We are at the Flydubai Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport's International Departure Terminal for check-in by 22:30.
2. Day: Dubai
After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai with Flydubai Airlines flight FZ756 at 01:50. We arrive in Dubai at 07:20, then we begin our panoramic city tour with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Before the city tour, we head to the area where we will have breakfast as an extra. After breakfast, we will first proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most magnificent avenue, and see Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping centers, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Then, we will continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will have a photo stop to see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we will continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has a 7 Km long promenade surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we will proceed to the hotels and complete our check-in process as per hotel policy. Guests may join the extra organized evening “Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour” if they wish.
Extra Tour: Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour – Per Person: 80 Euros
First, we head to the Dhow boat where we will have our dinner at Marina. During our cruise, we have a buffet dinner while enjoying the stunning views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar, located next to Dubai Mall, which is one of the largest shopping centers in the world and is situated under the shadow of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. We will take a pleasant stroll in this authentic bazaar reflecting Arab culture. Guests may also enjoy free time after the tour in Dubai Mall for shopping, or relax in cafes and restaurants. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
3. Day: DubaiAfter breakfast, there will be free time. Guests may participate in the extra "Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour" and "Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour" if they wish. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Extra Tour: Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour – Per Person: 70 Euros
The world's largest natural flower garden, Dubai Miracle Garden awaits you in a world filled with flowers. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures are transformed into colorful flower displays. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Immerse yourself in a place with many attractions and a wide variety of interesting arrangements amidst over 150 million blooming flowers. Within the same tour, you will enjoy the historic atmosphere of Al Bastakiya while strolling through its narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets. You will also have the chance to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored and offer visitors the opportunity to experience traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya also hosts various places such as art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour – Per Person: 80 Euros
You can have unforgettable moments in the desert with 4x4 vehicles, while watching the sunset. After the exciting ride over the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp in the desert. Here, we enjoy a wonderful dinner accompanied by various shows and belly dance performances. Camel riding is also available. Unlimited refreshments, tea, and coffee will be served as complimentary services during the tour. After the dinner and shows, the tour ends, and we return to our hotel with our 4x4 vehicles.
4. Day: Dubai
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests may participate in the extra "Lunch Included Abu Dhabi Tour" if they wish. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Departure from Dubai, we pass through Jebel Ali, the world's largest man-made harbor. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is among the largest in the world, with a capacity to accommodate 41,000 people at once. Its magnificent architecture and rich details will provide you with unforgettable photographs. While exploring the capital of the seven emirates, Abu Dhabi, you will witness how modern the capital has become from a small fishing village in recent history. You will see wide boulevards and skyscrapers in this ultra-modern Arab city, including the Al Bateen area and the corniche street. After taking a photo stop at the Emirates Palace, we will experience the authentic replica of the city’s past by visiting the Heritage Village, where you can learn about Arab life, traditions, and houses made of clay. The lunch will be served as a buffet during the tour. After lunch, we continue our tour by getting a panoramic view of the Louvre Museum located on Saadiyat Island, and then proceed to Yas Island, which is known for hosting Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. Here, we will have a break at the world's first Ferrari-themed amusement park where you can take photos and shop at the souvenir shop. After the tour, we will return to the hotel.
Extra Tour: Legoland® Dubai Theme Park Tour – Per Person: 100 Euros

Guests may participate in the extra Legoland® Dubai Theme Park Tour for a fun day. Opened in 2016, Legoland®, located within the Dubai Parks & Resorts complex, attracts visitors of all ages with its colorful world. You can wander among the miniatures of world-renowned buildings made of millions of LEGO blocks and experience different activities in sections such as Factory, Lego City, Imagination, and Miniland. After this delightful day filled with colorful shows, interactive play areas, and creative activities, we will return to the hotel.
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests may participate in the extra "Burj Al Arab & Medinat Souk" and "Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour" if they wish. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Per Person: 90 Euros
Our enjoyable journey heads to Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai’s newest and most popular destinations. Our first stop is Ain Dubai, the world’s largest and highest observation wheel. You will have the opportunity to see the stunning cityscape and unique coastline of Dubai panoramically during your visit with the standard entrance ticket included. After that, short free time will be given at Bluewaters Island, where you can explore the island's restaurants, cafes, and coastal promenade, and take delightful photos. Following this free time, we will visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world’s most famous wax museums. Admission with standard entry is included, where you will have the chance to closely see the lifelike wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and famous artists.
Extra Tour: Outlet Mall & Global Village Tour – Per Person: 60 Euros
Dubai Outlet Mall, located away from the city’s chaos and central points, is the ideal place to catch great discounts. You can find over 1,200 quality international brands in 240 stores with discounts ranging from 30% to 90%. You can be sure that you will find great offers on both design products and street stores at outlet points such as Baldinini, Atasay, etc. After that, we will head to Global Village, which hosts all the countries of the world and turns that area into a fairground. Launched in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks, this open-air destination has rapidly expanded over the years and has now become an essential part of Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you come for the amusement park, food, cultural night entertainment, or authentic shopping, there is something for everyone in Global Village. Over 90 cultures showcase their local products in 30 dazzling pavilions, 3,500 shopping spots, 250 dining venues, 40,000 events, and over 175 amusement rides, games, and attractions. After our free time here, we will return to the hotel.
6. Day: Dubai – IstanbulAfter breakfast and free time, we check out and vacate our rooms. ***The latest check-out time from the hotels and key handover is 12:00.*** Guests may choose to join the extra “Sky View, The View At The Palm, Dubai Mall Tour.” We depart for the airport at the time determined by our tour leader. After ticketing and customs procedures, we will fly with FLYDUBAİ Airlines flight FZ 755 at 20:50 to Istanbul. Our arrival time will be 00:50.
Extra Tour: Sky View, The View At The Palm Tour – Per Person: 75 Euros
We begin our tour at The View at The Palm observation tower on Palm Jumeirah, the world’s largest man-made island. At 240 meters above ground, you will experience the privilege of seeing the perfect architecture of the Palm, the deep blue Arabian Gulf, beaches decorated with luxury yachts, and the dazzling skyline of Dubai from a 360-degree panoramic perspective. Every pose here becomes a postcard, and every video turns into a memorable moment that makes a difference on social media. You will feel the splendor of Dubai from above, an enchanting experience that will make you say "I’m glad I’m here." Then we move to Downtown Dubai, known as the heart, energy, and showcase of Dubai. We will go up to Sky Views located on the 52nd floor of the prestigious Address Hotel owned by the royal group. While walking on the glass walkway, the city view stretching beneath your feet will make your heart race, as you will experience the feeling of watching Dubai from the sky. At this height, you will create unforgettable memories while seeing the city lights, the splendor around Burj Khalifa, and the peak of modern architecture. Guests may also try the glass slide and other thrilling attractions in Sky Views for an additional fee; we will have free time for meals and relaxation.

IMPORTANT NOTES
● To benefit from the advantageous prices of extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15, tour prices may change or may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
● Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or periods. The prices valid during the sale by the guide shall be applicable for extra tours.
● In cases where the program specifies only category information without specifying names and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the travel movement.
● Our programs will have a guide welcoming at the destination where the tour will go; the included guide service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide services will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
● Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament periods, hotels may be used beyond the specified distances. In such cases, the ACENTE will provide information 2 days before the tour's departure date.
● Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction to the cities and are conducted with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
● Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may be adjusted to different days based on local authorities' closure of attractions, road closures due to any events, or due to weather conditions that render the tour impossible. The ACENTE is not responsible for not being able to perform the aforementioned tours.
● The welcoming of the guide in our tour programs takes place at the airport of arrival. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel's reception before the time given by the guide.
● The hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may vary during high seasons or special periods, hence another similar hotel may be provided.
● To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we advise them not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be conducted with old style currency that banks do not accept.
● Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, the guests' proficiency in foreign languages is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS
● Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to, and/or they may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, the ACENTE cannot assume any responsibility.
● To avoid any issues with border police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and if T.C. citizens are required to obtain a visa for the country, the relevant visa should be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● The validity period of guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any issues regarding flights are the responsibility of the guests.
● ACENTE acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa at its discretion; ACENTE has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. ACENTE only undertakes the role of an intermediary. For personal visa applications, ACENTE has no penalties and responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
● For passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Our guests must take this period into account when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, ACENTE is not responsible for any potential delays.
● In case the guest cancels their reservation and/or is not able to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service via ACENTE's Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if ACENTE cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding the fees paid to the consulates for visa and similar costs within a maximum of 1 week after presenting the fact that the visa was not used with their passport. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company, and if ACENTE cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refunds will be issued to the guest.
● Changes in routes may occur based on the city where the plane will land. The type and timing of the aircraft may change, and this has been communicated during the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE WHILE PURCHASING THE TOUR.
● Guests must be ready at the airport of departure at least 3 hours before the flight. Guests traveling domestically must collect their tickets based on their flight time. In case of missed flights due to passenger-related issues, the ACENTE is not responsible for any resulting problems and damages.
● Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given, and if an appropriate room is available at the hotels, it will be blocked by the hotel based on availability.
● Child discounts only apply to children staying with 2 adults.
● Hotels offer continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● During the reservation/registration, the names and surnames, birth dates, passport numbers printed on the passport must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes to flight tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
● Our guests are required to have valid international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date and to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the local country police. Guests are responsible for any penalties incurred due to not having their travel insurance.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered or exited a certain country may result in visa denial or inability to enter the border for one or multiple countries, and since this situation is beyond the control of the ACENTE, the parties accept that ACENTE has no responsibility in such cases.
● In order to achieve economic advantage and time efficiency for the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted en route must agree to wait at a nearby establishment until the group completes the tour. The bus will pick up these guests when the tour finishes, and our tour will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are arranged for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, the ACENTE is obligated to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority cannot be achieved, extra tours may be canceled or prices may change.
● Tours or excursions for which local authorities do not permit visitation cannot be conducted. The ACENTE cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
● In our programs, flight places are group places, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In this circumstance, the rules of the airline apply.
● Flight delays and gate changes that may occur last minute will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests should follow these information. In the case of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. In addition, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day’s program due to missing the group’s departure; in such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if the guest travels to the city/country with a different flight, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the flight places in our programs are group class, if the desired ticket is to be upgraded, the difference specified by the airline must be paid to change the ticket from group class to upgradeable economy class, if availability allows it. The price difference resulting from this will be the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are typically issued a few days before departure.
● To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls.
● Please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you used during your travels, whether briefly or completely.
● ACENTE reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program without altering the content due to force majeure or when deemed necessary.
● ACENTE reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
● ACENTE is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third party. In the absence of this consent, ACENTE cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place.
● General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
