DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – BARCELONA (EMBARKING ON SHIP)
We meet at the Turkish Airlines check-in desk at the Distant Flights terminal of Istanbul Airport at 04:50 in the morning. Then we depart for Barcelona on Turkish Airlines flight TK1853L at 08:05. We arrive in Barcelona at 10:45 local time and transfer to the Barcelona port where Valiant Lady will depart. After check-in and passport procedures on the ship, we settle into our cabins and have free time. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner will be served and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 02 TOULON / PROVENCE
Our ship will dock at Toulon harbor at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish can participate in the “Aix En Provence Tour” organized by the guide for an additional fee. Our tour will start by visiting the “Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral” located on a high hill in the important maritime city of Marseille. After this visit, we will see Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old city, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area among other sights. Then we will travel to Aix en Provence, which is 40 minutes away from Marseille. We will start with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral, which dates back to the 12th century, with its Romanesque facade and covered arched road. During our pleasant walk in the old district of the city, you will see antique inns and the Mazarino district designed by Cardinal Mazarino’s brother in the 17th century. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner will be served and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 03 SAILING AT SEA
On this delightful day spent sailing at sea, our ship will offer various activities for guests. Those who wish can cool off in the outdoor and indoor pools, relax in the jacuzzis, or enjoy the Mediterranean sun in the sunbathing areas. Guests who like shopping can browse in duty-free shops, adventure seekers can try their luck in the casino, and those who prefer music and entertainment can participate in events held in the ship's various bars and lounges. Various meal options will be available throughout the day on board. Dinner will be served and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 04 FLORENCE / PISA
Our ship will arrive in Livorno Port at 08:00 in the morning. After our breakfast, guests who wish can join the “Pisa & Florence City Tour” organized by our guide for an additional fee. With our private vehicle awaiting us at the port, we first head to Pisa, home to the world's most famous leaning tower. Here we will see the Square of Miracles, the Leaning Tower, the Baptistery, and the Cathedral, and have a short photo break. After that, we continue on to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance. In Florence, we will visit the Duomo Cathedral, the Baptistery, Signoria Square, Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and Santa Croce Square. At the end of our tour, we will have some free time to explore the streets of Florence before returning to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00. Dinner will be served and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 05 AJACCIO / CORSICA
Our ship will dock at Ajaccio harbor at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can join the “Ajaccio City Tour & Following Napoleon’s Footsteps Tour” organized by the guide for an additional fee. We begin our tour of Corsica's capital with the first stop at the Maison Bonaparte Museum, the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte, known as the founder of the city. Here, we have the opportunity to see items related to the emperor’s childhood and family. Next, we go to Place d’Austerlitz (Napoleon Square), which is one of the best panoramic points in the city. Here we can photograph the famous Napoleon monument and enjoy the stunning view of Ajaccio Bay. Afterwards, we visit Ajaccio Cathedral, constructed in the 16th century and the place where Napoleon was baptized, filled with baroque decorations and religious paintings by famous artists. With a short walk, we reach the Citadel area, which has become a symbol of the city. From here, we will have the chance to see both the port and the coastline from a bird's eye view. At the end of the tour, we will have some free time at Place Foch Square. Guests may explore local markets, buy Corsican cheese, wine, lavender, and soap, or take a coffee break at cafes along the coast. After free time, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00. Dinner will be served on board.
DAY 06 IBIZA
Our ship will dock at Ibiza Harbor at 21:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Being one of Spain’s autonomous Balearic Islands, Ibiza is famous for its lively atmosphere, beaches, boutique shops, and restaurants. Our guests can choose to explore the historic Dalt Vila area or enjoy time at the unique beaches of the island. Dinner will be served and overnight stay on the ship. Our ship will remain docked throughout the night.
DAY 07 IBIZA
After breakfast, our guests will have free time for shopping and personal activities. Ibiza is the largest city in the Balearic Islands, known for its rich historical texture, turquoise coves, luxurious yacht marina, famous restaurants, and boutique shops. You can take a walk in the historic streets of the Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and enjoy panoramic views from the city walls, or relax and soak in the sun at one of the captivating beaches of the Mediterranean. Ibiza is also popular for its bohemian-style boutiques, local craft markets, and world-renowned beach clubs. During your free day, you can either go on an adventure or enjoy a delightful Mediterranean lunch to crown your day. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00. Dinner will be served and overnight stay on the ship.
DAY 08 BARCELONA - ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at the Barcelona harbor at 06:30 in the morning. After breakfast, we will carry out disembarkation procedures and then leave the ship. After this, we travel to Barcelona Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. After arriving at the airport and completing check-in and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1856L at 18:35. We arrive at Istanbul Airport at 23:05 local time. This concludes our tour.
