1st Day: Istanbul – Baku
Upon arrival at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul New Airport's International Departure Terminal, be there 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. After completing the international exit procedures, we will depart for Baku on Turkish Airlines flight TK340 at 12:05. After our arrival, we leave the airport and have an extra breakfast in the city center of Baku before starting our tour. After breakfast, we start our panoramic city tour. We will see the Heydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, from a panoramic view. Following this, we will have a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize our moment. After seeing the newly opened area known as the "Ağ Şehri" in Baku, we will head to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will check-in and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Evening Dinner at Old Baku City tour.

We will visit the Old City, Highland Park (Martyrs' Lane, Turkish Mosque, Mini Square of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Major General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame, a viewpoint with magnificent views), Baku and Baku Bay views, Baku Television Tower, and Little Venice. The tour includes a walk and bus ride around the city, starting from the fortress walls of the Old City, where visitors will learn about the surrounding objects (including the monument to the national poet Sabir and the monument to Nizami and its founding date). The program will also include a visit to the building of the Philharmonic Orchestra named after the Muslim Magomayev, the City Duma which was the first women's school in the East, and the Venice-style house of Ismaili. We will explore the famous Torgoviy Street, resembling Istanbul's Istiklal Avenue. After enjoying the breathtaking views of the city from Dagustu Park, we will go to the restaurant where we will have our dinner set menu. In this tour, you can experience Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight at the hotel.
2nd Day: Baku
After the morning breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional ‘Lunch Included Qobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Carpet Museum’ and ‘Dinner Included Music Night Azerbaijan’ tour. Overnight at the hotel.

We head towards Gobustan, located about 65 km southwest of Baku, which is the richest region in archaeological artifacts in Azerbaijan and is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Gobustan, located on the old Shirvan road near the Caspian Sea, is also referred to as an open-air museum. It provides important insights into prehistoric Medieval periods related to the lifestyle of societies, hunting, animals, and vegetation through the rock engravings and stone drawings. After that, we continue on to the Mud Volcanoes region, which is interesting because it has more than half of the world’s over 700 mud volcanoes, especially the largest ones. Here, you will feel as if you are among the "Mars craters". After explanations from the guide in the region, we will observe the live volcanic movements. After the mud volcanoes, we will enjoy our lunch at a local restaurant and then we will head to the biggest Carpet Museum in Azerbaijan.

We will have dinner in a restaurant where we will spend an evening full of dance, music, and entertainment.
3rd Day: Baku
After breakfast in the morning, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra Atashgah, Yanardag & Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Located 30 km from the city center of Baku, at the foothills of Surakhani village, the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries), revered at various times by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs. It is called "Atashgah" because it is the place of the "eternal" fires that could not be extinguished due to the natural gas emissions meaning "House of Fire", "Fire Place". The visit also includes the tour of the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. This building, reflecting the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology, was conceptually designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid and completed in 3.5 years. The Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center, recognized as one of Azerbaijan's most important structures, is also seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani society's future-oriented approach with its modern, extraordinary, and futuristic architecture. Inside the center, there are permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, ethnography, classical instruments, and personal belongings of Haydar Aliyev. In this visit, you will gain a wide spectrum of knowledge about Azerbaijan from its past to the present. After the tour, we will head back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel until the transfer time determined by our guide.
4th Day: Baku-Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, check out of the rooms and enjoy free time. ***Important Note: The checkout time from the hotel rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Guests who wish may participate in the optional "Shopping Tour".
We will meet at the time determined by the guide for transfer to the airport. After arriving at the airport, we complete our ticket, luggage, and passport procedures and depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK335. After arriving at Istanbul Airport, the tour ends.

We start our tour at the famous historical Green Bazaar (Sharg market). Prepare to explore the famous Green Bazaar of Baku, one of the most delicious and colorful places; here, the air is filled with the scents of spices, while the stalls are overflowing with fresh fruits, sweets, jams, teas, and more. After exploring the bazaar, we will visit one of Baku’s largest shopping centers, Ganjlik Mall, which is filled with international brands, cafes, cinemas, and restaurants. Later, we will head to Ajami Street, the famous shopping street of Baku. Discover the perfect combination of international stores, fashion boutiques, and traditional shops on Ajami. You can find everything you need in this beautiful city.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In order to benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of less than 15 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is provided and/or options exist for the same destination without naming the hotel(s), the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
- The guide will be waiting for the guests in the area where they arrive, the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany the guests during extra tours.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are not included in the museum, historical site entrances, and are tours of up to 2-3 hours, which are conducted with guiding narration from the vehicle.
- BTB Tours is not responsible for the failure to conduct tours due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible, provided that the content remains the same. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot due to closed roads or areas where vehicle entry is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, including the general terms and obligations specified below, must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or the airline may not carry out their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
- In order to avoid issues with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn out, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; these passports must be renewed and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The validity period of the guests' passports must be at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any hindrance is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa if it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS does not have any sanctions or responsibilities in personal visa applications.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any spelling mistakes on the visa and issues that may hinder the flight.
- For passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, it normally takes 1 business day to obtain the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- In the event that the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, no refund for visa fees and service fees will be made. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department, and if this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can claim a refund of the remaining amount excluding the consulate fees and other charges within 1 week after presenting their passport that shows they have not used the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes to the itineraries based on the city where the plane will land. The flight type and times may change, and hotels may show varied availability during high seasons or special periods, and therefore another hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIMES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided based on the availability of the hotels. Extra bed implementation is available in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided, and blocking is done by the hotel according to the availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The hotels offer a continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee with fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of booking, it is required to report and enter the names, surnames, birth dates, and passport numbers as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes in flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.
- Whether our guests obtain travel insurance from BTB TOURS or not, they are required to have an international travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance may face fines from the police of the relevant country. The responsibility lies with the guests if they face fines due to not having their travel insurance.
- Due to international diplomatic relations, having entered and exited certain countries may lead to being unable to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries, or may result in being denied entry at the border; as this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, the parties accept that BTB TOURS will not be responsible in such situations.
- In order for the tour to benefit the group in terms of economy and duration, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is over. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that the content remains unchanged, or may be subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.
- No tours that are prohibited or not allowed by local authorities can be conducted. BTB TOURS shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing the outbound flight and/or not using it, the return flight may be automatically canceled as well. The rules of the airline company will apply in this case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These updates must be tracked by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such reasons or personal issues, the passenger must bear the cost of obtaining a new ticket (if necessary, a return ticket). Additionally, the passenger may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group’s departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if the passenger travels to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or airport to the hotel will be the passenger's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets are issued and subject to the availability in the relevant airline’s flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, to upgrade the desired ticket to an economy class that can be upgraded, any price difference stipulated by the airline company must be paid beforehand. The passenger is responsible for price differences that arise in this case. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
- In order to use your cell phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your trip, please ensure that you have taken all of your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the transport vehicles you are using and the hotels where you are staying.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the sequence of cities in the program and/or the airline, without altering the content of the program due to force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the names of hotels, provided that their category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother and from their mother if traveling with their father. If traveling with a third party, they must obtain consent from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for non-boarding due to the lack of a consent letter.
- General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
