Day 1: Istanbul - Çukurova - Sharm El Sheikh
You should be at the SOUTHWIND Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 14:00. Afterward, we will complete our check-in procedures. The SOUTHWIND Airlines flight 2S 7403 departs for the exotic holiday destination Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt at 17:00. Our flight will have a layover at Çukurova Airport at 18:00 and continues its journey at 19:00. We will arrive at our destination by local time 20:00 and transfer to our hotel. You will be informed about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. You can enjoy the activities at your hotel throughout the day or relax by the unique sea. Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
After an early breakfast in the morning, we will set off towards Cairo, the capital of Egypt. After a pleasant seven-hour journey, we will arrive in Cairo in the afternoon. During our panoramic city tour, we will have the opportunity to see key tourist spots such as the Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat's Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic Historical Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will settle into our hotel for the night.
Day 5: Cairo
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of our rooms and have free time. ***Important Note: The latest check-out time and key handover at the hotels is at 12:00. Guests who wish can participate in additional tours to the Giza Pyramids and the Cairo Museum, followed by a dinner cruise on the Nile.

During our boat trip on the Nile River, we will enjoy our dinner accompanied by live music and have the opportunity to admire the lights and night views of Cairo. Transportation from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Beverages at dinner are extra.
At the time designated by our guide, we will transfer to the airport. After arriving at the airport, we will complete our baggage and check-in procedures.
Day 6: Cairo - Çukurova - Istanbul
After breakfast in the morning, we will complete our check-out procedures from the hotel. We will depart for the airport at a time determined by your tour leader.
After our ticket and customs procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on SOUTHWIND Airlines flight 2S7412 at 05:00. Our plane will stop at Çukurova Airport at 08:00 and continue its journey to Istanbul at 09:00, arriving in Istanbul at 10:00, concluding our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During the Mosque Visit, the following precautions must be taken; Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts. It is necessary to have long-sleeved jackets and headscarves for mosque visits.
- In our desert safari tour, necessary precautions include wearing sports and comfortable clothing, and bringing a jacket. It is advised not to eat heavy meals and not to drink excessive amounts of water before the tour. Guests with complaints related to stomach, back, neck should inform their guides.
- To benefit from advantageous group rates for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agent during the tour.
- Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 10 participants. If there is less than 10 participants, tour prices may be subject to change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or periods. The prices at the time of sale by the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- Due to processing VB in the tour program or situations where only category information is provided without naming, and/or in cases where there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by your agent 48 hours before the movement.
- In our programs, the guide will be available at the destination to be visited, the guide service included in the package only includes panoramic city tours and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are taken, guide services will also be received. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests. During return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The decision regarding the cancellation and refund of the requested extra tour depends on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. the hotels may be located farther than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour movement date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are designed for general introductions of the cities and do not include entrance fees to museums or heritage sites, typically lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- In our programs, guest support is only available upon arrival at the airport. For return transfers, guests must read the assistance time provided by the guide.
- Guests scheduled to travel on a green passport must renew their passports if their issue date is over 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be fulfilled by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the liability rests with the guest; BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility.
- Due to varying circumstances regarding the passport, to avoid any issues at the border control, it is advisable to renew passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged. In the event that passports belonging to T.C. citizens require a visa, the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. The responsibility lies with the passenger otherwise.
- The validity period of the guest’s passport must be at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Failure to comply shall be at the guest's risk.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate retains the right to deny visas at its discretion; BTB TOURS holds no responsibility for failure to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only serves as an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS holds no responsibility or sanctions.
- When BTB TOURS makes a visa application as an intermediary, the accuracy of the details on the issued visa must be confirmed by the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors that may cause travel disruptions.
- Guests who will apply for their visa independently should be aware that the issuance of required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket etc.) typically takes one business day. Therefore, guests should schedule their appointment dates and times considering this time frame as BTB TOURS will not be responsible for any delays.
- No refunds will be made for visa fees and service fees if the guest cancels the reservation or does not participate in or is unable to participate in the tour. If the guest received their visa via the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, then if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount (excluding any fees paid to embassies for visas and similar charges) after presenting evidence that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of another visa facilitation company, no refund will be made if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason.
- Depending on the city where the airplane lands, changes may occur in the routes. Flight types and schedules are subject to change, as hotel availability may vary during peak season or special periods, alternative hotels may be granted. Guests acknowledge this risk of change in flight schedules and hotel changes at the time of purchase.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Extra beds are added to triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than standard beds. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; hotels may reserve based on availability if suitable rooms exist.
- Child discounts only apply to children accompanying two adults.
- The breakfast served in hotels is continental; it is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- When booking/registering, it is required to submit the name-surname on the passport, birthdate, and passport number. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for any cancellations or changes in flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may incur fines from local authorities. In the event of penalties for not carrying insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, previous entry-exits to some countries may prevent obtaining visas or entry at borders for one or multiple countries; in such cases, BTB TOURS holds no responsibility.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in group tours carried out to economize and benefit from the path must wait in a nearby facility until the excursion is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will collect these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra trips may be rescheduled on different days without changing the content or may be canceled due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obligated to provide the best alternative for our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 guests. If necessary majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities cannot be conducted, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for cancellations of such tours.
- The flight places in our programs are group seats and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or unused, the return flight may automatically be canceled as well. In such circumstances, the rules of the airline will apply.
- At the airports, any last-minute delays or gate changes should be monitored through the information boards/screens. In case of missing a flight due to these reasons or personal reasons, the guest must buy their new ticket (if necessary, considering the previous clause, for round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Additionally, miss the initial program due to missing the group flight may cause the guest to partially or completely miss the first day program; thus, responsibility lies with the guest. If traveling to/from the city/country via a different flight from the group flight, responsibility for transfers between the airport-city or airport-hotel lies with the guest.
