Be at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul New Airport at 04:40.
After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination with Turkish Airlines flight TK 700 at 07:40. We will arrive at 10:20 local time and after check-in, we will settle into our rooms.
You will be visited by our guide at the hotel and informed about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. You can enjoy the activities at your hotel during the day and savor the unique sea. Guests can optionally participate in additional tours arranged during the day. Overnight at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To take advantage of discounted tour package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours will take place with a minimum of 15 participants. If participation is below 15, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted as a metro ride. Our guide can change the dates of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or season. The valid prices during the sale of extra tours will prevail.
- In cases where the trip program specifies categories without specifying names, the hotels will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
- Our guide will meet with the guests at the designated travel location. The guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and the round-trip transfer from the airport. If extra tours are taken, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during the extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policy for requested extra tours will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located at distances greater than specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the trip date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general promotion of cities and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- BTB Tours shall not be liable for any inability to carry out tours due to closure of sites or streets by local authorities, adverse weather conditions, or other similar reasons. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in cases of closed roads or areas not accessible by vehicles.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport where they arrive. For return transfers, guests must be ready at their hotel's reception before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- The hotels included in the program are subject to availability during peak seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of money to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/worn currency notes are not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, foreign currency reservations cannot be made with banknotes that are no longer accepted by banks.

GENERAL TERMS
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be denied entry into the destination country or the airline company may refuse to carry them from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, not BTB TOURS.
- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or similar damaged may cause issues with customs police at the country border, thus such passports should be renewed and if the Turkish citizens apply for a visa, it needs to be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any arising issues are the responsibility of the guest.
