To benefit from discounted package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours operate with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of fewer than 15 participants, there may be changes in the tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide can change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.

Price changes may occur for extra tours due to regional density or season. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.

In cases where only category information is provided and/or options for the same destination are available, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours prior to the trip.

Our programs include a guide meeting at the destination you will visit; the included guiding service only covers panoramic city tours and return transfers to the area. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.

Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes to extra tours. The cancellation and refund status of requested extras will depend on the final decision of the local provider.

In this case, Acenteours shall not be held responsible for any inconveniences. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if there are closed roads or restricted access.

The airport meet and greet will take place at the airport where the tour programs are arranged. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the reception of their accommodating hotel before the pickup time given by the guide.
