Day 1: Istanbul - Cairo

Be at the AJET AIRLINES counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departure Terminal at TIME 18:05’de After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, at 21:05 on the scheduled flight VF 247 of AJET Airlines.

Upon arrival at local time 22:30, we will move to our hotel. After check-in, we will settle into our rooms and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 2: Cairo

In the morning, after breakfast, we will have a panoramic city tour at a time determined by our guide, during which we will have the opportunity to see famous tourist spots such as the Cairo Citadel, Mohamed Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat's Memorial, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Market, and Tahrir Square.

After the city tour, there will be free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional ‘Dinner Cruise on the Nile’. Overnight stay at our hotel.

During our dinner cruise on the Nile, we will enjoy a meal accompanied by live music and get the chance to appreciate the lights and night views of Cairo. Day 3: Cairo

In the morning after breakfast, guests will have free time. Those who wish can participate in the optional ‘Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour’. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world? On this day, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and one of the richest museums in the world, the New Cairo Museum, while having our lunch at a local restaurant. The entrance fees to the Pyramids area and Cairo Museum are included in the price. Beverages during the meal are extra.

Day 4: Cairo - Sharm El Sheikh

In the morning, after an early breakfast, we will check out from our hotels and then embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to the exotic vacation destination of Sharm El Sheikh. Upon arrival at our hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, check-in procedures will be done. Free time followed by an overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 5: Sharm El Sheikh

In the morning, after breakfast, enjoy free time to partake in the activities at your hotel. Guests wishing to participate can join optional tours. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Starting from your hotel and lasting about 2 hours, this fun-filled tour will take you dancing through the desert sands on four-wheeled ATV Quad bikes, with photo opportunities during the magnificent sunset and you will have the chance to ride a camel in the desert. At the final stop, you can relax with tea served in a Bedouin tent, before returning to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Day 6: Sharm El Sheikh

OPTIONAL TOUR: Ras Mohamed Tour by Boat // 70 USD per person for adults – 40 USD for children
Join us for a boat trip to one of the most important reserve areas of the Red Sea, Ras Mohammed National Park, where you can closely explore pristine coral reefs and the vibrant underwater world. You will be collected from your hotel and start your tour at Ras Mohammed Nature Park. You can snorkel at coral reefs under the guidance of diving instructors. Additionally, there will be a stop at "White Island," a naturally formed white sand island, where you can take photos and treat yourself with its believed healing sands. Lunch will be served as a buffet during the tour. Day 8: Sharm El Sheikh / Istanbul

After ticket and customs procedures, we will start our flight at 03:00 with AJET Airlines’ flight VF256. After arriving at local time 06:40, our journey comes to an end. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from advantageous tour package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants to take place. If participation is below 10, the tour prices may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide can change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
  • Prices of extra tours may vary based on regional density or periods. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in our program, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
  • Our programs include a guide who will meet at the destination. The package includes guiding service only for the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during the extra tours.
  • Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes in extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
  • During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances beyond the specified kilometers. In such cases, the agency will provide information 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with narration by the guide inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not take place in cases where local authorities close the places to be visited, roads along the route are closed for any event, or due to weather conditions making it impossible to conduct the tour; the agency is not responsible for these situations. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
  • In our tour programs, the guide will meet at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, it is required that the guest be present at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
  • Hotels listed in the program or similar are available for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may also be provided.
  • We recommend that guests do not exchange a large amount of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
  • Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, the guests' foreign language skills are their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

  • The tour program specified at the time of booking must be communicated to guests alongside the general terms and obligations currently listed below. The agency is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
  • Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights from Turkey may not be conducted by the airline company. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency cannot take any responsibility.
  • To avoid any issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, soaked and/or damaged passports, it is advisable to renew those passports. Additionally, if T.C. citizens are traveling to a country requiring a visa, this visa must be on the new passport. In such circumstances, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any hindrance is the responsibility of the guests.
  • The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny a visa at its discretion. The agency has no responsibility regarding the inability to obtain a visa by the passenger. The agency assumes the role of an intermediary institution only. In personal visa applications, the agency bears no sanctions or responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.
  • When applying for a visa through the agency, guests must verify the accuracy of the information on the visa obtained. The agency is not responsible for any typos or errors that may impede the flight.
  • For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Guests need to consider this period when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, the agency is not responsible for any potential disruptions.
  • If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the related tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the agency’s Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if the agency cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for any reason, the guest can receive reimbursement of the remaining amount excluding fees paid to the consulate and other similar costs after presenting their passport indicating they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the assistance of a different visa brokerage firm and the agency cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for any reason, no refund will be given to the guest.
  • Changes in flight patterns may occur depending on the city where the plane lands. The type and time of the flight are subject to change, and there may be other similar hotels due to availability in hotels during high season or special periods. The passenger accepts that changes in flight times and hotel preferences have been communicated at the time of booking.
  • Triple rooms are provided according to the hotel's availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. In triple rooms, a guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it according to availability.
  • Child discounts are only applicable for children accompanying 2 adults.
  • The breakfast served in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the traveling passport. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests must have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain the insurance from the agency or not. Guests not carrying their travel insurance may face fines from the local police. In case of facing fines for not having their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered and exited certain countries may lead to the denial of obtaining a visa for another or multiple countries or being unable to cross the border. The agency does not take responsibility for such situations as they fall outside of its jurisdiction.
  • In order for tours conducted along the travel route to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the tour is completed. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our journey will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for the general introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days provided that their content remains unchanged; or may not occur based on weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is obliged to present the best alternative for the valuable guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
  • Tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or conducted will not be organized. The agency cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of these tours.
  • Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round trip is arranged as one ticket. In cases of missing and/or not using the first flight, the return flight may automatically be canceled. In that case, the rules of the airline company apply.
  • Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights will be displayed on the information boards/screens at the airports. These details must be followed by individuals. In the case of missing a flight for such reasons or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their new ticket (if necessary, in accordance with the previous article, as a round trip) themselves. Additionally, they may miss parts of the first day's program; responsibility for this rests with the guest. Moreover, in cases of traveling to the city/country through a different flight from the group, the responsibility for transfers from the airport to the city or hotel falls on the guest.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability in the relevant airline's flight after the tickets are issued. Since flights in our programs are group class, the desired ticket can be upgraded only upon payment of the difference as stated by the airline company if available. The resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guests. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour starts.
  • To use your mobile phone while abroad, you need to check whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls from your GSM operator before leaving Turkey.
  • During your journey, when you briefly or completely leave the transportation vehicles and hotels you use, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings.
  • The agency may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program due to force majeure or where deemed necessary.
  • The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
  • The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under the age of 18 who are traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. The agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out the flight due to the lack of consent.
  • General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
