Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight departure. After completing the exit procedures, we will depart for Tivat at 17:40 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1097. After arriving at Tivat Airport at 18:30, we will head to Budva with our private bus waiting for us. After our arrival, we will start our panoramic city tour of Budva. After visiting Stari Grad (Old Town) and the fortress in Budva, a free time will be given for dinner. We will proceed to our hotel after the tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.
2nd Day: BudvaAfter having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, there will be free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra Kotor – Porto Montenegro – Perast – Lady of the Rocks Boat Tour organized by our guide for an additional cost. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

In this exciting tour, our first stop will be the historic coastal town of Perast located on the Adriatic Sea. Known for its rich maritime history, Perast attracts attention with its historical structures, churches, and stone houses from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. Particularly the baroque architectural buildings constructed in the 17th and 18th centuries reflect the cultural wealth of the town. Free time is given here for taking wonderful photos.
Afterwards, we will take a boat to the island of Lady of the Rocks located off the coast of Perast. Known locally as Gospa od Škrpjela, it is famous for its church built in the 17th century. The island is regarded as a sacred place where sailors offered their prayers and wishes, and legend has it that it grew over time to its current form by fishermen casting stones thrown from the sea onto a small rock.
After our visit to the island, we return to the mainland and drive along the Bay of Kotor’s stunning views to reach Kotor. Since 1979, Kotor has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and we will visit the Old Town surrounded by approximately 2000-year-old city walls. During the tour, the main spots to be seen will include St. Tryphon Cathedral, the Sea Gate with the emblem of the Venetian Republic, the Flour Square famous for its cafes and vibrant atmosphere, and the Nikola Đurković Monument.
Our last stop of the tour will be Porto Montenegro, considered one of the most luxurious yacht marinas in Europe. More than just a marina; Porto Montenegro is a prestigious complex consisting of luxury residences, exclusive stores, hotels, and cafes-restaurants, where free time will be given. Return to the hotel after the tour.
After having breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests wishing can join the extra Lunch Included Adriatic Bays and Beaches Boat & Swimming Tour (Sveti Stefan – Sveti Nikola – Ploce Beach). Return to the hotel after the tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Starting our delightful tour to explore the most beautiful bays and beaches of the Adriatic Sea by boarding the boat. Our first stop will be a viewpoint where we can photograph one of Montenegro's most famous symbols, Sveti Stefan Island. Located southeast of Budva and currently used as a luxury hotel complex, this island stands out with its postcard-like appearance. After the photo break, we will head towards Sveti Nikola Island, known as "Hawaii Island" among locals. We will take a swimming break near the cave on the island. After that, we will proceed to Ploce Beach, considered one of the most pristine beaches in Budva, surrounded by greenery. We will have our lunch here and enjoy the waters of the Adriatic Sea and the beach.
At the time indicated by our guide, we will switch to our boat and return to Budva, and then transfer back to our hotel.
4th Day: BudvaAfter having breakfast at our hotel, there will be free time. Guests wishing can join the optional Virpazar – Lake Skadar – Stari Bar Tour. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel.

Extra Tour: Stari Bar - Virpazar – Lake Skadar – Per Person: 40 EUR
Our first stop will be Stari Bar. Today, Stari Bar is the ancient settlement of the city of Bar on the Adriatic coast, rich in history dating back to the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman periods. It stands out with its remains from the Middle Ages and the Ottoman period, its castle from the 9th century, and its stone streets. During free time, guests wishing can visit Stari Bar Fortress. After meeting at the specified time, we will proceed to our last stop, Virpazar. In this quaint town located by the shores of Lake Skadar, guests will have free time to enjoy the café and restaurants with lake views.
Guests wishing can also join the optional Lake Skadar Boat Tour organized by our guide. (The boat tour will be organized optionally and the participation fee is 20 Euro, detailed information will be provided by our guide before the visit.) After the boat tour, we will reunite with other guests and transfer back to the hotel.
5th Day: Budva – IstanbulAfter breakfast, we check out of our rooms by 12:00. There will be free time until the transfer time determined by our guide. Transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 18:30 with Turkish Airlines flight 1098. After our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour concludes.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.
- In cases where the hotel(s) are listed by category and/or there are options for the same destination without specifying names, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Our programs will include a welcome service by the guide at the area where guests disembark; the guide service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guide service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the date of departure.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guide narration from within the vehicle, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, without including museum or historical site entrances.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may be canceled by BTB Tours due to local authorities closing visited sites, to traffic closures on the route due to any events or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible to carry out. In such cases, tours may be conducted via public transport or walking if possible.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must include the general terms and conditions below, which must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a green passport (T.C.) must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility rests with the passenger, and BTB TOURS accepts no liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing of the visited country's entry point due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; those passports should be renewed and if traveling to a country requiring visas for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue the visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no liability regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary agency. BTB TOURS bears no sanctions or liabilities for personal visa applications. Consumers accepted these terms by registering for the tour.
- It is necessary for guests who will submit their own visa applications to procure the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this time. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB Tour Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding fees and similar charges paid to the consulates, after presenting their passport indicating that they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the assistance of another visa intermediary firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the related tour for lack of participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Changes may occur in the routes depending on the city where the plane lands. The type and time of the flight may change, and due to high season or special periods, hotels may show different availabilities, so another hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Extra bed applications exist in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided, as blocks are made by the hotel depending on availability if suitable rooms exist.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
- The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to inform and input the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the traveling passport. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have a travel health insurance policy that covers the day before the tour date and the day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not; they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be subject to fines by the police of the relevant country. If guests encounter penalties due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with them.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or not being able to cross the border for one or multiple countries. In such cases, BTB TOURS is not responsible for such situations as they are beyond its control, and this is acknowledged by the parties.
- In order to provide economic and time benefits for the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted on the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not occur depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be cancelled or price changes may occur.
- Tours that local authorities do not permit for visiting cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as one. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be canceled automatically. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (possibly a round-trip ticket per the previous item) at their own expense. Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, in the event of traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline for upgrading the desired ticket from group class to an economy class that can be upgraded, provided availability exists. In this case, the price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- Before leaving Turkey, you should check with your GSM operator whether your phone line is open for international calls/international reception.
- During your trip, please ensure that you have all your belongings when leaving your means of transportation and accommodation.
- BTB TOURS can change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 who are traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for issues arising due to the absence of consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
