You are invited on a boat trip to closely explore the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world of Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas in the Red Sea. You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour at Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel among the coral reefs with diving guides. Additionally, you will visit the white sand island called "White Island," where you can take pictures and use the healing sands for self-care. Lunch will be provided as an open buffet during the tour. Drinks are included in the meal as well as seasonal fruit served afterward. *Buffet Menu: Salad Bar + Grilled Chicken + Grilled Meatballs + Potato Croquette + Rice + Pasta + Dessert ** Mask + Fin + Snorkel is not mandatory for participation in the tour, but those who wish can rent before the tour begins. In the morning, after an early breakfast, we will set off towards Cairo, the capital of Egypt. After approximately 6 hours of pleasant travel, we will arrive in Cairo in the afternoon, during which we will have the opportunity to see major tourist sites such as Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Imam Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat's Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Market, Tahrir Square, among others. After the city tour, we will proceed to our hotel and overnight.

6th Day: Cairo- Hurghada
In the morning, after an early breakfast, we will head towards the exotic holiday destination of Hurghada, and after approximately 5 hours of pleasant travel, we will arrive in Hurghada in the afternoon. One of the most beautiful islands in the Red Sea, Giftun reserve area awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. On our full-day boat trip, you can snorkel and enjoy all the beauties of the island. Limited non-alcoholic drinks and lunch will be served on the boat. Guests may do scuba diving with the guidance of our instructor, with prior notice and additional fee. Sun beds and umbrellas fees, as well as National Park entrance fee are included in the price.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms and have some free time. ***Important Note: The latest check-out time from the hotels and key return is 12:00. Guests may also join our extra tours if they wish.
We will meet at the time determined by our guide for transfer to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport we will proceed with baggage and check-in procedures.

In this tour, we will have the opportunity to see many of the most important monuments of the mysterious Egyptian history, only 3.5 hours away from Hurghada. We will leave early in the morning from our hotel and return in the evening, visiting Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, Nile Delta, and many more. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant during our tour. The price includes lunch and entrance fees for the museum.
We will perform our flight to Istanbul at 03:25 with Ajet Airlines. Our arrival time will be 07:05.

To benefit from advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is less than 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.

Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or periods. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.

In cases where only category information is given without specifying the hotel names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

In our programs, the guide will greet at the destination to be visited, and the included guiding service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, a guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or changes to extra tours. The cancellation and refund situation of the cancelled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, the Agency will provide information two days before the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours without museum or archaeological site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not take place due to the closure of the sites to be visited by local authorities, road closures for any event along the route, or impossibility due to weather conditions, for which the Agency is not responsible. Some tours may be done using public transport or on foot where allowed due to closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

In our tour programs, the guide meets at the airport where you arrive. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the hotel reception where the accommodation is provided, before the time specified by the guide.

Hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, there may be another similar hotel provided.

We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old types of currency that banks do not accept.

GENERAL TERMS

Guests who will travel with T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country they are traveling to, and/or the airline may refuse to carry them from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.

To avoid problems with the customs officer at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew those passports and if they are citizens of Turkey requiring a visa, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

The validity period of guests' passports must be at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.

The Agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visa issuance in cases it deems necessary, the Agency has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Agency only assumes the role of intermediary. The Agency does not hold any responsibility or penalties for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

For passengers applying for their own visa, the preparation of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests need to consider this time and arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, the Agency is not responsible for any potential disruptions.

If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, visa fees and service charges will not be refunded. If the guest obtains their visa and visa service through the Agency's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an ancillary service in the travel contract, if the Agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can refund the remaining amount, excluding consulate fees, after presenting proof of not having used their visa by presenting their passport within one week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means or with the help of another visa intermediary firm, and if the Agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be issued to the guest.

Parkour changes may occur depending on the city where the plane lands. Changes to the aircraft type and time are possible, and this condition has been communicated at the time of the agreement, and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; if there is a suitable room at the hotels, the reservation will be made by the hotel based on availability.

Hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

During reservation/check-in, the guest must provide and input the first name, surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the travel passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

Guests have a mandatory obligation to have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Agency or not, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance with them may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. In case of penalties due to not carrying the travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to international diplomatic relations, having visited certain countries may prevent obtaining a visa for one or more countries or entry through the border gate. This situation is beyond the Agency's control; therefore, the parties accept that the Agency holds no responsibility in such cases.

In order to provide economic and duration benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route must agree to wait until the extra tour is completed at a nearby facility. After the tour is over, our bus will pick up these guests and the trip will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra tours may be conducted on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, the Agency is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not attained, extra tours may not be conducted, or changes in pricing may occur.

Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be made by local authorities will not be conducted. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip transportation is arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing or not using the outbound flight, the return flight may also be canceled automatically. In this case, the airline's rules apply.

Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket (if necessary, round-trip ticket according to the preceding item). Furthermore, if they miss the group's departure, they may partially or entirely miss the first day's program. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country by a different flight from the group, the transfer to/from the airport-hotel or city is the responsibility of the guest.

Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are from the group class, if the desired ticket is to be upgraded, it may be necessary to pay the fare specified by the airline before upgrading from the group class to an economy class that can be upgraded, depending on availability. The price difference that may arise in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

The Agency reserves the right to change the order of cities and/or the airline company to be flown with, without disrupting the content of the program due to force majeure situations or when deemed necessary.

The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

Children under 18 must obtain consent from their other parent if traveling with one parent, and if traveling with a third party, consent from both parents must be obtained. The Agency cannot be held responsible for non-completion of the flight due to lack of consent.
