Day 1: May 22 Ankara Esenboğa Airport Meeting at the Freebird Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal at 22:30, and we complete our check-in process. Day 2: May 23 Dubai After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai at 01:30 on Freebird Airlines flight FH9012. Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport at the local time of 06:30, after completing passport procedures, we head out with our vehicle for an extra breakfast. After breakfast, we start our Panoramic Dubai City Tour. First, we will proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most magnificent avenue, to see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping centers, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Then we will continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will have a photo stop to see the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we will continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has about a 7 km-long walking path surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we will transfer to our hotels and have free time. Our first stop will be the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world, which allows worship for 41,000 people at the same time. Its wonderful architecture and rich decorations offer a wealth of unforgettable photo opportunities. While exploring Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates, you will witness how the capital, once a small fishing village, has turned into a modern city. You will see its wide boulevards and skyscrapers in this ultra-modern Arab city, including Al Bateen district and the corniche. After a photo break at the Emirates Palace, we will visit the Heritage Village, an authentic replica of the city’s past, where you will learn about Arab life and traditions through clay houses. Lunch will be served in an open buffet style during the tour. After lunch, we continue our tour, getting a panoramic view of the Louvre Museum on Saadiyat Island and heading to Yas Island, which is considered an entertainment hub and hosts the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. At the same location, you can take photos and shop at the souvenir shop in the world’s first Ferrari-themed amusement park. After the tour, we return to the hotel. Day 5: May 26 Dubai - Ankara After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel. At the time determined by your tour leader, we head to the airport. After ticketing and customs procedures, we will board Freebird Airlines flight FH9013 at 12:00 for our return to Ankara. After arriving at Esenboğa Airport at 15:00, we conclude our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • During the mosque visit in Abu Dhabi tours, men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeve cardigan and a headscarf for the mosque visit. The tour includes lunch.
  • In our Desert Safari tour, it is important to wear sports and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. It is advised not to have a heavy meal before the tour and to drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
  • To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours occur with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is less than 20 people, there may be price changes or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide reserves the right to change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
  • Prices of extra tours may fluctuate based on regional density or period. The prices valid during the purchase of the extra tours from the guide will be applicable.
  • Due to VB processing in the tour program or when only category information is provided without mentioning names and/or when multiple options for the same destination are available, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the travel movement.
  • In our programs, the guide will welcome at the destination visited. The guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are booked, the guiding service will also be obtained. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are accommodated before the time given by the guide.
  • Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes for extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status for the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days prior to the tour's movement date.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the packages are organized for the general introduction of the cities and do not include museum or archaeological site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
  • BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct tours due to local authorities closing places, any event causing the closure of roads on the route, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where road closures or vehicle access are prohibited.
  • The guide will welcome guests at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are accommodated before the time given by the guide.
  • The hotels listed in the program are offered as "etc.". Availability in hotels may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, similar other hotels may be provided, and hotel name guarantees are not offered.
  • We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be processed with currency that banks will not accept.
  • Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD, the USD - EUR parity applies.
  • Since our package tours are targeted at travel abroad, guests' foreign language skills are their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

  • The tour program specified during the reservation must be communicated to the guests, along with the general terms and obligations present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints resulting from the information provided. Our guest will be deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
  • Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot bear any responsibility.
  • Torn, worn, soaked, and/or damaged passports may cause issues with customs police at the entry point of the visited country; thus, such passports should be renewed, and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, it must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • The guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months on the return flight date. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the guests in case of any impediment.
  • BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa at its discretion; BTB TOURS holds no responsibility for a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only takes on the role of intermediary agency. BTB TOURS has no penalties or responsibilities in personal visa applications.
  • When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, it is the passenger's responsibility to check the accuracy of the information on the final visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any mistakes on the visa that may prevent boarding.
  • Passengers who will apply for their visa themselves will typically require 1 business day to prepare the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Guests must take this time into account when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS holds no responsibility for any potential issues.
  • If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the related tour, no refunds will be provided for the visa fee and service fee. If a guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB Tours and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount after submitting their passport within one week of the visa expiration date, excluding the fees paid to consulates. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be issued.
  • Based on the city where the airplane will land, changes may occur in the routes. The type and time of the aircraft may change, and hotels may offer different accommodations during high seasons or special periods. Therefore, other similar hotels may be provided. The traveler accepts the change of flight times and hotel changes at the time of the contract.
  • Triple rooms are subject to availability, and an extra bed is provided in triple rooms, which is smaller than a standard bed. No guarantee can be given for three beds in triple rooms; if there is suitable availability in the hotels, blocks will be made by the hotel.
  • Children's discounts apply only for children staying with 2 adults.
  • The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Reservation/registering, the names, surnames, dates of birth, and passport numbers on the travel passport must be reported and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties incurred from incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the guests.
  • Guests must have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether provided by BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without the travel insurance may face fines from local authorities. The responsibility lies with the guests in the event of being fined due to not carrying the insurance.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, previous entries/exits to some countries may lead to visa refusals or inability to enter due to one or more countries; BTB Tours holds no responsibility for such situations.
  • For the benefit of the economy and duration of the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours carried out along the travel route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour concludes. The bus will pick up these guests after the extra tour, and the journey will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided the content does not change or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best alternative to our esteemed guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not occur or prices may change.
  • Tours or excursions prohibited from being visited by local authorities will not be conducted, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform such tours.
  • The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and one round-trip ticket is issued. Missing or failing to use the outbound flight automatically cancels the return flight. The relevant airline's rules are applicable in such situations.
  • Flight delays and gate changes will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. Guests must keep track of this information. In such cases, or in the event of missing a flight for personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (possibly as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or wholly miss the first day's schedule due to missing the group's departure; the responsibility for this lies with the guest. Also, if traveling on a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers will be the guest’s responsibility.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles may do so only if there is availability in the respective airline upon ticket issuance. Since the flight places in our programs are group class, prior to upgrading the desired ticket to available economy class, the price difference indicated by the airline must be paid. Such price differences will be the responsibility of the guests. Group tickets in our programs are issued several days before the tour movement.
  • To use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is activated for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
  • During your travels, please ensure you collect all your belongings before temporarily or fully vacating the transportation you are using and the hotels you are staying at.
  • In cases of force majeure or situations deemed necessary, BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
  • BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the category the same.
  • BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under the age of 18 can only apply for visas and travel with their parents (mother, father, or both together). BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight is not realized or entry is denied due to not applying together at the counter.
  • The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
