After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, we will arrive in Tirana. We will take a panoramic tour to introduce this beautiful city, which was caught in wars throughout the 20th century and lived under Enver Hoxha's dictatorship for 40 years, reconstructed by Suleyman Pasha in 1614 and the capital of Albania since 1920. Some of the places we will see during our tour include the Ethem Bey Mosque, the historic Clock Tower, the National Museum, the Opera and Ballet Building, the Parliament and Prime Ministry buildings, the Presidential Palace, the Mother Teresa Statue, and Skanderbeg Square. After the Tirana tour, we will have free time, then we will proceed to the capital of Montenegro, Podgorica, by our special buses. After arrival, we will have a panoramic tour of Podgorica, the smallest capital in the Balkans. After some free time on the charming streets and square, we will transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish can join the optional Skadar Lake tour (45 EUR). This lake, also known as Lake Shkodra, is the largest lake in the Balkans. Our first stop is Kotor, a small but historically and architecturally significant city that has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. During our walking city tour, we will see the most important buildings of Kotor, which carries the traces of Venetian architecture, and then we will begin to walk around Kotor Bay, visiting Perast, known for its postcard-like views. The last stop of our journey along the enchanting coastline is Tivat, known as the Monaco of Montenegro, where you can rest in luxury cafes, relax by swimming or walking on the beach. After a panoramic tour of Budva, we will take a break to see the formerly fishermen’s settlement turned into a vacation spot for the Jet Set after being purchased by a multimillionaire from Singapore, and we will transfer to our hotel in Shkodra. Our tour in Ohrid begins at the Harbor Square, where we will mention the statues, followed by a walking tour in the neighborhood of the historical Ohrid houses, famous for being filmed in the TV series "Elveda Rumeli", and we will see the historic Ottoman houses, Ayasofya Church, and the presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearl, which is the largest symbol of Ohrid. After the tour, we will have free time for shopping in the Ohrid bazaar, where we will have the chance to learn and shop about the historical pearl production that is one of the important traditions of the city. Guests wishing can join the St. Naum tour. In this tour, we will first travel approximately 1 hour to St. Naum, enjoying stunning views. We will see the spring of Kara Drin, which birthed Lake Ohrid. We will first move to Resne, where we will see the palace of Resneli Niyazi, one of the well-known figures of the Committee of Union and Progress due to his contributions in the Turkish-Greek War, before arriving in Bitola. During our tour of Manastır (Bitola), we will visit the Turkish Bazaar, the Bedesten, the Ishak Mosque, the New Mosque, the Haydar Kadi Mosque, and you will experience some emotional moments at the Military Academy where Atatürk graduated and the Atatürk Museum. Afterward, we will move to the capital Skopje. Guests wishing can join the optional Tetova (Kalkandelen) tour (15 EUR). In this tour, we will first head to Tetova, the second-largest city in Macedonia, and known as Kalkandelen in our history. Our tour of this city, where two different cultures are separated by the famous Vardar River, will start on the Macedonian side, known as the land of statues, focusing on the impressive statue of Alexander the Great. We will then cross the historical Skopje Stone Bridge over the Vardar River, witnessing the sudden cultural change as we move to the Üsküp Turkish Bazaar, known as one of the most qualified bazaars of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. As we discuss the statues at the entrance to the bazaar, we will start our tour by visiting the historical Davut Pasha bath, followed by Kapan Han, one of the important structures of the Ottoman bazaar organization, and Murat Pasha Mosque, which has survived the earthquakes. After our visits, we will be given an hour of free time for shopping in the Turkish Bazaar, where we can find items like Shushka pepper, Ustrumca peanuts, and traditional slippers. We then depart for Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, whose population is mostly composed of Muslim Albanians. In this city, where a humanitarian tragedy occurred not long ago, we will spend an emotional day. We will have a panoramic city tour which includes the bazaar, the Bazaar Mosque built by Sultan Beyazıt in the 15th century, and the clock tower built in the 19th century to remind the people of prayer times. After some free time, guests who wish can join the optional tour to Prizren and Murad Hüdavendigar Tomb (45 EUR). In this tour, we will visit Murad Hüdavendigar Tomb and then head towards Prizren after a short bus ride. During our panoramic tour in Prizren, we will see the Turkish Bath from the 17th century, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and Prizren Castle. Afterward, we will have free time to explore this charming city. Following the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in the capital of Kosovo, Pristina. Overnight at the hotel. - During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euro for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where local currency is used. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to have a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - In our tours, a rotation system (seat change) is applied daily in the seating arrangement, and fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a requirement for at least 3 days of accommodation to bring goods (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - The free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter alcoholic drink (for alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, excluding wines and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (including those with less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Tour guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that they show all locations mentioned in the program, depending on weather and road conditions. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to the tour date. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a penalty of 30% will be charged, and if cancellation occurs 20 days or less prior to the tour date, a penalty of 100% will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports, workplace permission letters, etc., provided with the cancellation request from Turkey, as well as cancellations for hotels they will stay at outside of Turkey and services they will receive, are unfortunately not accepted. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days prior to the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to inadequate participation will be communicated by Viyatravel. - In cases where only the category information is provided without mentioning a specific name in the tour program, and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip. - During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the indicated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days prior to the tour departure date. - Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are formed from the opening-closing and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the discomfort and bed type that may be experienced in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are only valid for one child in the specified age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu called continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with a guide's narration from within the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances, and last no more than 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours are bound to the permissions for visiting and entering local authorities on the specified days and times in the program, and Viyatravel is not responsible for any tours that cannot be conducted due to closed roads or any events or due to weather conditions making it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, as feasible, in places where vehicle access is restricted. - During border crossings made by road, wait times at customs checkpoints may exceed standards; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these wait times. - Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and used vehicle may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide, depending on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions. - Extra tours are at the participant’s discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait in a convenient rest facility located along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed. - For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures must be carried out by the guests themselves at the relevant airline counters at the airports, or online via the airline companies' websites prior to the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for the failure of individuals who are not present at the designated airport at the times reported by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or miss the flight despite completing these procedures. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers required for individuals who miss their flight will be the responsibility of the individuals. - Viyatravel serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in regular and charter flights, and times may change prior to the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of persons as follows.
