IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, during the Mosque Visit, men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tight pants, or shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following precautions should be taken; wear sports and comfortable clothes, and bring a sweater. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and excessive water intake. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous trip package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20, prices may change or the tour may be held by metro. Our guide can change the dates of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• The prices of extra tours may vary due to regional density or the period. The prices during the purchase from the guide will be valid for the extra tours.
• Due to the operation of VB in the tour program or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or when options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
• In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination. The package includes guide services only for panoramic city tours and round trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, the guiding service will also be included. During the extra tours, different guides may accompany our guests. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the tour movement date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general presentation of the cities and are conducted for a maximum of 2-3 hours without including entries to museums or historical sites with a guide's narrative from inside the vehicle.
• Panoramic and other tours specified in the program may be disrupted due to closures of visited places by local authorities, road closures on the route due to any event, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where vehicle access is not permitted, depending on the available possibilities.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets you at the airport upon arrival. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and there is no guarantee of the hotel name.
• To avoid the impact of exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency may not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, no reservations for extra tours will be made with old currency types that banks will not accept.
• In extra tour purchases, since the transactions in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity will be applied equivalently.
• Package tours are aimed at international travel, and it is the responsibility of the guests to have a foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation has to be conveyed to the guests along with the general terms and obligations stated below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler, and BTB TOURS bears no liability.
• To avoid complications at the border, passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged must be renewed, and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, it must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny a visa as deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no liability concerning the inability of passengers to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary agency. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS bears no sanctions or responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.
• When making a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, it is the guest's responsibility to verify the correctness of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misspellings on the visa or any situations that may prevent boarding.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the procurement of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Guests must take this timeframe into account when scheduling their appointments. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive the remaining amount except for fees and similar charges paid to the consulates after presenting the unused visa with their passport within 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtains their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. Changes may occur in the aircraft type and time, and hotels may vary due to high season or special periods, so similar other hotels may be provided. The parties accept that this situation was communicated at the time of the contract, and the TRAVELER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. An additional bed arrangement may occur in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantees for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be made; suitable rooms will be blocked by the hotel if available.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The hotels provide continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and enter the names, surnames, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties due to incorrect information resulting in flight ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtained it from BTB TOURS or not. They must also carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may incur fines from the relevant country's police. The responsibility for any fines incurred due to not carrying travel insurance lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered or exited one country may result in a visa not being obtained or a border crossing being prohibited for another country. BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such situations as they are beyond its control.
• In order to provide economic benefits and time savings for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made on the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will take these guests and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of the cities. City tours and extra trips may take place on different days, provided that the content is unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valuable guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Tours or excursions not allowed to be visited by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed or not utilized, the return flight may automatically be canceled. The rules of the airline apply in that situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest is required to obtain a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item) at their own expense. Moreover, if the group’s departure is missed, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is their responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, subject to availability on the relevant airline’s associated flight. The flight seats in our programs belong to the group category; therefore, if they wish to upgrade the ticket to an economy class that can be upgraded, a price difference specified by the airline must be paid before the upgrade process. The resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the trip.
• To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with your GSM operator if your line is activated for international calls/receiving calls before departing from Turkey.
• During your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings when leaving your transportation vehicles and hotels, whether temporarily or permanently.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program without altering its content in cases of force majeure or necessity.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the category the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Guests under 18 years old traveling with a parent must have a consent letter from the other parent if traveling with one parent, and if traveling with a third party, they must have consent from both parents. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any failure to board the flight due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
