Tour Program
Day 1 Istanbul – Podgorica
Meeting point at the Pegasus Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport... After check-in, bag, and passport procedures, we board Pegasus Airlines flight PC285, departing for Tirana at 12:25 PM. Arrival in Tirana at 1:10 PM local time. After completing passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we will travel to Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, by our private buses. After our arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of Podgorica, the smallest capital in the Balkans. After some free time in the charming streets and squares of the city, we will transfer to our hotel. Guests can optionally join an additional Skadar Lake tour (45 EUR). Known as Lake Shkodra, it is the largest lake in the Balkans, home to over 270 bird species, including pelicans, which are a threatened species in Europe. This peaceful lake will enchant you with its nature. Our trip will end in Rijeka Crnojevica. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 Podgorica (Kotor-Tivat-Perast-Budva)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time. Guests can optionally join an all-day Kotor-Tivat-Perast-Budva tour (75 EUR). Our first stop is Kotor, a small but historically and architecturally important city that has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. During our walking tour, we will view Kotor’s most important structures and continue to Perast, a postcard-like town, while enjoying the breathtaking views of Kotor Bay. Our next destination is the city of Tivat, known as the Monaco of Montenegro, where you can relax in its luxurious cafes, swim, or take a walk along the beach. After this tour, we will head to Budva. After a panoramic tour of Budva, we will take a break to view the magnificent St. Stefan from afar, which was once a fishermen's settlement turned into a holiday destination for the jet-set. Then, we return to our hotel in Podgorica. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 Podgorica – Shkodra – Tirana (Kruja)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will head to the Albanian city of Shkodra. Situated along Lake Shkodra, which forms the border between Albania and Montenegro, Shkodra has been strategically important for centuries and had been under Ottoman rule for many years. We will see the city castle and walls. During our free time in the city center, we will take a short walking tour. After free time in the center, we will head to the capital, Tirana. We will conduct a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, which lived through wars during the 20th century and endured a dictatorship under Enver Hoxha for 40 years. Established by Suleyman Pasha in 1614, it became Albania's capital in 1920. During our tour, we will see sites such as Skanderbeg Square, the Et'hem Bey Mosque, the Historical Clock Tower, the National History Museum, the Opera House, Parliament, the Prime Ministry, Presidential Palace, Mother Teresa Square, and the Tirana Pyramid from our vehicle. After the city tour, we will have free time. Guests can optionally participate in an extra Kruja tour (30 EUR). Kruja is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Albania. Known as "Akçahisar" during the Ottoman period, this historic town is located 20 km north of Tirana. Surrounded by steep cliffs, the 800-meter-long castle and its surrounding walls are a notable sight. In Kruja, we will visit sites such as the Iskander Bey Museum, the Saltuk Dervish Lodge, the Esad Toptani Pasha Mansion, Kruja Castle, the Dolma Baba Bektashi Lodge, the Ottoman Bath, and the Murat Bey Mosque. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 Tirana – Istanbul (Berat)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time until our flight. Guests can optionally join a tour of Berat, known as the "museum city" of Albania (65 EUR). We will leave the hotel for Berat, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Often referred to as the "City of a Thousand Windows," we will visit important historical structures such as the Lead Mosque, the Halveti Teke, the historical Gorica Bridge, and the Muslim and Christian neighborhoods. After exploring the historical streets of the city, we will transfer to the airport. Afterward, we will transfer to Tirana Airport. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will board Pegasus Airlines flight PC284, departing for Istanbul at 2:45 AM (the next day) and arriving in Istanbul at 5:20 AM. - During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros to make purchases and expenses in all the countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions where the local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to have a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) application is made for seat planning on a daily basis, and fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
- There is a minimum requirement of 3 days of accommodation to bring items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
- The shopping limit from duty-free shops when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic beverages with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- The tour guides may change the program flow depending on the weather and road conditions, provided that they show all the places mentioned in the program.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a penalty of 30% will be applied, and if canceled 20 days or less before the tour date, a penalty of 100% will be applied. Cancellation requests from participants accompanied by hospital reports from Turkish authorities, workplace permission documents, etc. will not be accepted for cancellations of hotels and services abroad.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the notification of cancellation will be made 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances.
- Triple rooms can be assigned based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are known as pull-out beds and coach beds, participants acknowledge that they accept the potential for tightness in rooms, especially for third persons and/or children. Child discounts apply only for one child who meets the age group criteria when staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfasts served at hotels included in the tour program are offered based on the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with narration by the guide from inside the vehicle, excluding museum or archaeological site entrances, and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours if local authorities do not allow visits or entrance on the days and times specified in the program, or if the tours cannot be performed due to road closures caused by any events or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where the roads are closed or there are restrictions on vehicle entry.
- During border crossings made by road, waiting times at customs checkpoints may exceed standards, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips cannot be conducted or the prices, content, and type of transportation for extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide due to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions at the locations to be visited.
- Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour acknowledge that they accept to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the start of the extra tour and collected from the place they were left after the tour is completed.
- Participants in tours with flights must complete their check-in and boarding procedures personally, either at the airline counters in the airports before the flight or online through the airline's websites.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airports at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or those who do not board the airplane even after completing these procedures. All expenses related to new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination for those who miss their flights are the responsibility of the participants.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the hours may change before the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of hour changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.
