1st Day Istanbul – Cairo
Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal, be at the AJET Airlines counter at 18:10. At 21:10, our flight AJET VF247 departs for Cairo, the capital of Egypt. We will arrive in Cairo at 23:30 local time and transfer to our hotel by private bus. Overnight at the hotel.
2nd Day Cairo
After breakfast, at the time determined by our guide, we will have the opportunity to see major tourist spots during our panoramic city tour, including Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hasan Complex, Imam Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.
After the city tour, there will be free time. Guests can optionally participate in the 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile' tour. Overnight at the hotel.
Optional Tour: Dinner Cruise on the Nile // $75 USD per adult – $55 USD per child. During our dinner cruise on the Nile, we will enjoy our dinner accompanied by live music while experiencing the lights and night views of Cairo. Transportation to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dancer shows are included in the price. Beverages during the meal are extra.
3rd Day Cairo – Aswan – Nile Cruise
At the time determined by our guide, we will check out of our rooms and transfer to the airport. After luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Aswan on Air Cairo Airlines flight SM 129 at 06:20. Upon arrival in Aswan at 07:40, we will transfer to the ship. After departure from the ship, there will be free time for lunch. After the lunch break, we will start our Aswan city tour, including highlights such as Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the Philae Temple, one of the important temples of the ancient world. After the tour, we will transfer back to the ship. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
4th Day Aswan (Nile Cruise)
After breakfast on the ship, there will be free time before we begin our journey to Kom Ombo to visit the Sobek Temple. After our arrival, there will be free time. Guests can optionally participate in the additional tour. After this visit, we will continue our journey to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
Optional Tour: Kom Ombo / Sobek Temple tour // $60 USD per person. In this tour, we will discover the mysteries and advancements of ancient Egypt through the carvings of the Sobek Temple, one of the important medical centers of the ancient world.
5th Day Luxor (Nile Cruise)
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests can optionally participate in the extra Edfu tour. After our visit to Edfu, the ship will move towards Luxor, one of the major cities of the ancient world. After arrival, there will be free time. Guests can optionally join the Karnak and Luxor Temple tour. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
Optional Tour: Edfu Tour // $60 USD per person. In this tour, we will begin our journey to the Temple of Horus in Edfu and experience a "Time Travel."
Optional Tour: Karnak and Luxor Temples Tour // $120 USD per person. In the Karnak and Luxor Temples, the level reached by the Ancient Egyptian Civilization will be highlighted. We will explore the culture and history of Ancient Egypt with the guide's explanations.
6th Day Luxor – Hurghada
After having breakfast on the ship, we will say goodbye and visit the western side of Luxor. During our tour, we will visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, and Alabaster Workshops. After that, we will depart for Hurghada at the time set by our guide, beginning a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours. In the afternoon, upon arrival in Hurghada, we will check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
7th Day: Hurghada
After breakfast, there will be free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Please note that we will check out by 12:00. Guests can optionally participate in the Orange Bay & Giftun tour. At the time determined by our guide, we will transfer to the airport.
Optional Tour: Orange Bay & Giftun Tour // $60 USD per adult – $40 USD per child. Giftun reserve area, one of the most beautiful islands of the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. On our full-day boat trip, you can observe the underwater scenery while snorkeling and enjoy all the beauties of the island. Limited non-alcoholic beverages and lunch will be served on board. Guests wishing to scuba dive can inform the guide in advance for an extra fee. Sunbed and umbrella fees, as well as the National Park entrance fee, are included in the price.
8th Day Hurghada – Istanbul
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines will depart at 03:35. After arrival at 06:15 local time, our journey comes to an end. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Our programs include a guide who will be present at the destination. The included guide service applies only to panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If additional tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 2 days before the tour departure by BTB Tours.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are designed to provide a general overview of the cities and may last a maximum of 2-3 hours without including entrance tickets to museums or historical sites.
- BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours and other scheduled tours due to the closure of visited places by local authorities, road closures due to events, or inclement weather conditions that make it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in locations where vehicle access is prohibited.
GENERAL TERMS
- Passengers with a Turkish green passport who will travel must renew their passport if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, BTB Tours cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid any issues with customs police at the border entry point due to torn, damaged, wet, and/or similarly compromised passports, these passports should be renewed, and if the country in question requires visas for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if it deems necessary; BTB TOURS has no liability regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no obligations or responsibilities for personal visa applications.
- For passengers who will apply for their visa personally, the provision of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must take this time into account when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the related tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount (excluding consular fees and similar amounts) after providing proof that they did not use their visa by showing their passport within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtains their visa independently and/or with the aid of another visa facilitation company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and the passenger accepts the risk of time changes upon purchasing the tour.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms; if suitable rooms exist at the hotel, they will be reserved by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts only apply to children accompanying 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the names, surnames, date of birth, and passport numbers as they appear in the travel passport. Plane tickets will be issued according to this information. Any penalties resulting from incorrect information leading to plane ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have a travel and health insurance valid from one day before the tour date to one day after the tour date and carry the relevant insurance policy with them, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS. Guests without travel insurance may receive fines from local authorities. The responsibility for any penalties arising from not carrying travel insurance lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may prevent obtaining visas for other countries or entry through the border gate; in such cases, it is accepted that BTB TOURS has no responsibility.
- In order to benefit economically and in terms of duration from the visit, passengers who do not wish to participate in the tours held along the route must accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the end of the tour. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick them up and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that the content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is responsible for offering the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or price changes may occur.
- Tours that are not authorized by local authorities to be visited or done will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically cancel. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These updates must be monitored by the passengers. In case of missing the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket (if required, a round trip ticket according to the previous item) at their own expense. Furthermore, they may miss part or all of the program on the first day due to missing the group’s departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Additionally, in the case of traveling to the destination by a different flight than the group, the guest is responsible for the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer.
- Passengers wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the related flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket according to availability, the extra fee specified by the airline must be paid in order to move the ticket from the group class to the upgradeable economy class. The price difference in this situation is the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are issued several days before the tour operates.
- In order to use your mobile phone abroad, you must ensure that your line is open to international calls/receiving calls by checking with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey.
- During the trip, when exiting or leaving the transportation means you use and the hotels where you stay, please ensure you have gathered all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program in case of force majeure or as needed.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if there is no consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
