***Prices of extra tours may vary throughout the season. Therefore, the prices valid at the time of purchasing the extra tour will apply.
***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.

• During the visit to the Mosque in Abu Dhabi tours, it is important to note the following; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, or shorts, and long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• During our Desert Safari tour, it is important to wear sports and comfortable clothes, and to bring a cardigan. It is advised not to consume heavy meals before the tour and to avoid drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests should inform their guides.
• To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices, or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on area density or season. The prices valid at the time of sale by the guide will apply for extra tours.
• Due to the processing of VB in the tour program or if category information is provided without specifying names and/or if options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the travel.
• In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination to be visited, and the included guiding service only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying, ready before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes for extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund situation for the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized as a general introduction to the cities and are conducted through vehicle interiors with a guide's narration and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. They last a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• During panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program, BTB Tours is not responsible for not being able to conduct the mentioned tours due to local authorities closing the places to be visited, roads along the route being closed for any events, or due to weather conditions making the tours impossible. Some tours may be conducted collectively via public transport or on foot if blocked roads or areas that allow vehicle entry are not accessible.
• In our tour programs, the guide reception is at the airport where the arrival takes place. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they have been staying before the time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantees are not given.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Thus, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since extra tours are charged in USD in the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity is applied equally.
• Our package tours are for overseas travel, and it is the guests' responsibility to have language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and responsibilities. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the given information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or may be unable to fly from Turkey due to airline policies. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged should be renewed to avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the country visited; if T.C. citizens require a visa, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any hindrance is the responsibility of the guests.                               
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa at its discretion. BTB TOURS holds no responsibility for the guest's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS merely assumes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS bears no sanctions or responsibility. Consumers accept these terms by registering for the tour.
• Guests who apply for a visa independently are expected to gather necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically within 1 business day. Guests are required to schedule their appointment dates and times accordingly, taking this duration into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays.
• In the event that a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, visa fees and service charges are non-refundable. If the guest received their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, after the guest presents their passport proving they did not use their visa within one week of its expiration, the guest may receive a refund excluding local consulate fees and similar charges. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa mediation firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be given.
• Route changes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. Flight type and timings may change. Due to high season or special periods, hotel availability may vary, and similar other hotels may be provided. The passengers acknowledge at the time of the agreement that they accept the risk of flight time changes and hotel changes.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. There is an additional bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms, and if an appropriate room is available, the hotel will block it depending on availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and enter the name-surname appearing on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fees for cancellation or changes to flight tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• All guests, whether acquiring insurance from BTB TOURS or not, are required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date. They must also carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not bring their travel insurance may face fines imposed by local police. The responsibility lies with the guests in case penalties are incurred for failure to bring the necessary insurance.
• Due to the diplomatic relationships between countries, entering-exiting some countries may lead to the inability to obtain visas for one or multiple other countries, or may prevent entry at border crossings. These situations are beyond the control of BTB TOURS, and it is agreed that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for such cases.
• To provide economic benefits and save time for the group, guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route are expected to agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour concludes. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are conducted for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days, provided their contents remain unchanged, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the best possible alternative to our esteemed guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
• Tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• The seats on our aircraft in the programs are group seats, and the round trip is arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing or not using the outbound flight, the return flight may automatically become invalid. The airline's rules will apply in this case.
• Last minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests should follow this information. In case of missing flights due to this situation or personal reasons, the guest must personally pay to procure a new ticket (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a departure-return ticket). Furthermore, the guest may partially or completely miss the program of the first day due to missing the group's departure; the responsibility for this lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wanting to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline concerned. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, the requested ticket can only be upgraded to economy class subject to the payment of any possible difference in prices specified by the airline. The guest is responsible for any cost differences incurred in this case. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before traveling abroad, guests must ensure that their phone lines are open for international calls/messages by checking with their mobile operator.
• During your trip, when using transportation means and hotels, please make sure to take all your belongings when departing, whether briefly or completely.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program without changing its content in cases of force majeure or for reasons deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must have consent from their parents if traveling with one of the parents or need consent from both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any flight not occurring due to lack of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
