                                                                                                                                                                          IMPORTANT NOTES
●    During the visit to the Mosque in Abu Dhabi tours, it is important for men not to wear shorts, and for women to avoid wearing sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts. Long-sleeved jackets and headscarves should be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
●    In our Desert Safari tour, it is important to wear sporty and comfortable clothing and to bring a jacket. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guide about their conditions.
●    To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
●    Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there are fewer than 20 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted using the metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
●    Due to the regional density or period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices during the purchase of extra tours from the guide shall be valid.
●    Due to the processing of VB in our programs or in the case that only category information is provided without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be announced by your agent 48 hours before the travel action.
●    Our guides will be welcoming at the destination to which we travel, and the included guiding services cover only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will be included as well. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. During return transfers, it is required to be present at the hotel reception where the guide provides pickup time.
●    Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes for extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policy for the requested extra tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
●    During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the scheduled tour date.
●    Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general promotion of the cities and consist of a maximum of 2-3 hours tour done with the guide's narration from the vehicle without including entrance fees for museums and historical sites.
●    Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out in cases where the places to be visited are closed by local authorities, routes are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for any inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where access is denied due to closed roads or vehicle access restrictions.
●    Our programs will include the meeting of the guide at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, it is required to be present at the hotel reception where the guide gives the pickup time before it.
●    The hotels mentioned in the program are sold as they are. Hotels may vary in availability during peak season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and hotel name guarantees are not given.
●    We recommend guests not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by currency differences. Old/Worn currency will not be accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currencies that banks will not accept.
●    Because extra tour purchases at the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD - EUR parity will be applied as the same.
●    Since our package tours are directed abroad, it is the guests' responsibility to have knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS
●    The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
●    Guests traveling with Turkish green passports whose passports are older than 10 years must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights by the airline company from Turkey may not be carried out. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
●    To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, those passports should be renewed, and if the country has visa requirements for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility falls on the passenger.
●    The validity of the guest's passport must be a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any issues will be the responsibility of the guests.
●    BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS is not responsible for the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS merely assumes the role of an intermediary organization. BTB TOURS has no obligations regarding personal visa applications. Customers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
●    When BTB TOURS makes a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, it is the responsibility of the guest to verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa that could obstruct flight.
●    For passengers applying for their own visa, it typically takes 1 business day to obtain the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.). Our guests should schedule their appointment dates and times considering this time. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential issues.
●    In case the guest cancels their reservation and/or is not able to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charges will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may request a refund of the remaining amount, excluding the visa fees and similar charges, after presenting their passport to prove they did not use their visa, no later than one week before the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made.
●    There may be changes in the routes due to the city where the plane will land. The type of aircraft and flight timings may change, and since hotel availability may vary during peak season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. The passenger acknowledges and accepts the risk of changes in flight times and hotels when purchasing the tour.
●    Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. The third bed in triple rooms is smaller than the standard bed. It is not guaranteed that there will be three separate beds in triple rooms, and if there is a suitable room at the hotel, a block may be made by the hotel according to availability.
●    Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with two adults.
●    The breakfast served in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
●    Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
●    During the reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the names and surnames, date of birth, and passport numbers as they appear on the travel passport. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes of plane tickets due to incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
●    Our guests must have and carry travel and health insurance that starts one day before and ends one day after the tour date during their trip. Guests who do not carry their insurance may face fines from the local police. In case of facing a fine due to not having their travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
●    Due to international diplomatic relations, having previously visited some countries can lead to complications in obtaining visas or being allowed entry at borders of other countries, and since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS’s control, they shall not be held responsible for such cases.
●    To promote economic efficiency and duration of visits, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must accept waiting at a nearby facility until the group returns from the extra tour. At the end of the tour, the bus will pick up these guests and the journey will continue.
●    Panoramic city tours are arranged for promoting the cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days subject to the requirement of the same content and may be affected by weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obligated to provide the best possible alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be available or prices may change.
●    Tours or visits that are not permitted to be conducted or accessed by local authorities will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
●    Flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single ticket for arrival and departure. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In this case, the rules of the airline company apply.
●    Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In such situations or due to personal reasons, missed flights require the guest to obtain a new ticket (in accordance with the previous item, if necessary, based on round-trip tickets). Additionally, by missing the group's departure, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program; responsibility in this case lies with the guest. Also, if traveling on a different flight than the group, the transfer between the airport, city, or airport and hotel shall be the responsibility of the guest.
●    Guests wanting to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the respective flight of the airline company. Since flight positions in our programs are in the group class, an upgrade can only be done if the respective fee designated by the airline company is paid beforehand. The responsibility for any price difference lies with the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour starts.
●    To use your mobile phone abroad, you should check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls before leaving Turkey.
●    During the trip, please ensure that you have all your belongings when you leave the means of transportation and accommodation, even if briefly.
●    BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities or the airline company to be flown, without altering the content of the program, due to force majeure or if deemed necessary.
●    BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
●    BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
●    Children under the age of 18 can only apply for visas and travel when accompanied by their parents (mother, father, or both together). BTB TOURS is not responsible if the flight does not take place or if entry is denied due to the family's failure to apply together at check-in.
●    General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
