Agency simply assumes the role of an intermediary. The Agency has no liability for personal visa applications.
● Guests who will apply for their visa independently must allow approximately 1 business day to obtain the documents needed (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.). Therefore, guests must plan their appointments based on this time frame. The Agency assumes no responsibility for any possible delays.
● If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charges are non-refundable. If the guest received their visa and visa service from BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was included in the travel contract as an additional service, if the Agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can claim a refund of the remaining amount, excluding the consulate fees, after presenting their unused visa within one week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtains their visa independently or with the help of a different visa agency and the Agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made.
● There may be changes to routes depending on the city where the plane lands. Flight type and times may change, and this was communicated during the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
● Guests must be present at the airport three hours before the flight departure. Domestic guests must take their tickets based on their flight times. Any issues or damages incurred due to the passenger's failure to board the flight will not be the responsibility of the Agency.
● Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. An additional bed will be applied in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds, and if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel based on availability.
● Child discounts apply only for children accompanying two adults.
● The breakfasts offered at hotels are continental and not Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
● During the reservation/check-in, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests must have travel and health insurance that starts one day before and expires one day after the tour and are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance with them may face fines from police in the relevant country. Responsibility for any fines incurred due to the lack of travel insurance lies with the guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being denied entry at the border. The responsibility of the Agency in such cases is acknowledged by the parties.
● Guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted on the route for economic and time efficiency must agree to wait with the group in a nearby facility until the tour ends. Our bus will pick them up after the tour is complete.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days, provided that the content does not change, and may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is obligated to provide the most suitable alternative to its esteemed guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. If the required number is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.
● Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities or any tour that is prohibited for any reason will not be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct such tours.
● The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return tickets are arranged as a single ticket. Missing the outbound flight and/or not using it may lead to cancellation of the return flight. In this case, the rules of the airline apply.
● Flight delays and gate changes that may occur last minute will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. The guests must follow these pieces of information. In the event of missing a flight due to such occurrences or personal reasons, guests must obtain their new tickets (if necessary, gidiş-dönüş tickets) at their own expense. Also, since the group may be missed, the guest may partially or completely miss the first-day program; the responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a flight different from the group, the transportation from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only do so if there is availability on the corresponding flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, the difference determined by the airline may need to be paid to upgrade from group class to economy class where available. In this case, the price difference will be the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
● To use your mobile phone abroad, make sure that your line is open for international calls before leaving Turkey by checking with your GSM operator.
● During your travels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels.
● The agency may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline used without altering the content, if compelled by force majeure.
● The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the same category.
● The agency is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Passengers under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, while those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both parents. The agency cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to a lack of consent.
● The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
