Meeting at the Ajet Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 19:00. We will complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs procedures, we will depart for Sharjah on Ajet Airlines flight VF221 at 22:20.

 

2nd Day Sharjah - Dubai

We arrive at local time 03:55. After passport procedures, we start our tour with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Before our panoramic city tour, we have a free breakfast break. After breakfast, we set off for the “Oasis in the Middle of the Desert Dubai” City Tour. First, we will proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most magnificent avenue, and see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, and shopping malls panoramically. Then we will continue to Jumeirah Beach. During our photo stop here, we will see the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, we continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has approximately 7 Km of walking path surrounded by restaurants and cafes, our final stop will be the Blue Waters Island, which was created by land reclamation in 2018. Here we will have the opportunity to see the world's largest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai, up close and take beautiful photos. After the tour, we head towards the hotels where we will be staying. We complete our check-in procedures according to the hotels' check-in time and then have free time. Guests wishing can participate in the optional “Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour” in the evening.

First, we will go to the Dhow boat in the marina, where we will have our dinner. While our boat sails inside the marina, we enjoy our dinner as an open buffet and savor the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we will visit the Souk Al Bahar market located next to Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the world, situated in the shadow of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. We will take a pleasant stroll through this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Guests who wish can spend free time at Dubai Mall after the tour, shopping or enjoying the cafes and restaurants. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Guests wishing can join the optional Legoland® Dubai Theme Park Tour and spend a fun day. Opened in 2016 and located within the Dubai Parks & Resorts complex, Legoland® attracts visitors of all ages with its colorful world. You can stroll among the miniature versions of structures built with millions of LEGO pieces and experience different activities in areas such as Factory, Lego City, Imagination, and Miniland. After this entertaining day filled with colorful shows, interactive play areas, and creative activities, we will return to our hotel.

5th Day Dubai

 

After breakfast, free time and checking out of our rooms. ***The latest check-out time and key return at the hotels is 12:00.*** Guests wishing can participate in the optional “Burj Al Arab & Medinat Souk” and **“Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour” **. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Our journey to the airport begins at the time determined by your tour leader. After ticket and customs procedures, we will fly from AJET Airlines VF222 at 04:55 to Istanbul. Our arrival time is 09:05.

  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be possible due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time of the tour, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. The agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or walking in places where vehicle entry is not allowed.

  • Our tour programs have a guide's welcome at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time provided by the guide.

  • The hotels included in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may vary during high seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.

  • We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old type currencies that banks will not accept.

  • Since our package tours are intended for abroad, the foreign language proficiency of guests is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

  • During the reservation, the tour program specified must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations stated below. The agency is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.

  • Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the country they are going to or their flights may not be executed by the airline in Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency cannot bear any liability.

  • To avoid issues at the customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; these passports must be renewed and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

  • Passenger passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.

  • The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary. The agency has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency merely undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. The agency bears no penalties or responsibilities for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.

  • For passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Our guests must set their appointment dates and times accordingly, considering this timeframe. Otherwise, the agency is not responsible for possible delays.

  • In the case of cancellation of the reservation and/or the passenger not participating in the relevant tour, no refunds for the visa fee and service charges will be made. If the guest received their visa and visa service through our agency's Vize department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, if the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding the fees or similar amounts paid to the consulates after presenting their passport, indicating that they have not used their visa within the visa expiration date of one week. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the assistance of another visa agency and the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be provided.

  • Changes in routes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and this situation has been communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE UPON PURCHASING THE TOUR.

  • Triple rooms are provided depending on the availability of hotels. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Triple rooms do not guarantee 3 separate beds, and if there is a suitable room for this in the hotels, reservation will be made based on availability.

  • Children's discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.

  • The breakfasts served at hotels are continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

  • During the reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport that will be traveled with. Flight tickets are prepared according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

  • Guests are required to have a foreign travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after, whether they obtain it from the agency or not. Guests who do not have the travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country police. The responsibility for any fine due to not having the travel insurance lies with the guests.

  • Due to international diplomatic relations, having entered-exited some countries may lead to the inability to obtain visas or enter border posts for another/multiple countries, and in such situations, the agency is not responsible as it is outside of its control.

  • To provide economic and time benefits for the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route are required to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is finished. After the tour is finished, our bus will pick up these guests, and our tour will continue.

  • Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days, provided that the content does not change or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is obliged to present the guests with the best suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out, or prices may change.

  • Tours or trips that the local authorities do not permit to be visited or conducted will not be carried out. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.

  • The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is arranged as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed or not used, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.

  • Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their new ticket (if necessary, based on the previous item, as a round-trip ticket). Furthermore, if the group is missed, the guest may partially or completely miss the program on the first day; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Also, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest's responsibility.

  • Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after tickets have been issued. The aircraft seats in our programs are group class, and if the desired ticket is available, it may need to be upgraded to an economy class that can be upgraded at a price set by the airline. The price difference that arises in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued several days before the departure of the tour.

  • To use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.

  • During your travels, when using transportation vehicles and when departing from hotels, whether temporarily or completely, please ensure you have collected all your belongings.

  • The agency may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

  • The agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
