Please be present in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 05:30. After completing your luggage and ticket procedures, we will proceed through passport control.
We will depart for Doha at 08:30 with flight number TK 856. After approximately 4 hours of travel, we will arrive at 12:45. After passport and luggage procedures, we will start our panoramic Doha city tour with our awaiting vehicle.
We will witness the magnificent skyline of the city and the perfect harmony of modern structures and traditional architecture. We will begin our tour from the 7-kilometer-long Corniche road. After seeing the iconic structures of the city, such as the Futuristic Doha Tower, the stunning old Doha port, and the Museum of Islamic Art, we will explore the meticulously designed Katara Cultural Village on foot. Enjoying breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf from the picturesque Doha Corniche, we will discover the beauty of Pearl Island, a man-made island project adorned with luxury residences, endless dining, and shopping options. After Pearl Island, we will proceed to Lusail Marina, where we will capture special photos with the crescent-shaped building of Lusail, which is a must-see in Doha's skyline.
At the end of the tour, transfer to the hotel and after check-in procedures, free time. In the evening, guests wishing can participate in the extra arranged DHOW CRUISE TOUR WITH DINNER. Overnight stay at our hotel.

We will explore Doha at sunset with traditional Dhow boats. After enjoying tea, coffee, and dates served here, we will transfer to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner. After a buffet meal here, we will transfer back to our hotel with our buses.
2nd Day Doha
After breakfast in the morning, free time. Guests wishing can join the extra arranged ‘QATAR CULTURE TOUR and ILLUSION MUSEUM and DINNER INCLUDED DOHA DESERT SAFARI Tour.’ Overnight stay at our hotel.

The Education City established by the family of the Emir of Qatar hosts the Qatar National Library and the Minaretein Mosque. After our visits here, we move on to the Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum presents the history of Qatar up to the present day with its extraordinary architecture in a timeline. After this unforgettable experience, we move to the Doha Illusion Museum. Here, we will experience how much you trust your senses and what you see. We will discover this deceptive world of illusions together.
3rd Day Doha
After breakfast in the morning, free time. Guests wishing can join the extra arranged LUSAIL STADIUM, KATARA TOWER, LUSAIL MARINA, PLACE VENDOME MALL SHOPPING Tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Our first stop will be at the Katara Towers located in the newly established Lusail city. We will take our first photo stop in front of these iconic towers and Lusail marina. We will visit Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match was held, from the outside. At Vendome Mall, we will do some shopping and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
4th Day Doha
After breakfast in the morning, free time. Guests wishing can participate in the extra arranged DINNER INCLUDED DOHA DESERT SAFARI TOUR. Overnight stay at our hotel.

With 4x4 vehicles, you can experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After an enjoyable and thrilling ride in the red sands, we will head to the area where the desert meets the sea and watch an unforgettable sunset, then arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here we will have dinner, and you will also have the opportunity to ride a camel. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are provided as complimentary services during the tour. After the meal and shows, our tour ends, and we return to our hotel with our special 4x4 vehicles that picked us up.
After breakfast in the morning, we check out of our rooms. At the time specified by our guide, transfer to the airport. We will depart for Istanbul at 13:45 with flight number TK 857. Arrival in Istanbul at 18:30 and the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

For Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be noted during the mosque visit: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. Long-sleeved outerwear and headscarves must be brought for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.

In our desert safari tour, the following should be noted: Wear sporty and comfortable clothing, bring a light jacket. Do not eat heavy meals and do not drink too much water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their situations.

To benefit from advantageous travel package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours occur with a minimum participation of 20 people. In the case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may change or may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.

Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.

Due to VB processing in the tour program or if information is provided without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.

In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination for reception; the included guide service only covers the panoramic city tour and round trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. Guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide for return transfers.

Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes to extra tours. The cancellation and refund status of any requested extra tour will be subject to the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days prior to the tour departure.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours without including museum or historical site admissions, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program may not take place due to local authorities closing the places to be visited on that day and time, due to events or weather conditions making it impossible to carry out the tour. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if feasible due to blocked roads or restricted vehicle entry.

The meeting with the guide will take place at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

Hotels listed in the program are subject to availability, which may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and hotel name guarantees are not given.

We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old types of currencies that banks will not accept.

Since extra tour purchases will be processed in USD at the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity will apply equally.

Our package tours are targeted at international destinations; therefore, the guests are responsible for their foreign language knowledge.
GENERAL TERMS

During the reservation, the specified tour program, along with the general terms and obligations outlined below, must be communicated to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Guests are considered to have read and accepted all items beforehand.

Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may be prevented from being flown by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the traveler; BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.

To avoid issues at the customs checkpoint in the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In the absence of such, the responsibility lies with the traveler.

Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.

BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa in cases they deem necessary; BTB TOURS holds no responsibility regarding the traveler’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS solely undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligations or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers accepted these conditions upon registration for the tour.

When making visa applications as an intermediary between the passenger and consulate, any discrepancies on the visa obtained must be verified by the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any mistakes in the visa that may affect travel.

For passengers who will apply for their visas independently, the provision of the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Guests must schedule their appointments accordingly, considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential disruptions.

If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, refund of the visa fee and service charge will not be made. If the guest obtains their visa and visa services via the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is mentioned as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount after presenting their passport indicating they did not use the visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date, except for the fees and similar payments made to consulates. If the guest obtains their visa independently or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be provided.

Modifications in the routes may vary based on the city where the plane will land. The type of plane and its timing may change, and hotels may provide similar alternatives due to high season or special periods. Passengers purchase their tours acknowledging the risks of FLIGHT TIMING CHANGES and HOTEL CHANGES as communicated at the time of contract.

Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Extra bed accommodation is applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms, and the hotel will block the room based on availability if suitable rooms exist.

Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.

Breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

During registration/reservation, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the traveling passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties arising from incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the guest.

Guests must have travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after. They are required to carry the related insurance policy. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may face fines from local authorities. In case of any fines due to not carrying insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to certain countries may lead to issues obtaining visas for one or more other countries or may result in being denied entry at the border, and since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, they cannot be held responsible.

In order to provide economic and time benefits to the group during visits, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is finished. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our journey will continue.

Panoramic city tours are conducted for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be arranged on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternatives to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted, or prices may change.

Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or conducted by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these visits or tours.

The airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outgoing flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The rules of the airline will apply in this case.

Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket (if necessary, the ticket must be issued as a round trip according to the previous item). Also, if the group is missed, the first day's program may be partly or completely missed; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling with a different flight from the group, transfers from airport to city or from airport to hotel will be the responsibility of the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, provided seats are available on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airplane seats in our programs are group class, to upgrade the requested ticket, the difference specified by the airline must be paid, and the ticket must be converted from group class to an upgradeable economy class. The guest is responsible for any additional costs incurred in this case. Group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the tour departs.

To use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure that your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.

During your trip, when short-term or complete separation from the transport vehicles you use and the hotels you stay in, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings.

BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or as deemed necessary.

BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.

BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

Children under 18 years of age traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, while those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flights that cannot be completed due to lack of consent.

The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
