IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, precautions during Mosque Visits; Men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is necessary to have long-sleeved jackets and headscarves for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.

• Precautions for our Desert Safari tour; Wear sports and comfortable clothing, and bring a jacket. Do not consume heavy meals before the tour and avoid drinking excessive water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides.

• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

• Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there is participation below 20 people, there may be a price change, or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.

• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or season. The prices valid during the sale by the guide will apply.

• Due to the VB processing in the tour program, or if only category information is given without specifying the names and/or if there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.

• Our tours include guide services upon arrival at the designated destination; the included guide service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be provided. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation at the time specified by the guide.

• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund situation for the requested extra tour may vary based on the final decision of the local supplier.

• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour departure date.

• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted with guide narration from the vehicle for the general introduction of the cities and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites.

• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may be canceled due to closures of sites to be visited, closed roads due to events during the tour dates, or inclement weather conditions. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is prohibited, depending on the circumstances.

• In our tour programs, guide reception occurs at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation before the time specified by the guide.

• Hotels mentioned in the program are for sale, and availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and no hotel name guarantee is given.

• We recommend that guests do not exchange a large amount of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old type currency notes that banks will not accept.

• Since purchases for extra tours in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same way.

• As our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• It is mandatory to inform the guests of the general terms and obligations provided below at the time of reservation regarding the tour program mentioned. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints that may arise, including the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.

• Guests traveling with a green passport of T.C. must renew their passports if the issuance date is over 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting, and/or the airline may not carry out their flight from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot accept any liability.

• To avoid any issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; the said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be issued on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• Passenger passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the guests.

• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa in necessary situations. BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only fulfills the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no penalties or responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary when submitting a visa application on behalf of the passenger. It is required that the passenger verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors in the visa that may impede the flight.

• For passengers making their visa applications independently, the provision of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this time. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential inconveniences.

• If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, no refund will be made for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest has obtained their visa and visa services through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount excluding fees paid to the consulates for visa services after producing evidence that the visa was not used (after presenting their passport) within one week before the expiration date. If the guest has obtained their visa using their own means or with the assistance of a different visa brokerage firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane lands. There may be changes in the type and time of the plane, and due to high season or special periods, availability in hotels may vary, thus another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of the agreement, and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There will be an additional bed in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; the hotel reserves a block for this if there is a suitable room available.

• Children discounts are valid only for children accompanying two adults.

• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

• During the reservation/registration, it is required to provide the traveling passenger's passport name-surname, date of birth, and passport number and enter them into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Any penalties arising from incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance covering the day before and the day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and to keep a copy of the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines from the local police of the relevant country. If penalties are faced for not having the required insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered-and-exited certain countries may result in inability to obtain visas for others or denial of entry at the border, and in such situations, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible, as it is beyond BTB TOURS's control.

• To ensure that the visit benefits the economic and duration of the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the itinerary must accept to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is finished. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our tour will continue.

• Panoramic city tours are conducted to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours can be organized on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or due to weather conditions, they may not take place. In this case, BTB TOURS is responsible for offering the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or price changes may be applied.

• Tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these tours.

• The airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and the departure and return are organized as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.

• Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Passengers should follow these updates. In case of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program due to having missed the group’s departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Also, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer to or from the airport must be the guest’s responsibility.

• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after the tickets are issued. Since the airplane seats in our programs are group class, for the desired ticket to be upgraded, the difference indicated by the airline must be paid, and the ticket must be transferred from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. In such cases, the price difference is the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are issued several days before the tour departure.

• To use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure that your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.

• During your trip, whether briefly or completely departing from the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels you stay, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings.

• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline used while maintaining the content of the program in cases of force majeure or at its discretion.

• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.

• BTB TOURS is not responsible for personal belongings left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.

• Passengers under 18 years of age traveling with their mothers must obtain consent from their fathers, and those traveling with their fathers must obtain consent from their mothers. If traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flights that cannot take place due to lack of consent.

• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
