IMPORTANT NOTES
●    To benefit from the discounted package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
●    Extra tours require a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted using the metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
●    Prices of extra tours may change depending on regional density or season. The prices valid at the time of sale by the guide will apply for extra tours.
●    In cases where the program does not specify a name, and/or if there are multiple options for the same destination, it will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
●    Our programs will include a guide during the visit to each destination, and the guide services included in the package will only cover panoramic city tours and round trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will be included as well. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
●    Cancellation or changes to extra tours must be communicated to the guide at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation or refund status for the extra tour requested will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
●    During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the stated distances. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure.
●    The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include entrances to museums or sites of interest, as they are conducted for the general promotion of the cities.
●    The panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not take place due to closures of sites by local authorities or road obstructions caused by events, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for any cancellations of those tours. Some tours may be done using public transport or on foot due to closed roads or locations that do not permit vehicle entry as per conditions.
●    The guiding service upon arrival at the airport will take place at the destination. During return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel’s reception desk before the time provided by the guide.
●    The program lists of hotels, etc., are provided for sale. Hotels may experience fluctuations during high seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be offered instead during such times.
●    To avoid being impacted by currency fluctuations, it is advised for guests not to exchange large amounts of currency.
●    Damaged or worn-out currency will not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation processes will not take place with currency that banks will not accept.
●    Since our package tours are directed overseas, the foreign language proficiency of guests is their own responsibility.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
●    The tour program stipulated at the time of reservation is subject to the general conditions and obligations specified below; these must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints that may arise due to provided information. Our guests are considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
●    Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country they are visiting or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held liable.
●    To avoid issues with customs police upon entering the country, worn, damaged, or wet passports should be renewed, and if a T.C. citizen requires a visa for entry, that visa must be on the new passport. This condition also releases BTB TOURS from any liability.
●    Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of the flight. In the absence of this requirement, the responsibility falls to guests.
●    BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between guests and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse visa applications if deemed necessary. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any issues arising from guests being unable to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only functions in the capacity of an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS cannot be held liable.
●    When BTB TOURS applies for a visa for the guest, it is the responsibility of the guests to verify that all details on the issued visa are correct. BTB TOURS accepts no liability for any errors on the visa that could affect travel.
●    The documents required for passengers to apply for a visa independently (hotel confirmations, flight tickets, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must consider this time when scheduling their appointment. Otherwise, BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility for potential delays.
●    Should a guest cancel their booking or not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest acquired their visa through BTB TOUR's visa department and this visa service was listed as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to low participation or for any other reason, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, minus any fees paid to consulates for the visa, within 1 week of presenting their passport that shows the visa was not used. If the guest obtained the visa independently or through a different visa agency, no refund will be made if BTB TOURS cancels the tour.
●    Depending on the destination, changes may occur in routes. The aircraft type and timings are subject to change, and hotel availability may vary during peak seasons or special periods. Similar alternatives may be offered accordingly. These conditions are acknowledged by the guest at the time of finalization.
●    Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Extra beds are smaller than the standard beds. Guaranteeing three separate beds in triple rooms is not possible; the hotel may block according to availability if a suitable room is available.
●    Child discounts are valid only for children staying with two adults.
●    Hotels provide continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
●    Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
●    During the reservation/registration, the passenger's name and surname, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees incurred due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
●    All guests are required to have an international travel and health insurance policy, which starts a day before the tour date and ends a day after the tour concludes, and to keep the related policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance may incur fines from the authorities in the country they are visiting. Guests are solely responsible if they face such fines due to lack of insurance.
●    Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to certain countries may lead to having issues obtaining visas or entering the border of others; it is acknowledged that BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for this situation.
●    In order to provide economic and time efficiency to the visit, if guests do not want to participate in tours conducted along the road, they agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group completes the tour. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick them up.
●    Panoramic city tours are organized for general city promotion. City tours and extra trips may be held on different days or may not be feasible due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is responsible for providing the best possible alternative to valuable guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
●    Tours or excursions that are not permitted to visit by local authorities will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held liable for any cancellations due to these restrictions.
●    The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the return flight is issued as a single ticket. If the outward flight is missed or not used, the return flight will automatically be canceled. In such cases, the airline's policies will apply.
●    Any last-minute delays and changes in departure gates will be listed on the airport information boards/screen. Guests should monitor this information. If a guest misses a flight for this reason, they are required to cover the cost of a new ticket themselves (if necessary, based on the previous clause's conditions). Additionally, if due to missing a group flight, they may partially or completely miss the first-day program, the responsibility will lie with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling on a different flight other than the group to the city/country, transfers to/from the airport are the guest's responsibility.
●    Guests wanting to upgrade their flight with their miles can only do so after tickets are issued, provided availability exists on the relevant flight. Since the tickets in our programs are for group classes, the ticket must be upgraded to the economy class, contingent upon the fee determined by the airline being paid beforehand. Guests are responsible for any differences needed for such circumstances. Group tickets in our programs will be issued a few days before the tour starts.
●    Before leaving Türkiye, guests should check with their GSM operator to see if their mobile phone can make and receive international calls.
