Be at the Ajet Airlines counter at Ankara Esenboğa Airport's International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After completing the exit procedures at the airport, depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, at 23:55 with Ajet Airlines flight.
2nd Day Ankara - CairoWe arrive in Cairo at local time 01:55. After passport procedures, we transfer to our hotel with our waiting vehicle for an overnight stay at the hotel.
In the morning, after breakfast, we will have a panoramic city tour at a time determined by our guide, where we will have the opportunity to see major tourist points such as Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hasan Mosque, Imam Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al-Azhar Mosque, Islamic Museum of History, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.
After the city tour, free time. Our guests who wish can optionally participate in the “Dinner Cruise on the Nile” tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

4th Day Cairo
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. ***The check-out time from hotels and key return is 12:00 *** Our guests who wish can optionally participate in the “Alexandria tour (including lunch)”. At the time designated by our guide, we will transfer to the airport.

We will have lunch at a fish restaurant. |
5th Day Cairo - Ankara
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with Ajet Airlines starts at 03:45. Our arrival time is 05:45. We hope to see you on our next tour.

To benefit from advantageous excursion package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, tour prices may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.

Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or season. The prices during the sale from the guide will be valid.

In cases where only the category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.

Our programs will have a meeting with the guide at the destination, the included guiding service only covers the panoramic city tour and transfer to and from the airport. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will be included as well. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

Guests must inform the guide of the cancellation or changes of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund situation for the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, Acenteours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction to the cities and are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours without including museum or historical site entrances.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be performed due to closure of the sites or roads along the route by local authorities, any events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Acenteours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours under such conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot when roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

In our tour programs, the guide's greeting takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the time given by the guide.

Hotels and similar accommodations are advertised in the program. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. For this reason, another similar hotel may be provided.

To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn out currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation processes will not be made with old currency that banks do not accept.

GENERAL TERMS

Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights by the airline from Turkey may not be performed. In such a situation, responsibility rests with the passenger, and AcenteOURS assumes no liability.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; these passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.

Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any issues that prevent boarding are the responsibility of the guests.

AcenteOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary; AcenteOURS has no liability regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. AcenteOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. AcenteOURS holds no responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for tours by accepting these terms.

The documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to be obtained. Passengers must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, AcenteOURS is not responsible for any potential disruptions.

If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa through AcenteOUR's Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount excluding fees paid to consulates and similar costs after providing proof that they did not use their visa within a week of the visa expiration date with their passport. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of another visa brokerage company, and AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be issued to the guest.

Route changes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. Changes in aircraft type and schedule are possible, and this situation has already been communicated during the contract process, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Guests must be present at the airport where the plane will depart at least 3 hours before the departure. Domestic flight passengers need to purchase their tickets based on their flight time. AcenteOURS is not responsible for issues and damages arising from the passenger's failure to catch the flight.

Triple rooms are given according to the hotel's availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, it will be blocked by the hotel based on availability.

The breakfast provided by hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.

At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

Our guests are required to have a valid travel and health insurance starting a day before the tour date and ending a day after the tour date, whether obtained from AcenteOURS or not, and keep the related insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines from local police. In case of a penalty due to not having travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to some countries may lead to visa denial or inability to enter from the border for one or more countries, and this situation, being outside AcenteOURS' control, means that AcenteOURS holds no responsibility in such cases.

In order for the visit to provide economic and temporal benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours made along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. The bus will pick up these guests at the end of the tour, and our excursion will continue.

Panoramic city tours are conducted as introduction tours of the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days without changing content or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, AcenteOURS is obliged to offer the best alternative to our esteemed guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority cannot be reached, extra tours may not take place or price changes may occur.

Tours or excursions that local authorities do not allow to be visited for any reason cannot be conducted. AcenteOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.

The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round trip is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.

Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screen at airports. This information should be followed by individuals personally. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as round trip ticket as per the previous clause) at their own expense. Additionally, if they miss the group's departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this situation, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to a city/country with a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if availability exists on the airline's related flight after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are of group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, the fare difference specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be changed from group class to upgradeable economy class. In this case, the price difference is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the movement of the tour.

During your trip, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles or hotels you are using.

AcenteOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without disrupting the content of the program, in case of force majeure or if it deems necessary.

AcenteOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

Guests under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, while those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. AcenteOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to board the flight due to lack of consent.
