2nd Day Istanbul - Sharm El Sheikh

3rd Day Sharm El Sheikh

You are invited to a boat trip to explore the pristine coral reefs and vibrant underwater world at Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas of the Red Sea. You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour at Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel among the coral reefs with the guidance of diving instructors. Also, you will visit "White Island", a naturally formed white sand island where you can take photos and treat yourself with the healing sand. Lunch will be served as an all-you-can-eat buffet during the tour. Beverages are included. In the morning, after an early breakfast, we set off towards Cairo, the capital of Egypt. After an enjoyable 6-hour journey, we will arrive in Cairo in the afternoon and we will have the opportunity to see key tourist sites such as Cairo Fortress, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hasan Mosque, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat's Memorial, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic Historical Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square during our panoramic city tour. After the city tour, we will settle into the hotel for overnight.

6th Day: Cairo - Hurghada
In the morning, after early breakfast, we set off towards Hurghada, an exotic holiday destination, from the capital of Egypt, Cairo. After approximately 5 hours of enjoyable travel, we will arrive in Hurghada in the afternoon and settle into the hotel. Guests can join the extra tour that will be held in the evening if desired. Overnight at the hotel.

Giftun reserve, one of the most beautiful islands of the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. On our full-day boat trip, you can snorkel and take advantage of all the beauties of the island. Limited non-alcoholic drinks and lunch will be served on our boat. Guests who wish to do scuba diving can do so for an extra fee by informing our guide in advance. Sunbed and umbrella fees, National Park entrance fee are included in the tour price.

You'll be able to see many of Egypt's most important historical artifacts in Luxor, which is only 3.5 hours away from Hurghada. This trip will start in the early hours of the morning from our hotel and we'll return in the evening. We will visit the Temple of Luxor, Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, Nile Delta and explore the world’s most precious historical and natural wonders with our expert guide. Lunch will be at a local restaurant during our trip. The price includes lunch and admission to the museum.
We will perform our flight to Istanbul at 05:45 with Turkish Airlines. Our arrival time will be 08:35.

During Mosque Visits, gentlemen should not wear shorts, ladies should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts, and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves should be kept for the mosque visit.

Attention should be paid to the following considerations during our Desert Safari tour: Wear sports and comfortable clothing, take a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions.

To take advantage of discounted tour package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there are fewer than 20 participants, tour prices may change, or it may be conducted with metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.

There may be price changes for extra tours depending on the intensity of the region or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.

Due to the execution of VB as part of the program or if it is only indicated by category without naming, and/or if options are available for the same destination, hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the movement of the tour.

Our programs will include a guide in the destination visited, the guide service included in the package covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their hotel before the arrival time given by the guide.

Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or change an extra tour. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be utilized beyond the specified distances. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you two days before the departure date of the tour.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to provide a general introduction to cities and take place within a maximum duration of 2-3 hours without including entrances to museums or archaeological sites with guided commentary from the vehicle.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not occur if local authorities close the visited sites, if roads along the route are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions render the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours under these conditions. Some tours may be conducted collectively by public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Our tour programs include welcoming guides at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their hotel before the time specified by the guide.

The hotels listed in the program and similar facilities are subject to availability and may change during peak seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and there is no guarantee for the hotel name.

We recommend that guests not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made using old type currency that banks will not accept.

Due to extra tour purchases being processed in USD at the respective destination, the USD - EUR parity applies similarly.

As our package tours are aimed at international destinations, guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.
GENERAL CONDITIONS

The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests, along with the general terms and obligations stated below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.

Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or airlines may not operate their flights from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility falls on the traveler, and BTB TOURS cannot bear any liability.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the visited country, worn, torn, or damaged passports need to be renewed, and if travelers are Turkish citizens needing a visa, their corresponding visas must be in the new passport. In such cases, responsibility lies with the traveler.

Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any matters that might prevent travel falls under the guest's liability.

BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary. BTB TOURS is not liable for any visa denial. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or liabilities in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.

When making visa applications on behalf of travelers, BTB TOURS must ensure that guests check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any misspellings or issues that might prevent travel.

The duration to obtain the necessary documents for travelers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically takes one working day. Guests need to schedule their appointment dates and times considering this timeframe. Otherwise, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for potential inconveniences.

If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa services via BTB TOUR's visa department, and if this visa service was listed in the travel agreement as an additional service, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, after presenting their unused visa within one week of its expiration, excluding consulate fees and similar charges. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, they are not entitled to any refund from BTB TOURS in case of cancellation of the tour.

Depending on the city the flight will land in, there may be changes in the routes. Changes to the aircraft type and time are possible, and due to high occupancy or special periods, hotels may have availability changes; therefore, another similar hotel may be provided. The mentioned situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the TRAVELER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. An extra bed is applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee for separate beds in triple rooms; if the hotel has suitable rooms, these will be blocked based on availability.

Child discounts apply only for children accompanying two adults.

The breakfast offered at hotels is continental; it is not a Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on these details. Any penalty costs arising from cancelled or changed tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

All guests are required to have a travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after. They must keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance may be fined by the corresponding country's police. The responsibility for facing any penalty due to not having the insurance rests with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered one country may result in not being able to obtain a visa for or be admitted to another country; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in this case.

To maximize the economic benefits and duration of the visit, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours on the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests, and our journey will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized for the general introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions can be organized on different days, provided that their contents do not change, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best possible alternative solutions to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 passengers. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.

Tours that local authorities do not allow for visiting cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.

Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and one round-trip ticket is issued for both flights. In the event of missing the departure flight and/or not using it, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.

Any last-minute delays or gate changes in flights will be displayed at the airport information boards/screens. Passengers must monitor this information. In case of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, they must obtain a new ticket (if necessary, a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Furthermore, they may miss a portion or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel will be the passenger's responsibility.

Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the ticket is issued. Since flight seats in our programs are from the group class, to upgrade the desired ticket to a regular economy class (if available), the guest may need to pay a fee specified by the airline. The price difference that may arise in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the departure of the tour.

During your travel, please ensure you take all of your belongings when briefly or fully leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels.

BTB TOURS is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.

Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not occur due to lack of consent.
