DAY 01 SABIHA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT – CIVITAVECCHIA (ROME)
We meet at Sabiha Gökçen airport at 05:30 in the morning and then depart for Rome at 09:35 on AJET Airlines' flight VF73. We will arrive in Rome at 11:30 local time, and after our arrival, we will transfer to the Civitavecchia port, from which the MSC Grandiosa will depart. Following check-in and passport procedures, we will settle into our cabins and have free time. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
DAY 02 AT SEA
This day will be spent sailing at sea, during which our ship will offer many alternatives for enjoyment. Those who wish can take advantage of the ship's open and closed pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Guests can also shop at duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment options available at the many bars. Different dining alternatives will also be waiting for you throughout the day. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
DAY 03 PALMA DE MALLORCA
Our ship will dock at Palma De Mallorca port at 09:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish can participate in the “Palma De Mallorca City Tour & Valldemossa & Frederic Chopin Museum Tour” organized by our guide for an additional fee. This full-day tour will begin with an introduction to Palma De Mallorca, a tourist paradise with a population of around 300,000. The sights we will see include the Bellver Castle from the 14th century, the famous Palma Cathedral from the 13th century, and the Almudaina Palace right next door (viewed from outside). Following that, we will head to Valdemossa, located in the southwestern part of the island, also known as the Valley of Musa. Valldemosa, which was used as a summer residence by kings and a resting place for monks during the medieval period, will be our next stop. We will have the opportunity to get to know the essence of the island while taking lots of photos here. Additionally, we will visit the monastery where the world-famous French composer Chopin and writer George Sand created their most beautiful works, and we will witness the emotional stories of their lives. After the tour, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 21:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
DAY 04 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the Barcelona port at 08:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the “Barcelona City Tour” organized by our guide for an additional price. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises, will start with a special bus waiting for us at the port. The sights we will see include La Rambla Street, Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and its port, Catalunya Square, the Paseu de Gracia street, which Gaudi has transformed into a street museum, and his most iconic work, Sagrada Familia. During our tour, we will climb Montjuic hill and take panoramic photos. After shopping time, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00. DAY 05 CANNES (COTE D’AZUR)
Our ship will dock at Cannes port at 09:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can participate in the “Cannes & Antibes Tour” organized by our guide for an additional fee. With its magnificent weather and the beautiful blue Mediterranean, Cannes and the Côte d’Azur region offer an attractive experience. After a brief tour of Cannes by bus, our first destination in this enjoyable tour will be the town of Antibes, located between Cannes and Nice. Some interesting places to see in this well-preserved medieval town include the 17th-century cathedral Château Grimaldi, Picasso Museum, and the famous Vauban Port, which is known for its rich yachts and billionaire playground. After leaving the town, we continue our tour to Cape Antibes, which once had strategic military importance and currently hosts a Napoleon museum, an archaeological museum, and a fortified castle. From this point, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline, so be sure to have your cameras ready. At the end of the tour, you will have free time to explore Cannes before returning to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
DAY 06 GENOA (PORTOFINO)
Our ship will dock at Genoa port at 08:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the “Genoa & Portofino Tour” organized by our guide for an additional fee. We will head to Genoa city center with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Genoa was once the capital of an important maritime kingdom that ruled over the Mediterranean region, including Istanbul. Important sights we will see include San Lorenzo Cathedral, the Palace of the Dukes, and Christopher Columbus' house. In the second part, we will head to the love story town of Portofino, which has been immortalized in songs, located one hour away from Genoa. After some free time in this peaceful seaside town, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
DAY 07 LA SPEZIA (CINQUE TERRE)
Our ship will dock at La Spezia port at 07:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can participate in the “Florence & Pisa Tour” organized by our guide for an additional fee. Our private vehicle will take us first to Pisa, a short distance away. Here we will see the famous Piazza dei Miracoli, which includes the Cathedral, Baptistery, and the Leaning Tower, followed by a short shopping break. Those who wish to climb the approximately 294 steps of this tower, which leans at an angle of 14 degrees, can do so for a fee. After that, we will arrive in Florence after approximately 1.5 hours of travel, all while enjoying the panoramic view of Tuscany. In Florence, we will visit important landmarks such as the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria Square, and Duomo Cathedral and Baptistery. Florence is a shopping paradise, especially known for shoes, bags, and leather products. After spending free time for lunch and shopping in this city, which is Italy's second most visited city after Rome, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00. DAY 08 CIVITAVECCHIA (ROME) – SABIHA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at Civitavecchia port at 07:00. After breakfast, we will complete our check-out procedures and then disembark from the ship. We will head to Rome Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. After arriving at the airport, we will check in and go through passport procedures, and then we will depart for Istanbul at 12:30 on AJET Airlines flight VF74. We will arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 16:10 local time. End of our tour.
