1st Day: Istanbul
Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal, be at the AJET Airlines counter at 21:00.
2nd Day: Istanbul – Baku
After completing the exit procedures for abroad, we depart for Baku at 00:15 with the AJET Airlines flight VF179. After arriving, we leave the airport and have an extra breakfast in Baku city center before starting our tour. After breakfast, we begin our panoramic city tour. We will see the Haydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku. We will then take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After visiting the newly opened area in Baku called the Flame Towers, we head to our hotel. Upon arrival at our hotel, we check-in and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish can join our optional Evening Dinner Tour in Old Baku for an additional fee.

The program includes the Old City, Martyrs' Lane (Street of Martyrs, Turkish Mosque, the Mini Square of the Hero of the Soviet Union, General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame, a viewing deck with stunning views), Baku and the Baku Bay view, Baku Television Tower, and Little Venice. We will take a city walk and bus tour starting from the city walls of the Old City, where tourists can learn about the surrounding objects (the first monument of the national poet Sabir, the monument of Nizami, and monuments of the year established). The program also includes the building of the Philharmonic Orchestra named after the Muslim Magomayev, the first women's school in the East, the City Duma building, and the Venetian-style house of the Ismaili family. We will explore Torgoviy Street, famous for its resemblance to Baku's Istiklal Street. Here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city from the Dagustu Park, where you can savor the unique beauty of Baku. Afterwards, we go to the restaurant where we will enjoy a set menu dinner. During this tour, you can get to know Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight at our hotel.
3rd Day: Baku
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional ‘Lunch Included Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour Per Person – $80. Overnight at our hotel.

We head towards Gobustan, which is located about 65 km southwest of Baku, Azerbaijan's richest region in archaeological artifacts and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Gobustan, located near the Caspian Sea on the ancient Shirvan road, is also referred to as an open-air museum. It provides important information on prehistoric medieval society, hunting, animals, and vegetation with its rock carvings and petroglyphs found all over the world. Then, we continue our journey to the Mud Volcanoes region, which is famous in Azerbaijan for its natural resources, home to more than half of the over 700 mud volcanoes in the world, particularly the largest. When you arrive, you will feel like you are among "moon craters." After the guided tour in the region, we observe the live volcanic activities. After the mud volcanoes, we return to Baku for a visit to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. Designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid, this building reflects the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology and was constructed in 3.5 years. It is considered one of Azerbaijan's most important buildings and is seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani society's approach to the future with its modern, extraordinary, and futuristic architecture. The center includes permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological finds, ethnography, classical instruments, and personal belongings of Haydar Aliyev. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge from Azerbaijan’s past to present. After the tour, we return to our hotel.
4th Day: Baku
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional "Atashgah, Yanardag & Baku Historical Villages Tour" - $90 and "Dinner with Music and Dance Azerbaijan Night" - $60 tours. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foot of Surakhani village, is the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries) revered at various times by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs. The temple is named "Atashgah" because the place is known for "eternal" unquenchable fires, meaning "House of Fire" or "Place of Fire." This site provides important information about living in prehistoric and medieval societies, hunting, animals, and vegetation through open-air rock carvings and petroglyphs. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we will explore historical villages of Baku. After visiting the Ethnographic Qala Museum, we check out the Mardakan castle and Ramana castles, then return to our hotel.
Optional Tour: Dinner with Music and Dance Azerbaijan Night – $60
We will spend an evening filled with dance, music, and entertainment at the restaurant where we will have our dinner served in a set menu style.
5th Day: Baku-Istanbul
After breakfast, we complete the check-out process and have free time until the transfer time determined by our guide. After transferring to the airport, we complete our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures and depart for Istanbul with AJET flight VF180. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In order to benefit from the advantageous prices of the extra tours, payment must be made to the local agent at the time of the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If the participation is below 15 people, prices may change or the tour may be made by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning specific names in the tour program, and/or multiple options exist for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- The guide will meet at the area indicated in the program, the package includes guide services only for the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- During fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament periods, hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you two days before the tour movement date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are 2-3 hour tours conducted with a panoramic view of the city through the vehicle, without including the entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
- BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours or other labeled tours due to local authority restrictions, road closures due to events, or impracticality caused by weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot when access to vehicles is restricted.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations that are currently available. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.R. green passport whose passport was issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting, and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or have similar damages must be renewed so there won't be issues with the customs police at the borders of the country to be visited; and if the country applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In the event of an obstructive situation, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to grant a visa in cases they deem necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no penalties or liabilities. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS submits the visa application as an intermediary, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be verified by the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors in the visa that could prevent travel.
- Passengers making their own visa application must obtain the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally within 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly, considering this period; otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- The guest's cancellation of the reservation and/or the guest's non-participation in the tour will result in no refund of the visa fee and service charge. If the guest received their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department, and this visa service is listed as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding consular fees and other fees, after presenting proof that the visa was not used, along with their passport, within one week of the visa expiration date. If the guest acquired their visa through other means and/or with the assistance of a different visa facilitation company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be given.
- Changes in routes may occur based on the city the plane will land in. It is possible that the aircraft type and time may change, and that hotels may differ in high season or during special periods due to availability; therefore, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the agreement and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE TIME CHANGE RISK AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an extra bed in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Room guarantees for 3 separate beds are not provided, as the hotels block rooms depending on availability.
- Child discounts apply only for children who are accommodated with 2 adults.
- The hotels offer continental breakfast, which is not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registering, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number that match the passport to be traveled should be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for canceled or changed flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must ensure they have an international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may receive fines from the local police. The responsibility lies with the guests if penalties are incurred due to not carrying the travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to certain countries may result in an inability to obtain a visa for another country or entry denial at the border, and since this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, it is accepted that BTB TOURS does not bear any responsibility in such cases.
- In order for the visit to provide economic benefits and time advantages to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. The bus will pick up these guests after the tour ends, and our journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are arranged for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra trips may be held on different days as long as the content remains unchanged, or they may be canceled due to weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is responsible for providing the most suitable alternatives to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that local authorities do not permit to be visited shall not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group submissions; the departure and return tickets are organized as a single ticket. In cases where the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return ticket may also be invalidated automatically. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
- Last minute delays and gate changes in flights can be checked on the information boards/screen at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. In the event of missing the flight due to such reasons or personal reasons, the guest must procure their new ticket (if required, as a round-trip ticket) by themselves. Additionally, if the group’s departure is missed, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, where another flight is taken to the relevant city/country, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel will be the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Flight seats in our programs are classified as group seats, and to upgrade the desired ticket, it may be required to pay the fare specified by the airline. The guest is responsible for this price difference. The group tickets in our programs will be issued a few days before the start of the tour.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must verify with your GSM operator whether your phone is activated for international calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your travels, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings before briefly or completely departing from the transportation vehicles and hotels you are using.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the programs in the cities and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the names of hotels as long as their category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and children traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flights that cannot take place due to the lack of consent documents.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
