• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are held with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. In case of participation under 10 people, changes in tour prices may occur, or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• The price of extra tours may vary depending on regional density or period. The prices valid during the purchase from the guide will be applicable for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without mentioning the names and/or when options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• Our guide will meet at the destination to be visited, the included guiding service in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. During the extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
• Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or change an extra tour. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by the AGENCY two days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are organized for general promotion of the cities and are not included museum or site entries. They last a maximum of 2-3 hours and include guided commentary from the vehicle. 
• Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may be canceled due to local authorities closing the sites to be visited, roads being closed due to any event, or weather conditions rendering the tours impossible. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to perform such tours.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time specified by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are sold as indicated. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currency notes that banks will not accept.
• Since our packages are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations listed below, must be communicated to the guests. The AGENCY is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their issuance dates are older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to, and/or their flights may not be executed by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid any issues at the border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if a T.C. citizen is traveling to a country requiring a visa, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any issues that arise are the guests' responsibility.                   
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to grant a visa in circumstances it deems necessary. The AGENCY is not responsible for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only assumes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, the AGENCY has no sanctions or responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
• When the AGENCY submits a visa application on behalf of the passenger, it is the passenger's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The AGENCY is not responsible for any errors that may occur on the visa and any situations that could impede the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visas independently, the provision of needed documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) generally takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. The AGENCY is not responsible for any potential disruptions.
• If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the AGENCY Vize department, and this visa service was mentioned as an additional service in the travel contract, if the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount, except for the consulate's fees and similar amounts, within one week after proving that they did not use their visa by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary firm, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refunds will be made to the guest.
• Changes to the routes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. It is also possible for the flight type and time to change, and hotels may change due to high season or special periods, therefore another similar hotel may be provided. These situations are communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided according to availability, and there is an additional bed application in triple rooms; the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. In triple rooms, there is no guarantee of 3 separate beds; the hotel will block according to availability if there are suitable rooms.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• Hotels typically offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registering, it is necessary to report and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the travel passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fees for cancellations or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. The responsibility lies with the guests in case of facing any penalties due to not carrying the insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered and exited some countries may lead to visa denials or border crossing prohibitions for one or more countries, and in this case, the AGENCY accepts that it has no responsibility.
• In order to provide economic benefits and duration to the group visit, passengers who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra visit is over. At the end of the visit, our bus will pick up these guests, and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of the cities. City tours and extra trips may be organized on different days provided that the content remains unchanged, or may not occur depending on the weather conditions. In this case, the AGENCY is obliged to present the most appropriate alternative to our valuable guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
• Tours that are not permitted to visit or go to for any reason by the local authorities will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the departure and return are arranged as a single ticket. In the case of missing or not utilizing the outbound flight, the return flight may also be canceled automatically. The rules of the airline company will apply in this situation.
• Information about last-minute delays and gate changes during flights is displayed on information panels/screens at airports. Passengers should keep track of this information. In the event of missing a flight due to such or personal reasons, the guest must cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket, being guided by the previous clause. Additionally, those who missed the group's departure may partially or completely miss the first day’s program; in this situation, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight other than the group flight, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel will be the passenger's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are group seats, the desired ticket can be upgraded if there is availability for a fee that the airline company specifies. The cost difference that may occur in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
• To use your mobile phone abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is enabled for international calls/receiving calls.
• During your trip, please ensure that you have taken your belongings completely when leaving the modes of transportation and hotels you are using, even if briefly.
• The AGENCY may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be used without disrupting the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years of age traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, consent from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent must be obtained from both parents. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the failure of the flight due to lack of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
