IMPORTANT NOTES

• In cases where the tour program is provided with only category information, without specifying the names and/or where there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour starts.
• Our programs will have a guide meeting you at the destination, the guiding service included in the package covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during the extra tours.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the mentioned km. In such a case, the agency will inform you 2 days prior to the tour date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for general introduction to the cities and are conducted panoramically with guidance from the vehicle, not including museum or historical site admissions, lasting 2-3 hours at most.
• The Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program due to closure of the places to be visited by local authorities, roads being closed due to any event, or weather conditions that make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if vehicles cannot enter certain areas due to closed roads or access restrictions.

GENERAL TERMS

• Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passport issuance date is older than 10 years must renew their passports; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility rests with the traveler, and the AGENCY cannot assume any responsibility.
• In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; these passports should be renewed and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of failure to meet these requirements, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary; the AGENCY has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Agency only takes on the role of an intermediary institution. The AGENCY has no liability in personal visa applications. Consumers confirm acceptance of these terms by registering for the tour.
• Guests who require to submit their visa applications personally should allow on average 1 business day to obtain necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Guests must plan their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, the AGENCY cannot be responsible for any possible delays.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest has obtained their visa and visa service through the AGENCY’s Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if the AGENCY cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may be reimbursed for the remaining amount except for fees and similar amounts paid to consulates within 1 week from the visa expiration date after presenting proof that they have not used the visa with their passport. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm, they will not receive any reimbursement if the AGENCY cancels the tour for insufficient participation or for other reasons.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the flight will land. Changes in flight type and timing can occur, and it has been communicated at the time of the agreement that the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIMING CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; if applicable, the hotel will block according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in the hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During the reservation/registration, it is necessary to report the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport to the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty costs resulting from incorrect information on flight ticket cancellations or changes will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have a travel and health insurance valid throughout their trip, which starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after, and are required to carry the relevant policy. Guests without travel insurance may be subject to fines from local police in the relevant country. In case of incurring a penalty for not having travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered and exited some countries may prevent obtaining a visa for one or more other countries or permit entry at border crossings; in this case, the AGENCY shall not be held responsible, which is accepted by the parties.
• To provide economic benefits for the group and to make the journey more convenient, guests who do not wish to participate in tours along the travel route agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group finishes the extra tour. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick them up, and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized as introductions to the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change or may not be conducted due to weather conditions. In this case, the AGENCY is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative options to our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. If the sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or subject to price changes.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip ticket is arranged as a single ticket. In the event of missing or not using the departing flight, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In this case, the regulations of the airline apply.
• Flight delays and gate changes that may occur will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. These details should be noted by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such a situation, or personal reasons, the passenger will need to purchase their new ticket (potentially a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). Additionally, if they miss the group’s departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s itinerary; responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country by a different flight, the guest will be responsible for their transfers from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. The airplane seats in our programs are group class; if the desired ticket is to be upgraded according to availability, the difference specified by the airline must be paid. The price difference that arises in such situations will be the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are typically issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
• Before leaving Turkey, you should check with your GSM operator if your line is activated for international calls/receiving calls so that you can use your mobile phone abroad.
• During your trip, kindly ensure you take all your belongings with you when leaving your transport vehicle or accommodation, whether temporarily or permanently.
• The AGENCY may change the order of the cities in the program based on unforeseen circumstances or when deemed necessary without altering the content of the program.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain parental consent if traveling with one parent or third party; if no consent is provided, the AGENCY cannot be held responsible for non-fulfillment of the flight arrangements.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately.
