• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15, prices may vary or tours may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.

• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.

• In cases where only category information is provided without naming hotels, and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the trip.

• Our programs will have a guide welcoming you at the destination, and the included guiding service only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status for the desired extra tour may vary according to the final decision of the local provider.

• During periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified distances. In such cases, the agency will provide information 2 days before the departure date.

• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to introduce the cities and are carried out within the vehicle with an informative guide, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites.

• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not take place due to local authorities closing sites, road closures due to events, or weather conditions rendering the tour impossible. In such cases, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is forbidden.

• The meeting with our guide occurs at the airport where you arrive. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time given by the guide.

• Hotels listed in the program are subject to availability, which may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.

• We recommend that guests do not exchange a large amount of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old currency notes that banks refuse to accept.

• Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency cannot be held responsible in any way.

• To avoid any issues at the border with customs officials, torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports should be renewed, and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, it must be present in the new passport. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• The validity period of guest passports must be at least 6 months from the return flight date. In case of an obstructive situation, the responsibility lies with the guest.

• The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; the agency has no responsibility about passengers not obtaining a visa. The agency only undertakes the role of an intermediary. The agency holds no obligation or liability in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.

• For passengers who will apply for their visas independently, the needed documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) take about one business day to obtain under normal conditions. Guests need to make arrangements considering this time frame when scheduling appointments. Otherwise, the agency will not be liable for possible disruptions.

• In the event that a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the related tour, the visa fee and service charges are non-refundable. If the guest acquired their visa and visa service through the agency's visa department and this service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, if the agency cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest can get a refund for the remaining amount except for the consulate fees and similar charges within a week of the visa expiration date by presenting proof that they did not utilize their visa after showing it. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm, and the agency cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be provided.

• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. Flight type and timing may change, and this information has been communicated at the time of contract, indicating that the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF SCHEDULE CHANGES WHILE PURCHASING THE TOUR.

• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, a block will be made by the hotel according to availability.

• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.

• Hotels provide a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number from the passport to be used for travel. Flight tickets are issued according to these details. The penalties for any flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.

• Guests must have travel and health insurance that begins one day before the travel date and ends one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the agency or not, and must have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not keep their travel insurance with them may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. The responsibility for facing penalties due to not having travel insurance lies with the guests.

• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another one or more countries or may prevent entry at border crossings. Such situations are not under the agency's control and therefore, the responsibility lies with the parties under acceptance.

• To provide economic and time benefits to the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the travel route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the tour concludes. Our bus will pick up these guests after the tour ends, and our journey will continue.

• Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days under the condition of not changing their content or may not take place depending on the weather. In such cases, the agency is obliged to provide the most suitable alternative solutions to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.

• Tours or treks not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations of these tours or treks.

• The seat allocation in our programs is group-based, and the round-trip flight is arranged as a single ticket. In the event of missing the outbound flight and/or not using it, the return flight may also be invalidated. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.

• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest is required to purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as indicated in the previous item, as a round trip). Additionally, the guest may miss the first-day program partially or completely due to arriving late; in this case, the responsibility remains with the guest. If they travel to a city/country by a different flight from the group, the transfer to the airport-city or airport-hotel is the guest's responsibility.

• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, subject to availability in the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, to upgrade to the requested ticket, the additional charge specified by the airline must be paid, and the ticket must be converted from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. The guest is responsible for the difference in price arising in this situation. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is necessary to check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.

• During your travels, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when you briefly or completely leave the transport vehicles and hotels you have used.

• The agency reserves the right to change the order of cities and/or the airline to be used during the program without altering the content if force majeure occurs or if deemed necessary.

• The agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.

• The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

• Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain a consent letter from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent letters from both parents must be obtained. The agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to fly due to the absence of this consent letter.

• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
