1st Day: Istanbul
Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal, be present in front of the AJET Airlines counter at 21:15.
2nd Day: Istanbul - Tbilisi
After completing the exit procedures from the country, we will depart for Tbilisi at 00:15 with AJET Airlines flight VF227. After arriving at 03:30 local time, we will move to our hotel. After check-in procedures, we will settle into our rooms and overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, we meet with our guide and start our panoramic city tour, where we will get the first impressions of the cultural and architectural structure of the city. During our tour, we will walk along Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi's main boulevard, and see Freedom Square, Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Tbilisi Philharmonic Hall panoramically before returning to the hotel. The rest of the day is free time. Interested guests can join the extra organized Old City and Dinner Georgian Night tour.

In the evening, we move to the area where Metekhi Church, one of Tbilisi's landmarks, is located. We will enjoy panoramic views of the city's historical texture and Old Town silhouette and take a ride on the historic funicular to Mtatsminda Hill. During the journey, we will have the opportunity to watch the Tbilisi skyline adorned with night lights. After approximately 2 hours with photo stops, we will move to a distinguished Georgian national restaurant located in the center. During our dinner, we will have the chance to experience Georgia's rich cultural heritage, accompanied by energetic Georgian folk dances and live traditional music, featuring colorful costumes, strong choreographies, and authentic melodies. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel for overnight.
3rd Day: Tbilisi
After breakfast, we have free time. Interested guests can join the extra organized Lunch Included Tbilisi & Mtskheta tour. Overnight at our hotel.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we head to the Mtskheta region, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and was the ancient capital of Georgia. This area is one of the most important centers of Georgian history and Orthodox faith, known for its monuments and spiritual atmosphere.
Our first stop will be Jvari Monastery, located near Mtskheta, dating back to the 6th century. Then, we will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, one of the holiest structures in the Georgian Orthodox world, built in the 11th century.
After the visits, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, we will head back to Tbilisi.
Upon arrival in Tbilisi, we begin a walking tour of Old Tbilisi, where we will closely familiarize ourselves with the historical texture of the city. Our tour will start from Rike Park, continuing with a panoramic view of Old Town from the opposite bank of the river and a short walk in the park.
Next, we will take a cable car ride to Narikala Fortress, which has been the main defense point of Tbilisi for centuries. Then we will pass by the only mosque in Tbilisi and see the historical Abanotubani Baths area.
During our walking tour, we will pass through streets with open cafes and small restaurants reflecting Caucasian hospitality and proceed to the modernly designed Peace Bridge, located over the Mtkvari (Kura) River.
The tour will continue with a visit to Sioni Cathedral (17th century); furthermore, we will see Anchiskhati Basilica (6th century), which is one of the oldest religious structures that have survived to this day in Tbilisi. Lastly, we will complete our tour by passing in front of Rezo Gabriadze Puppet Theatre’s Clock Tower, one of the city's symbols.
After the tour, we will return to the hotel.
4th Day: Tbilisi
After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms by 12:00 (if the hotel is available and with prior notification to the guide, you can keep your room until the airport transfer time by paying an extra fee). Guests will have free time until the transfer time determined by the guide.
Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized "Full Day Dinner Included Signagi Tour."
Extra Tour: Full Day Dinner Included Signagi Tour – Per Person: 110 EUR
We will head to Signagi, known as the City of Lovers, which is 110 km away from Tbilisi and registered for UNESCO protection. Founded in the Middle Ages, this charming town is built on a hill and we will explore the city walls built in the 18th century, take beautiful photos, and enjoy the view. While walking through the town's historic streets, you can taste the famous Georgian wines in wine cellars. After the tour, we will visit a special Khareba Wine Cellar and Tunnel made inside a cave. We will receive information about wine storage and production as we pass through the Alazani Valley among the vineyards. We will enjoy dinner in a local restaurant in the Khaneti region with Georgian cuisine. After dinner, we will return to Tbilisi around 23:30.
5th Day: Tbilisi - Istanbul
Transfer to the airport. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 05:45 with AJET flight VF228. After arriving at Istanbul Airport, the tour ends.

Important Notes Regarding Travel to Tbilisi:
- Citizens of the Republic of Turkey can travel to Georgia without a passport, only with new type chip T.C. identity card.
Entry Conditions with Identity Card
- New Type T.C. Identity Card (chip) is mandatory. Old identity cards are not valid
- No visa is required
- No passport is required
- The identity card must be unblemished, legible, and must have an up-to-date photo for every age of passenger
- The identity card must always be with you during entry-exit
- As of January 1, 2026, every tourist entering Georgian territory must have a valid health and accident insurance policy.
- The insurance policy must be presented in physical or electronic form and must be covered at least 30,000 GEL and in Georgian or English.
- The insurance policy must cover the entire duration of the tourist's stay in Georgia, including both the entry and exit dates.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from advantageous travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is given and/or if there are alternative options for the same destination without specifying names, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour.
- The guide will meet the group upon arrival; the package includes guidance services only for the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, a different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of cities and are done panoramically with the guidance of a guide from inside the vehicle; they do not include entries to museum or heritage sites and are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not take place due to local authorities closing places to be visited, roads along the route being closed for any events, or weather conditions rendering the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible in such cases. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot when there are closed roads or areas where vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of booking must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a green passport of the Republic of Turkey must renew their passports if the issuance date of the passport is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to and/or may be denied boarding by the airline company departing from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS does not bear any responsibility.
- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or have similar damage must be renewed to avoid any issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited; if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS functions as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa if it finds it necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility concerning the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities concerning personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- BTB TOURS must ensure that passengers check the accuracy of the information on the visa they receive after applying for it through BTB TOURS. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typographical errors on the visa and any circumstances that may prevent boarding.
- Passengers applying for their visas themselves need to consider that obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) typically takes 1 working day. Therefore, guests should arrange their appointment dates and times by keeping this in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest can receive refund for the remaining amount, except for visa fees paid to embassies or similar charges, after demonstrating with their passport that they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa brokerage company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible for flight types and times to change, and due to high season or special periods, hotels may show fluctuations in availability. Under these circumstances, it has been communicated at the time of the contract, and the passenger has purchased the tour, accepting the risk of schedule changes and hotel changes.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given, and accommodations are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
- The hotels provide continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, it is required to provide the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the traveling passport, and this information must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may receive fines from the police of the relevant country. If guests face penalties due to not having their travel insurance with them, they bear the responsibility.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered some countries may cause denial of visa for another/multiple countries or may prevent entry at the border, and this situation is not under the control of BTB TOURS, thus the parties accept that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such cases.
- In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not want to participate in the tours conducted along the route are required to accept waiting in a nearby facility until the extra tour is finished. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick them up, and the journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra trips may be conducted on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best alternative to our valuable guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
- Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for cases where these tours cannot take place.
- In the programs, flight seats are considered group seats, and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. In the event of missing the outbound flight, the return flight may automatically become invalid. In this case, the rules of the airline company apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event that a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) themselves. Additionally, due to missing the group's departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, transfer between the airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, provided that there is availability on the related flight of the airline company. Since the flight seats in our programs are considered group seats, the guest may need to pay the additional fee determined by the airline company for upgrading from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded, if available. The guest is responsible for any price differences that occur in this situation. Tickets for our programs are issued a few days before the tour begins.
- To use your mobile phone abroad, you need to make sure that your line is enabled for international calls before leaving Turkey by checking with your GSM operator.
- During your travel, while departing from the transportation vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed in, please ensure that you have collected all of your belongings.
- BTB TOURS can change the sequence of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown, without altering the content of the program, if there are force majeure situations or if deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Passengers under 18 years of age must obtain consent from one parent if traveling with their mother, from their father if traveling with their father, or from both parents if traveling with a third party. In the absence of such consent, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any failure to operate the flight.
- General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
