IMPORTANT NOTES

• During the Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be considered during the Mosque visit: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; it is required to have a long-sleeved jacket and headscarf. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Regarding our desert safari tour, necessary considerations are: wear comfortable and sports clothing, and take a sweater. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from advantageous prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 20 participants. If the number of participants is below 20, tour prices may change, or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• The prices of extra tours may vary according to regional density or seasonal changes. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will be applicable for extra tours.
• Due to the VB processing in the tour program or if only category information is provided without specifying names and/or if there are options for the same destination, hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• Our programs include a guide upon arrival at the destination; the guide service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or change their extra tour. The cancellation and refund situation of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with a panoramic view from within the vehicle without including museum or archaeological site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program may not be carried out due to closure of visited places by local authorities, road closures due to any events, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for such situations. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in areas where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within the limits of possibilities.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet at the destination airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are accommodated before the time given by the guide.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are presented as such. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods, therefore another similar hotel may be offered, and no guarantee of hotel names is provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by currency differences. Old/worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old currency notes that banks will not accept.
• As extra tours are conducted in the destination, the transactions are performed in USD, thus the USD - EUR exchange rate is applied equally.
• Since our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified during the reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport issuance date is older than 10 years must renew their passports; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or they may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the passenger is responsible, and BTB TOURS cannot be held liable.
• To avoid any issues with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if applying for a visa for a country requiring a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Passengers' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Any constraints resulting from this responsibility belong to the passengers.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between passengers and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa at its discretion; BTB TOURS is not responsible for passengers not obtaining a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no imposition or liability in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
• When applying for visas by BTB TOURS, the correctness of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors in the visa and any resulting issues with the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the acquisition of required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should consider this time when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible complications.
• If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the related tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can get the remaining amount, except for the consular fees and similar expenses, after demonstrating that they did not use their visa within 1 week of its expiration date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be issued to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes according to the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the aircraft type and time to change; as hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. The passenger acknowledges that they accept the risk of TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE by purchasing the tour at the time of the contract.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Additional bedding is applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms; if there are suitable rooms available in the hotel, a reservation will be made by the hotel.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport to the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for canceling or changing the flight tickets due to incorrect information belong to the passenger.
• Our guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether provided by BTB TOURS or not, and to carry the related insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country’s police. The responsibility lies with the guests in the event of receiving a fine due to not carrying the travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having visited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or entry from border control for one or more countries, and this situation is beyond BTB TOURS' jurisdiction; acceptance of this is acknowledged by the parties.
• In order to benefit the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours on the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extras are completed. Our bus will pick up these guests after the tour is finished, and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are designed for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days without altering their content or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. In the event that sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
• Tours that are not permitted by local authorities or do not allow visits due to any reason cannot be performed. BTB TOURS shall not be held responsible for not being able to conduct these tours.
• The airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also be automatically canceled. In this situation, the rules of the airline company will apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight for any reason, the guest must cover the costs of acquiring a new ticket (if necessary, as indicated in the previous item, possibly round-trip). Additionally, if the flight is missed on the first day, the guest may partially or wholly miss the initial program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if a different flight is taken to travel to the city/country, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so if availability exists with the respective airline following the issuance of tickets. The airline reserves the right to charge a fee in order to upgrade group class tickets to be eligible for economy class upgrades. The responsibility for any resulting price difference lies with the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are cut a few days prior to the tour's departure.
