Be present in front of the AJET AIRLINES counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departure Terminal at 19:35. After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart at 22:35 on AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF 255 to the exotic holiday destination of Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.
2nd Day Sharm El SheikhAfter arriving at local time 01:40, we will proceed to our hotel. After check-in, we will settle into our rooms and spend the night at our hotel.

6th Day Sharm El Sheikh – Istanbul /After ticket and customs procedures, we will begin our flight at 03:45 with AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF256. After arriving at 07:30 local time, our journey comes to an end. Hoping to see you on our next tour.

To benefit from advantageous package prices for extra tours, payments must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, there may be changes in the tour prices or it could be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.

In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are different options for the same destination, the hotels will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour.

Our programs include a guide who will meet you at the destination, and the package includes guiding service only for panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.

Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund situation for the requested extra tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.

During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels used may be further away than specified distances. In such cases, you will be notified by Acenteours 2 days before the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general introduction of cities and do not include entrance to museums and historical sites. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Panoramic tours and other tours listed in the program may not be conducted due to closures of the places to be visited by local authorities, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions that make it impossible to perform the tour. Acenteours is not responsible for the failure to conduct such tours.

The meeting point for our program is at the arrival airport and the guide must be present at the hotel reception before the pick-up time provided by the guide for return transfers.

GENERAL TERMS

At the time of reservation, the specified tour program, along with the general terms and obligations listed below, must be communicated to the guests. AcenteOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this notification. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.

Guests traveling with a green passport to T.C. must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country or their flight may be rejected by the airline company from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, AcenteOURS cannot assume any liability.

To avoid problems with customs officers at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn-out, wet, or damaged passports, it is essential to renew said passports, and if a country applying visa to Turkish citizens is being visited, the corresponding visa must also be affixed to the new passport. Failure to comply will be the passenger's responsibility.

Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles will be the guests’ responsibility.

For passengers applying for visas independently, obtaining necessary documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests should make arrangements considering this timeframe for the appointment dates and times. Otherwise, AcenteOURS does not assume responsibility for any delays.

No refunds will be made for guests who cancel their reservations and/or do not participate in the respective tour. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through AcenteOUR’s Visa department, and if this visa service is mentioned as an additional service in the travel contract, if AcenteOURS cancels the respective tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can refund the remaining amount excluding the fees paid for visas to embassies and similar fees, if they prove their visa was not used within the expiration date, specifically one week after the date the visa expires after presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency and AcenteOURS cancels the respective tour for insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest will not receive any refund.

Depending on the city where the plane lands, route changes may occur. It is possible to change the plane type and time, which has been communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE WHILE PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Triple rooms are given depending on the availability of the hotels. An extra bed is made in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided, and if there is a suitable room at the hotel, a block reservation will be made depending on availability.

Breakfasts offered in hotels are continental, not Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

During the reservation, it is necessary to provide and input the full name, surname, date of birth, and passport number of the passenger traveling to the system. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. The penalties for any cancellations or changes of tickets due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the guest.

Our guests must have travel and health insurance for one day before the tour date and one day after, regardless of whether they have obtained insurance through AcenteOURS or not, and are required to have the respective insurance policy with them. Guests without their insurance may face fines imposed by the relevant country’s police. In cases where fines are incurred due to the absence of insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting certain countries may necessitate having previously visited another country or countries, which could potentially impede obtaining a visa or crossing the border, and given that such matters are outside the control of AcenteOURS, it is acknowledged that AcenteOURS holds no responsibility in such cases.

In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours along the route are expected to wait at a nearby establishment until the excursion concludes. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our journey will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days without changing the content, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, AcenteOURS is obligated to present the best alternative to our valued guests.
