IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the following considerations must be taken into account during the Mosque Visit; Men should not wear shorts, and women must not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; long-sleeved jackets and headscarves must be available for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.

• During the Desert Safari tour, it is important to wear comfortable, sporty clothing and to bring a light jacket. Heavy meals should not be consumed prior to the tour and excessive amounts of water should not be ingested. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides about their conditions.

• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

• Extra tours occur with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be done by subway. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.

• Prices for extra tours may fluctuate depending on local density or period. The prices applicable are those at the time of purchase from the guide during extra tours.

• In cases where VB is processed in the tour program or only category information is provided without mentioning names and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.

• Our programs will have a guide waiting at the destination, and the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, it is imperative that guests are present at the reception of their accommodation by the time indicated by the guide.

• Guests must inform the guide about any cancellation or changes in extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policy for the requested canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, the agency will provide information 2 days prior to the tour departure date.

• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general promotion of the cities and do not include entrance fees to museums or sites, with a duration of a maximum of 2-3 hours.

• Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may be cancelled due to local authorities closing the sites, roads being blocked for any event, or weather conditions making the execution of the tour impossible; the agency will not be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where vehicle entry is not allowed.

• Our program's guides will be waiting at the airport where the arrival occurs. For return transfers, it is mandatory that guests are at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the time specified by the guide.

• The specified hotels in the program are subject to availability, especially during peak seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be offered, and hotel name guarantees cannot be given.

• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made using old-style currencies that banks do not accept.

• In extra tour purchases, since transactions in the relevant destination are handled in USD, the USD - EUR parity will be applied the same.

• Our package tours are oriented abroad; therefore, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must communicate the general conditions and obligations that are present below to the guests. The agency is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of this information. Our guests have accepted all items in advance.

• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is over 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or airlines may not carry them from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Agency cannot assume any responsibility.

• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is essential to renew those passports, and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• Passengers' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstructive situation is the passenger's responsibility.

• The agency acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa at its discretion; the agency has no responsibility concerning the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the agency has neither sanctions nor responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

• When applying for a visa through the agency, the guest must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The agency shall not be accountable for any wrongful attribution in the visa or any situation that may hinder flying.

• For guests who will submit their visa applications independently, the procurement of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically takes 1 business day. Guests should plan their appointment dates and times accordingly, keeping this period in mind. Otherwise, the agency is not responsible for any potential disruptions.

• If a guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour or cannot do so, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Agency's Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participants or for other reasons, the guest can receive the remaining amount excluding the visa fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates after presenting the unused visa along with their passport, within a maximum of one week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa independently or with the assistance of a different visa brokerage firm, and if the agency cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

• There may be changes in routes based on the city where the plane will land. Changes in the type and timing of the plane may be possible, and due to high season or special periods, hotels' availability may differ; therefore, another similar hotel may be provided. All these situations have been communicated at the time of the agreement, and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHILE PURCHASING THE TOUR.

• Triple rooms are allocated depending on hotel availability. Additional bedding is provided in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms, and if there are suitable rooms in hotels for this, the hotel will reserve them based on availability.

• Child discounts are only valid for children accompanying two adults.

• Hotels offer continental breakfast, which is not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.

• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

• At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number of the traveler in the relevant passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellation or changes in flight tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.

• Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after it, regardless of whether they obtain it from the agency or not, and must have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may face fines imposed by the police in the related country. The responsibility for any fines encountered due to not carrying the travel insurance lies with the guests.

• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered-exited certain countries may lead to being unable to obtain visas or access from border crossings for one or more countries, and the agency does not assume responsibility in such cases as this is beyond their control.

• To gain benefits for the group in terms of economy and duration, guests who do not wish to participate in excursions performed along the route agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra trip is completed. Our bus will pick up these guests at the end of the excursion, and our journey will continue.

• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions can be organized on different days provided that the content does not change, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is obliged to present the most appropriate alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be organized or price change may occur.

• Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit to be visited cannot be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

• The airfare on our programs is considered a group fare, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.

• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details should be monitored by individuals. In the case of missing a flight due to these situations or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (if necessary, a round-trip ticket as per previous item) at their own expense. Additionally, missing the group's departure may lead to partially or completely missing the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the guest is responsible for the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel.

• Passengers wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so if availability is present on the respective flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the airfares on our programs are group fares, to upgrade the requested ticket to an economy class that can be upgraded, the price difference specified by the airline must be paid in advance. This responsibility for any variations will fall on the guest. Group tickets on our programs are usually issued a few days before the tour departs.

• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.

• During your trip, please ensure you take all your belongings when briefly or completely departing from the transportation means and hotels you are using.

• The agency reserves the right to change the sequence of cities in the program or the airline to be used without breaking the content, in cases of inevitable situations or when necessary.

• The agency retains the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.

• The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

• Guests traveling with children under 18 years of age must obtain a consent document from the father if traveling with their mother, from the mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third party. The agency cannot be held responsible if a flight cannot be completed due to the absence of the consent document.

• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
