DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – BARCELONA
Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 05:00 in the morning and then depart for Barcelona on Turkish Airlines flight TK1853 at 8:00. Arrival in Barcelona at local time 10:45, followed by a transfer to the port where the Costa Smeralda will depart. After check-in and passport formalities on the ship, settle into cabins and enjoy some free time. The ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 02 IBIZA
Our ship will dock at the port of Ibiza at 12:30 PM. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests can get information from our guide and enjoy the magnificent beaches of Ibiza, shop, and dine. The ship will depart from the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 03 AT SEA
This day will be spent sailing at sea and our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can take advantage of the ship's open and closed pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Guests can also shop at duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment performances at the many bars available. There will also be various dining options available throughout the day. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 04 PALERMO
Our ship will dock at the port of Palermo at 08:00 AM. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests may join our guide for an optional “Palermo & Cefalu Tour.” After arriving in Palermo, we will head to Cefalu, one of Sicily's most beautiful holiday spots, with medieval structures ideal for shopping and experiencing the true essence of Sicily. During the tour, we will visit the cathedral from the Normans and the ancient washhouse. After free time, we will return to Palermo for a city tour. Afterwards, we will visit the Monreale Monastery, where we will see a total of 6340 m2 of mosaic decoration depicting scenes from the Old and New Testament. Afterward, we will return to the ship, which will depart the port at 16:30. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 05 CIVITAVECCHIA / ROME
Our ship will dock at the port of Civitavecchia at 08:30 AM. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests may join our guide for an optional “Rome City Tour.” During this full-day tour, after a 1 hour and 15 minute bus ride from Civitavecchia Port, we will do a panoramic tour of Rome by bus, visiting sites such as Castel Sant'Angelo, the Tiber River, Borghese Park, Via Veneto, Popolo Square, Republic Square, Via Nazionale, Marcello Theater, and Circus Maximus. Then, we will explore Rome's famous squares on foot, including the Pantheon Square, Navona Square, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps, concluding the tour with a shopping break. After the tour, we will return to the ship, which will depart the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 06 SAVONA – GENOA - PORTOFINO
Our ship will dock at the port of Savona at 08:30 AM. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests may join our guide for an optional "Genoa - Portofino Tour." After departing from Savona Port, we will visit the neighboring port city of Genoa, which was once the capital of an important maritime kingdom that ruled over the Mediterranean geography, including Istanbul. Key points we will see include San Lorenzo Cathedral, the Ducal Palace, and Columbus' house. In the second part, we will head to Portofino, a beloved place for poets and lovers, situated an hour away from Genoa. After some free time in this peaceful seaside town, we will return to the ship, which will depart the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 07 MARSEILLE (AIX EN PROVENCE)
Our ship will dock at the port of Marseille at 08:30 AM. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests may join our guide for an optional “Marseille City Tour & Aix En Provence Tour.” Starting with a visit to the “Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral,” located on a high hill, we will then visit the Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old town, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area. Afterward, we will travel 40 minutes to Aix en Provence. The tour will begin with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral, built in the 12th Century with its Romanesque front and arched walkway. The tour will then include a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, where you will see ancient inns and the neighborhood designed by the brother of Cardinal Mazarino in the 17th century. Our ship will depart the port at 18:30. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 08 BARCELONA – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 08:00 AM. After breakfast, we will proceed with disembarkation and take the special vehicle waiting for us at the port to the airport. After passport and baggage procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1856 at 13:35. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at local time 19:15. End of our tour.
