IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from discounted travel package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

• Extra tours are realized with a minimum of 15 participants. If participation is below 15 people, changes may occur in tour prices, or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.

• Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or season. Prices during the purchase stage of extra tours from the guide will be valid.

• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where there are optional options for the same destination, the hotels will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours before the tour.

• In our programs, the guide will be waiting for you and the package includes guidance services only for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfer services. If extra tours are taken, guidance services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.

• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour depends on the final decision of the local supplier.

• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such cases, the agency will inform you two days before the tour's departure date.

• Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for general introductions of cities and do not include entrance fees to museums or ancient sites in the vehicle, lasting up to a maximum of 2-3 hours.

• Due to closures of places to visit by local authorities, any events causing road closures along the itinerary, or weather conditions making the tour impossible, Acenteours shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct the tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot as much as possible in areas where vehicle access is not allowed.

• Our tour programs have guides available at the arrival airport. However, the guide must be present at the hotel reception prior to the departure transfer as instructed by the guide.

• The hotels listed in the program are available for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. As a result, another hotel may be provided.

• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/Worn currency will not be accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old currency that banks do not accept.

• Since our package tours are directed abroad, guests are responsible for their foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations available below. AcenteOURS shall not be responsible for complaints that may arise from this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.

• For guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they need to renew it. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting, and/or airlines may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such circumstances, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and AcenteOURS takes no liability whatsoever.

• To avoid problems with customs at the border checkpoint due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is required that said passports be renewed, and if the visiting country requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be held in the new passport. In case of any issues, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• The validity of guest passports must be a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting issues will be the responsibility of the guests.

• AcenteOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visas when deemed necessary, and AcenteOURS is not liable for the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. AcenteOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, AcenteOURS does not hold any obligations or responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.

• For passengers who will apply for their visas on their own, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes one business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this timeframe. Otherwise, AcenteOURS is not responsible for any possible inconvenience.

• Guests who cancel their reservations and/or do not participate in the relevant tour will not have the visa fee or service charge refunded. If the guest has acquired their visa and the visa service through AcenteOURS as an additional service specified in the travel contract, and if AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amounts paid for their visa, excluding any fees paid to consulates and similar charges, after presenting their passport stating they have not used the visa within one week of the visa's expiration date. No refund will be made for guests who obtained their visas through their means or with help from a different visa agency.

• Depending on the city where the plane lands, changes can occur in the itineraries. Changes in the aircraft type and time are also possible; the passenger accepts the risk of flight changes having been informed of this during the agreement and purchases the tour.

• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in a triple room cannot be provided, as hotel blocking will be done by the hotel if there are appropriate rooms available.

• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

• Continental breakfast is offered in hotels; it is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number shown in the passport to be traveled. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Fees arising from incorrect details leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes shall be the responsibility of the guest.

• Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after, and to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may incur fines by the police of the relevant country. In case of facing fines due to lack of insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited certain countries may result in not being able to obtain visas for another one or more countries or being unable to enter through the border; in such cases, AcenteOURS shall not be held responsible. This is accepted by the relevant parties.

• To maximize the group's economy, all guests who do not wish to join tours along the route must agree to wait at a nearby venue until the tour is completed. After the tour ends, our bus will collect these guests and continue our journey.

• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may occur on different days without altering content depending on the weather conditions. AcenteOURS is responsible for providing the best alternatives for our valued guests in such cases. Extra tours are organized on the condition of minimum 20 persons participation. If sufficient number is not reached, extra tours may not be executed, or price changes may be applied.

• Tours not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. AcenteOURS shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of such tours.

• The flight places in our programs are group places and are organized as a round-trip single ticket. In case of missed or unused outbound flights, the return flight may also become invalid. The airline's regulations will apply in this regard.

• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at airports. Such information should be monitored actively. In the event a flight is missed due to this or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their new ticket (if necessary, for round-trip ticket) themselves. Additionally, missing the group's departure may cause partial or complete loss of the initial day's program; in such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, in cases where traveling with a different flight from the group to the city/country, the transportation from the airport to the city or hotel will be the responsibility of the passenger.

• Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the concerned flight after the tickets are issued. The flight places in our programs are from the group category; therefore, in order to upgrade the desired ticket, it might be required to pay the difference that the airline will specify before carrying out the upgrade. The passenger is responsible for the resulting price difference. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour starts.

• In order for your mobile phones to be usable abroad, it is essential to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey if your line is open for international calls.

• During your trip, please ensure you take all your belongings completely when briefly or entirely departing the transportation vehicles and hotels you are using.

• AcenteOURS reserves the right to modify the order of cities in the itinerary or change the airline while preserving the program's content if it deems it necessary or in case of force majeure.

• AcenteOURS reserves the right to change the names of hotels, provided their category remains the same.

• AcenteOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

• Children under 18 years of age traveling with their mother must have a consent letter from their father, and those traveling with their father must have a consent letter from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent letters must be obtained from both parents. In case of failure to present consent letters leading to flight cancellations, AcenteOURS cannot be held liable.

• General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
