IMPORTANT NOTES
●     To take advantage of the advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
●     Extra tours happen with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of less than 10 participants, changes to the tour prices may occur or it may be held with metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours on the condition that the content remains the same.
●     Extra tours may vary in price depending on regional density or season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
●     If the program provides a tour option without naming hotels, or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour.
●     Our tours include a guide at the destination visited; the included guide service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will be included as well. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
●     Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation of the requested extra tour's refund status may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
●     During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be used far beyond the indicated km. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour date.
●     Panoramic city tours included in the package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities, and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites, typically lasting 2-3 hours.
●     Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may be missed due to local authorities closing visited locations, road closures for any events, or bad weather, BTB Tours cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct mentioned tours. Some tours may be held using public transport or on foot where conditions allow.
●     The guide meets the guests at the airport upon arrival, and during return transfers, they must be ready at the hotel reception before the time set by the guide.
●     Programs may list hotels and other services. Hotels may have availability changes during peak seasons or special days, resulting in similar accommodations being provided.
●     Due to currency differences, guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destination countries. Thus, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
●     Since our package tours are directed at international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
●     The tour program indicated at the time of reservation is essential and must be communicated alongside the general terms and obligations below to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising within the scope of this notification process. The guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
●     Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country they are going to or airline companies may refuse to carry them from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility falls to the traveler, and BTB TOURS cannot bear any responsibility.
●     To avoid problems with border police at the entry point of the country to be visited, damaged, old, wet, or similar passports should be renewed, and if T.C. citizens are traveling to a country requiring a visa, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility falls on the traveler.
●     The validity period of the traveler’s passport must be at least 6 months from the return flight date. If there is an obstacle, the responsibility lies with the guest.                    
●     BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse to grant visas if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. The company has no responsibility for personal visa applications.
●     When BTB TOURS submits a visa application to the consulate on behalf of the passenger, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any mistaken writing on the visa or issues that could prevent boarding.
●     The documents that passengers need (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) for those who will apply for a visa themselves normally take 1 business day. Passengers should arrange their appointment dates and times while considering this duration. In other cases, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for possible delays.
●     If the passenger cancels their reservation and/or is unable to participate in the related tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the passenger receives their visa through BTB TOUR's visa department and this visa service has been indicated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest can claim the remainder excluding fees paid to embassies within 1 week after presenting their unused visa with their passport. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour, no refunds will be issued to the guest.
●     Depending on the city where the plane lands, there may be changes in route. Changes can happen in the aircraft type and timing, and hotels may provide similar alternatives during high availability during peak seasons or special periods. These situations have been communicated at the time of agreement, and THE PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
●     Triple rooms are offered subject to the availability of hotels. In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms; if the hotel has appropriate rooms, the hotel will make the block based on availability.
●     Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
●     Hotels provide continental breakfasts, and it is not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
●     Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
●     During reservation/registration, the traveler's full name and surname, birth date, and passport number in the passport must be accurately provided and entered into the system, as flight tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalty charges due to incorrect information during ticket cancellation or changes are the responsibility of the passenger.
●     Guests are required to have travel and health insurance in effect starting one day before the tour date until one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without this insurance may be penalized by the respective country’s police. In case of penalties due to not carrying the insurance, the responsibility lies with the respective guests.
●     Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and exiting certain countries may lead to the refusal of visas or entry at border points for this reason, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for these situations as they are beyond its authority.
●     To create travel efficiencies and duration, passengers who do not wish to join the tours made along the route must wait for the group at a nearby facility until the tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these passengers, and our journey will continue.
●     Panoramic city tours are arranged for the purpose of introducing the cities. City tours and extra trips may vary day to day provided that the content remains unchanged, depending on the weather conditions. In such a situation, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most appropriate alternative to the valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be organized, or price changes may occur.
●     Tours or trips that are not allowed by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for these tours being canceled.
●     The flight seats in our programs are usually group seats, and gidiş-dönüş (round-trip) is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In this case, the rules of the airline company apply.
●     Any last-minute flight delays and gate changes will be displayed at information boards/screen at the airports. Passengers must monitor these notifications. In such situations or due to personal reasons, if the flight is missed, the guest must pay for their new ticket (if necessary, the round-trip may be applied) themselves. Additionally, they may miss part or all of the initial program due to missing the group. In addition, if a different flight is taken to the city/country, the responsibility for transfer between the airport-city or airport-hotel lies with the guest.
●     Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with points may only do so if there is availability in the respective airline's flight after the tickets are issued. As the airline tickets in our programs are group class, it may be necessary to pay the difference in fee indicated by the airline before the ticket can be upgraded from group class to economy class in suitable instances. This potential cost difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour start date.
●     In order to use your mobile phones abroad, please verify with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is enabled for international calls/calling.
●     During your trip, when parting from the vehicles you use or the hotels you stay at, please ensure you have collected all your belongings.
●     BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities within the program without disrupting the content when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or at its discretion.
●     BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
●     BTB TOURS is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of belongings during the tour.
●     Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, from their mother; if traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any failure to board due to lack of consent.
●     General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be interpreted independently from the tour program.
