IMPORTANT NOTES

• During the Mosque Visit in Abu Dhabi tours, men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is necessary to bring a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Things to Consider During Our Desert Safari Tour: Sports and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. No heavy meals before the tour and do not drink large amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their situations.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In the case of less than 20 participants, there may be a change in tour prices or it may be held by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
• Due to the area's density or periods, price changes may occur on extra tours. The prices at the time of purchasing from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• Due to the processing of VB in our tour program or information being provided only by category information and/or options being available for the same destination, hotels will be reported by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• In our programs, the guide will be welcoming at the destination to be visited, and the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, a guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, different guides may accompany our guests. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund situation for the requested extra tour may vary according to the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the tour movement.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or site entrance fees, and they last a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours due to the closing of visited places by local authorities, road closures due to any events along the route, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot in locations with closed roads or no vehicle entry.
• The meeting of the guide in our tour programs happens at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are sold as such. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and no hotel name guarantee is given.
• We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by currency differences. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD, the USD - EUR exchange rate will be applied.
• Our package tours are aimed at international travel, so the guests' foreign language skills are their responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with these general terms and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline may not operate their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot bear any responsibility.
• To avoid issues with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited, passports that are torn, worn, wet, or have similar damage should be renewed and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, it must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Any obstruction is the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no enforcement or responsibility.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the visa after it is issued. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors in writing and any situations that may obstruct the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa independently, the preparation of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 working day. Guests should consider this time when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any issues that may arise.
• If the guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR Visa department, and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest may refund the remaining amount, excluding charges paid to the consulates, by submitting proof (passport) that they did not use their visa within one week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or through another visa intermediary, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the plane lands. Changes in the aircraft type and time are possible; due to high seasonal availability or special periods in hotels, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were reported at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE TIME CHANGE RISK AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are given based on hotel availability. An extra bed is placed in triple rooms; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and if there are rooms suitable for this in the hotels, they will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children accompanying two adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental; it is not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registering, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes in flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and must keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. The responsibility for any fines incurred for not carrying travel insurance lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, previous entry-exit to some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or being denied entry at the border, and this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, and the clients accept that BTB TOURS holds no responsibility in such cases.
• In order to provide economy and time benefit to the group, guests wishing not to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. The bus will pick up these guests after the tour ends, and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions can be conducted on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the realization of such tours.
• Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight will automatically be cancelled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In such cases or due to personal reasons, if the flight is missed, the guest must obtain a new ticket (if necessary, based on the previous clause, round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Additionally, if the group is missed, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, the differences in price imposed by the airline must be paid before the tickets can be upgraded to an available economy class. The responsibility for any price differences in this situation lies with the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour movement.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, you should check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey, whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• During your travels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings before temporarily separating from the transportation vehicles and hotels.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the program or the airline used, without altering the content of the program in the event of force majeure or at its discretion.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 can only apply for a visa and travel with their parents (mother, father, or both grandparents). BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flights that do not take place or entries that are denied to the country due to the family not applying together.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
