To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. If there are fewer than 15 participants, a price change may occur or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
Due to the density of the region or the period, there may be price changes for extra tours. The prices valid at the time of purchasing from the guide will apply for extra tours.
In cases where a specific name is not mentioned in our programs and only the category information is provided, and/or when there are optional choices for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
Our guided tours will be met at the destination being visited; the package includes guiding services only for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfer to and from the airport. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our clients during extra tours.
Clients must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour depends on the final decision of the local supplier.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the date of departure.
The panoramic city tours included in our tour packages are designed for the general presentation of cities, conducted from within the vehicle with a guide’s narration and do not include museum, archaeological site entries, and last no more than two or three hours.
Due to local authorities closing access to places to visit due to any activity or reason, the content of tours may be unfeasible for the stated days. In such cases, BTB Tours shall not be responsible for any inconvenience. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or walking if possible due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
Our tour programs commence with the guide welcoming tourists at the airport of arrival. During return transfers, they must be present at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
The hotels and other services offered in the program are made available for sale. The availability of hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar hotel options may be presented instead.
To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we advise against exchanging large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be made with old currency notes not accepted by banks.
