1st Day: 24 May Adana – Dubai
Meeting point at the Freebird Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Çukurova Airport at 02:00. After completing our check-in and passport and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai at 05:00 on Freebird Airlines flight FH9016. We arrive at Dubai International Airport at local time 09:30, followed by passport formalities, and then we set off for a Panoramic City Tour with our vehicle awaiting at the airport. First, we will proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, the busiest and most magnificent street in Dubai, where we will see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Then we will continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during our photo stop, we will see the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterward, we continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has a walking path of approximately 7 kilometers, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we transfer to our hotels for some leisure time. Guests who wish to can optionally join the Evening Dinner Dhow Cruise Tour & Souk Al Bahar Burj Khalifa and Fountain Show in the evening.

For our guests who want to add enjoyment and romance to Dubai evenings, our tour that provides an unforgettable experience starts with a dinner cruise on a traditional Dhow boat in the mesmerizing atmosphere of Dubai Marina. While our boat glides along the Marina adorned with lights, we enjoy our buffet dinner while watching the panoramic view of the skyscrapers that decorate the Dubai Marina skyline and the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa. This unique view mesmerizingly reflects Dubai's modern face under the night lights. After dinner, we head to Souk Al Bahar, one of the city's most elegant shopping spots located in the majestic shadow of Burj Khalifa. Here, we take a short stroll in this chic market where the traditional texture of Arab culture meets modern luxury, giving our guests some free time for souvenir shopping. Finally, we watch the Fountain Show, the most enchanting moment of the evening. Known as the world's largest water show, this visual feast offers a wonderful atmosphere accompanied by music, lights, and the harmony of dancing waters against the backdrop of Burj Khalifa. After the show, guests can spend free time at the cafes and restaurants around Dubai Mall. We return to our hotel after the tour.
2nd Day: 25 May Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour and the Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

We start our tour for an enchanting day in Dubai where colors and history intertwine with a visit to Dubai Miracle Garden, known as the largest natural flower garden in the world. In this giant garden spanning 72,000 square meters, we embark on a fairy-tale stroll among colorful figures made from millions of flowers, heart tunnels, flower castles, and life-sized structures. While walking through the uniquely designed arrangements, be sure to take plenty of photos in this exceptional atmosphere where nature meets art. Then we embark on a nostalgic journey into Dubai’s past with a visit to Al Bastakiya neighborhood. With its narrow streets, stone houses, traditional courtyards, and small art galleries, this place is almost the heart of old Dubai. As you wander between the historical houses, you will feel the traces of traditional Arab life, and you will take a photo in front of the famous "old Starbucks" amidst the aromas of coffee and shops selling handicrafts, offering a warm touch of Dubai’s roots alongside its modern face. After the tour, we return to our hotel.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
One of the most iconic experiences associated with Dubai: a desert safari on red sands! We will pick you up with our special 4x4 vehicles from your hotels and head towards the desert. During the adrenaline-fueled dune bashing, you will experience thrilling moments among the golden waves of the desert and take photos against a breathtaking sunset view. After the safari ride, we reach a traditional Bedouin camp situated in the heart of the desert. Here, a delightful Arabian night awaits you with oriental dances, fire shows, and music accompanied by an open buffet dinner (unlimited beverages, tea, and coffee included in the tour price). In addition, our guests can experience desert activities such as camel riding if they wish. After an unforgettable night under the starry sky, we return to our hotels with our 4x4 vehicles. 3rd Day: 26 May Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the "Lunch Abu Dhabi Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

We leave for Abu Dhabi, passing through Jebel Ali, the world's largest man-made port. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is among the largest in the world and can accommodate 41,000 worshippers at the same time. Its magnificent architecture and rich decorations will allow you to take unforgettable photographs. While exploring the capital of the seven emirates, Abu Dhabi, you will witness how the capital, once a small fishing village, has transformed into such a modern city. We will see wide boulevards and skyscrapers in this ultra-modern Arab city, including the Al Bateen area and the waterfront avenue. After taking photos at Emirates Palace, we will visit Heritage Village, an authentic replica of the city's past, where you will see the traditional lifestyles, customs of Arabs, and clay houses. Your lunch will be served in an open buffet style during the tour. After lunch, we continue our tour. We will have a panoramic view of the Louvre Museum located on Saadiyat Island and then head to Yas Island, known for hosting Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. Here at the same location, you can take pictures at the world’s first Ferrari-themed amusement park and shop at the souvenir shop. After the tour, we return to the hotel.
4th Day: 27 May Dubai- Adana
After breakfast, we complete our check-out process from the hotel. We head towards the airport at the time designated by your tour leader. After ticket and customs procedures, we start our flight to Adana at 11:00 with Freebird Airlines flight FH9017. After our arrival at Çukurova Airport at 13:30, our tour comes to an end.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Considerations for the Mosque Visit during Abu Dhabi tours; Men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, and shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be kept for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
- Considerations for our Desert Safari tour; Wear sport and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Heavy meals should not be consumed before the tour, and avoid drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions.
- To benefit from advantageous trip package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the schedule of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- Due to operational processes and cases where only category information is provided without specifying names for the same destinations, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour operation.
- Our tour programs will be met by the guide at the destination. The guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guidance service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests on extra tours. In return transfers, guests are required to be present at the reception of the hotel they are staying in at the time indicated by the guide.
- Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or changes to extra tours. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour will depend on the local supplier's final decision.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days prior to the tour date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general promotion of the cities and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- Due to route closures by local authorities, events, or weather conditions, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct tours planned during the tour program. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot if roads are closed to vehicles.
- Our tour programs will be met by the guide upon arrival at the designated airport. In return transfers, guests need to be present at the hotel reception before the time indicated by the guide.
- The hotels mentioned in the program or under "various" are subject to availability and may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and hotel name guarantees are not given.
- To prevent guests from being affected by currency differences, it is recommended not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Damaged currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be made with old-type currencies that banks do not accept.
- As extra tour purchases are processed in USD at the relevant destination, the same USD - EUR exchange rate applies.
- Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated along with the general terms and obligations outlined below to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all the items in advance.
- Guests traveling on a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country or may not be able to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility.
- To avoid issues at the customs of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; those passports should be renewed, and if the destination country requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be held in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from their return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility for the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS is only acting as an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no liability for personal visa applications.
- When it comes to the visa obtained by the passenger on their own or with the assistance of another visa agency, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amounts except for the fees paid to the consulates if they present proof of non-use of the visa along with their passport within 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be granted.
- Route changes may occur depending on the city where the plane is landing. Changes to the aircraft type and time may be possible. Due to high season or special periods, hotel availability may vary, and another similar hotel may be provided. The traveler has accepted the risk of flight time changes and hotel changes at the time of the agreement.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. An additional bed is applied in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; hotels block reservations based on availability.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport for the travelers. Airline tickets are issued based on these details. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- All guests of BTB TOURS, regardless of whether they obtained certifications from us, are obliged to have travel and health insurance that begins the day before the travel date and ends the day after. They must also carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their insurance may incur fines from relevant local authorities. Responsibility for penalties incurred due to failure to carry travel insurance lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having been to some countries may lead to restrictions on obtaining visas for other countries or being denied entry at border crossings. In such cases, BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility.
- To provide economic benefits to the group and the duration of the visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the travel route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group concludes the tour. The bus will then pick these guests up at the end of the tour, and the trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days without changing their content or may not happen due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best possible alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may vary.
- Tours that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS is not responsible for these tours being conducted.
- The flight seats in our programs are based on group seats, and the round trip is organized as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight may automatically be voided. In such cases, the airline's regulations apply.
- Flight delays and gate changes that may occur will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. Individuals must follow this information. In the event of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guests are required to obtain a new ticket (which may be needed to be a round trip ticket as indicated in the previous article) at their own expense. Furthermore, if they miss the group’s departure, they may partially or completely miss the program for the first day; in this case, the responsibility falls on the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued provided the relevant airline has availability for the specific flight in question. The flight seats in our programs are group class and therefore, in case of availability, the ticket must first be upgraded to the applicable economy class and the respective fare differential charged by the airline must be paid by the guest. The price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your journey, please ensure you have all your belongings when quickly or completely departing from transport vehicles or hotels.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program if circumstances arise or if deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the hotel names as long as they remain in the same category.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 can only apply for a visa and travel if accompanied by their parents (mother, father, or both grandparents). BTB TOURS is not responsible for missed flights or denied entry due to the family's failure to apply together.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
