***Prices for extra tours may vary during the season, therefore the prices at the time of purchasing the extra tour are valid.
***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
 

• In Abu Dhabi tours, during the Mosque Visit, the following considerations should be taken into account: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
• For our Desert Safari tour, necessary considerations include: Wearing sports and comfortable clothing, bringing a jacket. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and don't drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours occur with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there is participation below 20, the tour prices may change or it may be conducted using the metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours due to region density or periods. Prices valid at the time of sale by the guide will be applied in extra tours.
• Due to the VB process in our program, or in cases where information is provided only by category without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the excursion.
• In our programs, the guide will be welcomed at the destination; the package includes guiding services only for the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be present at their hotel’s reception before the time given by the guide.
• Guests need to inform the guide about any cancellation or changes to their extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances beyond the specified km. In such cases, THE AGENCY  will be notified two days before the tour date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for general introductions of cities and are conducted with guiding narration from inside the vehicle, not including entrance fees for museums or historical sites, and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted due to places being closed by local authorities, events causing roads along the route to be closed, or weather conditions making it impossible to conduct the tour; in such cases, THE AGENCY is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is not allowed or roads are closed as much as possible.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at their hotel’s reception before the time given by the guide.
• Hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and no hotel name guarantee is given.
• We recommend guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by currency fluctuations. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation processes will not be made with old types of currency that banks will not accept.
• Due to extra tour purchases being made in USD, the USD - EUR parity will be applied as is.
• Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests concerning the general terms and obligations listed below. The agency is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance. 
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is over 10 years; otherwise, they may not be allowed into the country they are visiting and/or their flights by the airline may not be executed from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guests, and the agency bears no responsibility. 
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited, torn, worn, wet or similarly damaged passports must be renewed and if there is a visa requirement for T.C. citizens, the visa must be on the new passport. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. In the absence of this, the responsible is the guest.
• The agency  acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa in circumstances it deems necessary, and the agency holds no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency  only assumes the role of intermediary. The agency has no penalties or responsibilities for personal visa applications.
• The agency  asks that guests verify the accuracy of information on their visas as deemed necessary at the time of application. The agency is not responsible for any errors on the visa that could hinder the passenger's flight.
• Guests who will apply for their own visas should know that acquiring the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) takes normally 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, the agency is not responsible for any possible inconveniences.
• Guests requesting to cancel their reservations or not participating in the relevant tour will not receive a refund for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR visa department, and this visa service is indicated as an extra service in the travel contract, if the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest can refund the amount they paid, excluding the visa fee and such, within a week after presenting that they did not use the visa before the expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa agency and the agency cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be issued.
• There may be changes in routes based on the city where the plane will land. The type and timing of the aircraft may change, and hotels may provide similar ones due to availability during high season or special periods. The passengers have been informed of these situations at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Rooms for three persons are provided based on the availability of hotels. Extra beds are applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms; space permitting, the hotel will make a reservation accordingly.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast provided at hotels is continental and not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to indicate and input the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes due to incorrect information are the passenger's responsibility.
• Guests must have travel and health insurance that began one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and bring the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by local police. Guests are responsible for penalties that may arise from not having their insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to certain countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa for other countries or may result in being denied entry at the border, and therefore, The agency  is not responsible for situations beyond its control.
• To provide the group with economic and time benefits, guests who do not want to participate in tours made on the route are asked to wait at a nearby facility until the end of the group tour. At the end of the tour, our bus will collect these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra trips can be conducted on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or can be cancelled due to weather conditions. In this case, THE AGENCY  is obliged to provide the best alternatives to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not ensured, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
• Tours and excursions that are not permitted to be conducted by local authorities cannot be performed. The agency shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip ticket is issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled. In this case, the rules of the airline apply.
• Information on last-minute delays and gate changes during the flights is displayed on the information boards/screens at the airports. These must be followed by individuals. In the event of a missed flight due to such conditions or personal reasons, the guest must procure a new ticket (as per the previous item, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Furthermore, missing the group's departure may mean partially or entirely missing the first day’s program, in which case the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline and only after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline tickets in our programs are group class, if there is availability to upgrade the desired ticket, the difference amount specified by the airline must be paid beforehand. The resulting price difference will be the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour begins.
• Before leaving Turkey, please ensure that your mobile phone is activated for international calls/receiving calls through your GSM operator.
• During your travels, whether using transportation or staying at hotels, please ensure that you have collected your belongings before leaving.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities and/or airlines without changing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or at its discretion.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided they remain in the same category.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years of age must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, or from both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS shall not be held liable if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
